Son vaste parc régional s'étend sur 59 000 hectares de formations géologiques diverses, d'une flore et d'une faune riches, de pratiques agricoles traditionnelles, notamment la sylviculture, l'apiculture, la production de vin, la taille de la pierre et la charpenterie. En route vers le Rifugio Sapienza, vous découvrirez des panoramas à couper le souffle sur les paysages environnants. Nous rencontrerons les Crateri Silvestri, des cônes volcaniques dormants encerclés par d'anciennes coulées de lave. Explorer Erice et Segesta : Merveilles antiques et vues panoramiques
Après le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel, nous partons en direction d'Erice, une ancienne colonie établie par les Elymes, nichée au sommet du mont S. Giuliano à 751 mètres d'altitude. Ce village captivant possède des rues étroites, des arches médiévales et des cours intérieures de style espagnol, qui dégagent un charme irrésistible.
Perché à une telle altitude, Erice offre des panoramas à couper le souffle : d'un côté, la vue embrasse la baie de Trapani, les marais salants et les îles Égades, tandis que de l'autre, la vallée de Valderice, Custonaci et la campagne de l'arrière-pays s'étendent à perte de vue. Notre exploration d'Erice comprend une visite du centre-ville, de la cathédrale principale et du château Venere.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:
• He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
• He/she consents to our use of information and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us;
• He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
• He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking;
• These Booking Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Your agreement to these Booking Conditions constitutes your agreement to any updates which can be found at www.clicktoursglobal.com/terms.
1. Terms of reservations:
1.1 When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept and do accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party and further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due from each and every member of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which you give us is accurate and that information which is given to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.
1.2 When you make your booking, you must pay the relevant deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. No contract will come into existence until we accept your booking and we receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds and issue you with a confirmation invoice either on behalf of ourselves or the supplier in question.
1.3 Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately, as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document immediately. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport. Failure to provide accurate and required information at the time of reservation could result in additional fees.
1.4 The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies.
1.5 We reserve the right to return your payment and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute discretion. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have received payment and issued to you in writing a booking confirmation that will confirm the details of your booking and will be sent to you or your travel agent.
1.6 Online bookings: Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalised e-mail detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member our reservation team.
1.7 Do not book flights until you have received a personalised confirmation email from our reservations team, which will be within 48 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavour to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others and our website can not reflect this information.
1.8 Customers who have rebooked to a different tour or date and then cancel will be subject to the the cancellation fees applicable to their original tour. Any promotions received on the original tour are not transferable to the new tour.
2. Payment & Deposit:
2.1 At the time of booking you will be required to pay a fixed deposit, which is a minimum amount per person or make full payment for your booking if booking less than 60 days before departure. Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, not less than 60 days prior to scheduled departure, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges set out in either Section 17 below will become payable.
2.2 Please take note that while Click Tours does not charge any payment processing fees, you may incur cross-border charges set by your bank or credit card provider, when using your card to make an online payment. Click Tours is based in Israel and cross border charges may be incurred. These charges are set by your bank or credit card provider and not by Click Tours. These charges are non-refundable. If you are unsure if you will incur cross border charge, please contact your bank before making a payment online. If you would rather make a payment via bank transfer, please contact our customer service department for further details.
2.3 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable ANYWAY.
3. Accuracy:
We endeavor to ensure that all of the information and prices both on our Website and in our Distribution channels are accurate; however, occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.
4. Special Requests:
If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier/representatives but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
5. Guaranteed Departures:
All tours are guaranteed departures and will operate unless force majeure circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances arise. Due to the traveller numbers on a specific tour, we reserve the absolute right to change the type or style of transportation or other elements, to enable the tour to operate.
6. Accommodation Ratings and Standards:
6.1 On any of the tours, accommodation is provided in twin accommodation, which may be two single beds or a double bed and a bunk bed. In certain locations, a twin is commonly accepted as referring to two separate mattresses and duvets contained in one large frame. Two travellers booking together will be accommodated in a twin room. Three travellers booking together will be roomed in one twin room. Most hotels have rooms that will take an extra bed if required. These extra beds may be bunk beds, fold-away beds or sofa beds. Where an extra bed is added this may limit the space available.
6.2 Please note that in some properties, lifts may not directly service all floors and access to and from these floors may be by stairway only. Please note that porter services are not standard and not available at many hotels.
6.3 Accommodation ratings are displayed as provided by the supplier. These are intended to give a guide to the services and facilities you should expect from your accommodation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries, as well as between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings given and no warranty is given or implied.
7. Itinerary variations:
If improvements can be made to tour itineraries or unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes, the tour operator reserves the right to amend, adjust, or alter itineraries. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible of such changes. Due to local or national holidays, seasonal hours of operation or availability, special events, and/or peak harvest seasons, access to certain facilities and attractions including, but not limited to, vineyards, museums, historical sites, or stores may be limited. On such occasions, and whenever possible, itinerary adjustments will be made by the supplier to minimize traveler inconvenience.
8. Fitness to Travel, Age and Medical Conditions:
8.1 If you have any medical condition, disability or special requirements which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking, as we are able to make enquiries of the supplier about the suitability of arrangements for you and provide replies prior to booking. You are responsible for assessing whether a tour are suitable for you. We will not and do not provide any advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.
8.2 Minors (those under 18 years of age) are accepted on some group tours provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for them. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted.
8.3 Please note that no persons under 12 will be accepted on tours unless this is formally requested in writing. Click Tours reserves the right to allow or deny younger travellers onto our tours at our discretion.
8.4 The pacing and physical requirements of tours vary by itinerary. We recommend that you select a tour that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Certain tours require considerable walking and may pose difficulties for travelers with disabilities or impaired mobility. For example, many historic sites are only accessible on foot and involve stairs or inclines. In addition, service providers on tours may not have the infrastructure to make special provisions or accommodate special equipment that may be required. For these reasons, you are required to disclose to us any physical disabilities or limitations prior to reserving your tour so we can help you determine the appropriateness of the selected itinerary.
8.5 Clients agree to accept the authority and decision of tour operators, tour leaders, and agents whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such a person, the health or conduct of a client before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safety, comfort or enjoyment of a tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour, without any refunds.
8.6 If a client is excluded from the tour as above or chooses to leave the tour of their own free will or leaves the tour due to ill health or any other reason there will be no refund of the tour price, extra services, surcharges, local payments/funds or any local surcharges. All services forming part of the whole package booked will be forfeited.
9. Behavior:
Please be aware that the booking conditions of the supplier will normally state that your holiday arrangements can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard. Suppliers will also often require you to pay for any damage you cause to the accommodation or services in resort. We are under no obligation to you if any event such as this occurs. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct. All participants in tours are expected to obey the laws and regulations of the countries visited and any failure to do so may relieve us of any obligation that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions.
10. Food:
Meals are included as stipulated in the tour itinerary, check your specific tour itinerary on our website for details of which meals are included. Please be aware that in many parts of the world meals may not be what you are used to. Non-included meals are at your own expense. This allows you the opportunity to try the local cuisine. There is always an range of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from in each destination. You will also need to purchase drinks and snacks for long bus or coach journeys as there may not be the opportunity once on board.
11. Passports, visas & other travel documents:
You are responsible for obtaining any visas or other travel documents and verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel on your selected tour itinerary, including any required medical documents or proof of vaccinations, as we is not responsible for providing this information or documentation. Entry laws differ with respect to a traveler’s citizenship. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents and are therefore ineligible for any refund from us.
12. Insurance:
12.1 You MUST take out adequate and suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour. You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance. We reserve the right to request a copy of your insurance policy and/or a receipt showing payment of the premium. It will remain your responsibility at all times to ensure that you’re adequately insured. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements. You should satisfy yourself that any travel insurance arranged is what you require and should arrange supplementary insurance if needed.
12.2 Without limitation, Click Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, disease, sickness, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from any event or cause or as a result of any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any third party. These matters include but are not limited to: “acts of God” or events of force majeure; epidemics, pandemics, or other public health issues or emergencies (such as but not limited to the current COVID-19 pandemic); acts of government; acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt; strikes or other labor activities; criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; structural or other defective conditions in houses, apartments, or other lodgings (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein); mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely; dangers associated with or bites from animals, insects or pests; sanitation problems; food poisoning; lack of availability of, access to, or quality of medical care; difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency; financial failure or other defaults by suppliers; or dangers associated with water-based activities.
13. Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by Israeli law and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If any part of these conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent and spirit of the original provision. Such omission shall not affect the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the other provisions of these Conditions.
14. Acknowledgement of Risk:
Click Tours is a travel agency for tour operators, and does not provide any goods or services for your trip. All bookings are made with the supplier offering the Product in question, not with Click Tours. Click Tours only facilitates the making of the reservations with the suppliers of Products. Click Tours is not a party to the contract between you as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore has not responsibility or liability to you, directly or indirectly. The information on the Click Tours website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer that binds Click Tours. Upon your selection of the desired products or services offered by the Supplier, we show you the information about these products and services, which information you can use to submit an Order. Our website is protected by rules and regulations with respect to copyright, trademark, unfair competition and other intellectual property rights. All materials on the Click Tours website, including but not limited to text, data, images, video, audio, logos, code and any other materials, either belong to us or are licensed to us. Your access to and/or use of our website does not grant you any intellectual property rights to publish, store, reproduce or otherwise use any of the intellectual property rights with respect to any materials for commercial or out of the ordinary personal use without explicit written permission.
17. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be approved by us in writing. Unapproved cancellations will be treated as NO SHOWS!
The deposit of 25% is non-refundable anyway.
Less than 60 Days prior to departure – 100% of the rate will be charged.
Day of departure or NO SHOW - 100% of the rate will be charged.
18. If You Change Your Booking:
Any changes to a confirmed Package Booking must be confirmed in writing by the person signing the booking form and must be accompanied by an administration fee and price of the requested change, in addition to any further costs that we may incur and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers, Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, and we will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee be payable in accordance with clause 17.
19. If We Change or Cancel Your Booking
Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Day Tours or other single service features and/or requirements. As a result, we reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked with us, at any time, for any reason. Very rarely, we may be forced by "force majeure" to change or terminate all or some of your arrangements after departure. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.
20. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements & Health Formalities:
It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Requirements do change, please ensure your information is up to date. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting. You will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you incur as a result of a failure to obtain all necessary passports, visas and/or vaccinations. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities (including vaccinations). You agree to reimburse us in relation to any fines or other losses which we incur as a result of your failure to comply with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.
21. Conditions of Suppliers:
All of the services which make up your reservation are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us. Copies of these terms and conditions are available on request from us or the supplier concerned.
22. Other terms & provisions:
The terms and provisions of these Booking Conditions supersede any other warranties, representations, terms, or conditions, unless they are expressly stated within a Booking Conditions Addendum or in a letter signed by a our officer. Click Tours makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications, but it cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including, but not limited to, prices and information. Click tours are not for resale, and travelers must enroll directly with us.
23. Limitation of Liability:
23.1 Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on the Website is correct and error free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot warrant that use of the Website will be error free or fit for purpose, timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website and We do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.
23.2 By accepting these Terms of Use You agree to relieve Us from any liability whatsoever arising from Your use of information including from any third party, or Your use of any third party website, or Your booking of any Services on the Website.
23.3 We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from You is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in Our secure computer servers or those of third parties.
23.4 We select the suppliers of the services making up your reservation with us with reasonable skill and care. We have no liability to you for the actual provision of the services. We will have no liability to you for anything that happens during the service in question or any acts or omissions of the supplier, its employees or agents. We will not be responsible or pay you compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description.
23.5 Click Tours and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.
24. Prices, Surcharges and Taxes:
24.1 The published price of the tours and any products or services is subject to change at any time, before booking confirmation. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Click Tours reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from taxes or fees, currency and exchange fluctuations or government action which impacts the price of the applicable products or services.
24.2 Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid ONLY for tourists holding a foreign passport, and NOT for Israeli citizens. By law, Israeli citizens are required to add VAT on payment. All other persons including those with dual citizenship, one of which is Israeli, are subject to 17% VAT.
25. Assignment
You cannot assign or otherwise transfer this Terms and Conditions, or any rights granted hereunder or any obligations, to any third party and any such assignment or transfer or purported assignment or transfer shall be void ab initio. Our rights and/or obligations under the Terms of Use are freely assignable or otherwise transferable by Us to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your prior consent.
