Policy for Family and Romance package:
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total package. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 91 days prior to arrival, a 98% refund will be given. For cancellations received 46-90 days prior to check-in, a 80% refund will be given. If a cancellation is received 45 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be given. No refund or credit for no-shows or unused portion of package.
ROEming Belize is NOT responsible for any currency conversation fees that your bank might apply on their end.
ROEming Booking Policy: ROEming Belize strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
Policy for Escorted Group Trip:
Deposit Required to secure placement
To secure you place only a $599 deposit per person is due at time of booking with full-payment due within 50 days of departure
Cancellation Fees Per Person
61 days prior to departure or more: Deposit fully refundable
59-50 day or less : Rebook for a new date at no penalty or refund will be less $50 USD per person
50 days prior to departure or less: non-refundable but you can rebook for a new date at no penalty.
30 days or less trip non-refundable and non-changeable

Policy for Day Trips and Excursions:
Full payment required to confirm tour.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
