- Date changes and cancellations of 1-3 rooms are penalty-free 15 days before the scheduled start of the tour.
- Changes to an existing booking are subject to availability.
- When you cancel, we will refund all monies paid, minus bank transaction fee.
- All advertised rates include local taxes.
- Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank transfer.
- Your passport should be valid until your date of return (longer in some cases).
- Travelers under 18 years at the time of travel must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
- Travelers requiring any type of special assistance must notify us of their requirements at the time of booking.
- We make maximum effort to ensure our itineraries run smoothly, however package components may still be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, for the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our travelers on the ground. In these cases, we will make every effort to ensure the changes result in an equivalent or better experience for our travelers.

It is maximum of 14 persons limit per group. All listed departure dates are guaranteed if available seats are left.
All tours include: guide assistance, accommodation, breakfast at the hotels, entrance fees and museum tickets.
Cancellation 15 days prior arrival is free of charge; when cancelled after 14 days prior arrival 50% will be charged.
Update for 2020 year: any modification, cancellation, or no show caused by the global circumstances is penalty free till the end of the year and all payments was made are instantly refundable, or can be hold as a deposit and you can use for future trips during the next 3 years.
