Today is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of Masai Mara. After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day safari adventure with packed lunchboxes. Witness the incredible wildlife action including the Big Five, cheetahs on the hunt, and possibly the great wildebeest migration if in season. Visit the Mara River, home to crocodiles and hippos, and enjoy the endless beauty of this natural paradise. Return in the evening to Miti Mingi Eco Camp for dinner and another night in the wilderness.

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru, a serene national park famous for its pink flamingos and rhino sanctuary. Stop for lunch en route and enjoy the scenic countryside. Upon arrival in Nakuru, check in at Hotel Citymax and relax. If time allows, you can enjoy a short city tour or relax at the hotel in preparation for another exciting day.

After the drive, have breakfast and head south to Amboseli National Park, with lunch on the way. Amboseli, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, is known for its large elephant herds and scenic views. Arrive in the evening and settle into Nyati Campsite for dinner and overnight.

As you approach Amboseli, Mount Kilimanjaro begins to reveal itself in the distance—offering one of the most iconic backdrops in all of Africa. Upon arrival at the park, enjoy a short introductory game drive where you'll likely spot elephants, giraffes, and zebras grazing on the open plains. In the evening, check in at Nyati Campsite, where you’ll enjoy dinner and settle in for a peaceful night beneath the stars, with Kilimanjaro towering nearby.

After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a full day of game viewing in Amboseli National Park. Renowned for its large elephant herds and uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli offers excellent opportunities for photography and close encounters with wildlife. You'll explore the swamp areas where hippos and birds thrive, as well as dry plains filled with predators and prey. After lunch, continue with a final game drive before exiting the park and heading towards the Namanga border. Once you cross into Tanzania, a short drive brings you to Arusha where you’ll check in and unwind at Charity Hotel, preparing for the exciting Tanzanian safari leg of your journey.

After an early breakfast in Arusha, you’ll begin your journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park—one of the most iconic wildlife destinations on earth. The drive takes you through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania, passing through the lush highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering stunning views and a glimpse of Maasai life along the way. Upon entering Serengeti, the vast golden plains open up before you, home to incredible wildlife such as lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and thousands of wildebeest. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your camp. As the sun sets, arrive at Tumbili Campsite, where you’ll relax and spend the night surrounded by the wild sounds of the Serengeti under a blanket of stars.

This is the best time to spot predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas in action. After breakfast, continue your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through breathtaking landscapes and spotting more wildlife along the way. Upon arrival at the crater rim, you’ll be welcomed by spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Crater—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most unique natural wonders. After breakfast, enjoy one last panoramic view of the Ngorongoro Crater before driving back to Arusha. Upon arrival, check in at Charity Hotel. The evening is yours to relax, do some shopping, or explore the vibrant town of Arusha. This marks the end of your incredible cross-country adventure from Kenya to Tanzania.
