Dans cette proposition de voyage de 19 jours au Vietnam, Hanoi - Sapa - Halong - Cat Ba - Hue - Hoi An - Saigon - Delta du Mékong, vous aurez l'occasion de voir et d'apprécier les destinations de manière détendue, sans vous presser, sans stress, sans circuits organisés à outrance, sans ressentir le besoin de rentrer chez soi et de dormir. Un voyage pour profiter du Viêt Nam, de ses habitants, de ses paysages, et aussi pour profiter d'une journée de détente, ce qui manque souvent dans ce genre de voyage.

Après que les guides vous auront indiqué les destinations les plus intéressantes, l'avantage d'une journée de repos dépend de vous et de votre sens de l'aventure. Day 1

Arrivée à Hanoi - Visite à pied de la cuisine de rue (Meal:-/-/D)

At your arrival to Hanoi, you will be greeted at the airport by our driver and transferred to your hotel. The first day is free time which you’ve been given to rest and later enjoy your by yourself .

Check in time from 14:00 PM

17h30- 17h45 PM tour guide picks up for Street Food walking tour

- Tour guides will take tourists to eat at lots of special corners , alleys and restaurants of The Old Quarter that you might miss if you go by yourself  to try variety of street foods and drinks  such as:Bún chả ( Grilled pork with noodle), Phở bò,gà ( Beef, chicken noodle soup), Bún ốc (Snail noodle soup), Bánh cuốn ( Steamed rice papper rolls), Bánh gối ( Pillow dumpling), Nem rán ( Fried spring rolls), Bánh tôm (Shrimp dumpling), Bánh Mỳ (Vietnamese sandwich), Chè ( Sweet gruel soup), Bánh Bao (Vietnamese dumpling), Bánh khoai, chuối ( Sweet potato,Banana cake), Hoa quả dầm ( Mixture fresh-fruit), Bia Hơi (Fresh beer), Trà đá (Iced tea), Café trứng (Egg coffee) …….

- Tour ends at Hoan Kiếm Lake or anywhere convenient for tourists to return, and then tour guides will show them how to get back your hotels/hostels.

Day 2

8.00- 8.30: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City 

08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake 

It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of  Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world

 Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

 Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

 Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam

Special Note : we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays

12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine 

with 8 delicious dishes.

14.00-14.15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century 

15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton

16.15 -16.30: Back to hotel

Day 3

Hanoi- Sapa- Village de Cat Cat par voie terrestre (Repas : B/ L/ D)

Petit déjeuner à emporter et départ à l'hôtel.

Le chauffeur vient vous chercher à 6h30-7h00, veuillez attendre dans le hall de l'hôtel. Vous passerez 6 heures dans la voiture.

Arrivée à Sapa à 13h00 pour le déjeuner.

14:00- 14:30 PM Commencez le trekking au sud-ouest de Sapa (environ 4 km) pour visiter le village de Cat Cat des H'mong noirs. Détendez-vous au pied de la superbe cascade et du vestige d'une centrale hydroélectrique construite par les Français pendant la période coloniale au Vietnam. Profitez de la région environnante.

Sur le chemin du retour, nous vous transférons en van à votre hôtel. Rafraîchissement avant le dîner

Le soir : Vous dînerez vers 18 heures, puis vous serez libre d'explorer le charme de Sapa la nuit, de déguster du maïs grillé, des œufs cuits au four près d'un feu de charbon de bois ou de faire du shopping.

- Vous pouvez apporter un petit bagage pendant l'excursion. Le reste des bagages peut être envoyé à la réception. Vous les récupérerez à votre retour à Hanoi.



Day 4

Y Linh Ho- Lao Chai- Ta Van Village- Nuit chez l'habitant (Repas : B/ L/ D)

- Wake up in the morning and enjoy the fresh air. Have a local breakfast in the restaurant, then, get ready for trekking.

- Check out of the room and begin your exploration trip to Muong Hoa valley. Follow the main road heading south for about an hour before turning right to a footpath downhill to Muong Hoa Valley. This part offers spectacular scenery of the highest part of Hoang Lien Son mountain range and on a nice day, Fansipan Peak can be seen.

Crossing the river by a suspension bridge you will challenge your feet uphill to Y Linh Ho village. Here, pay a visit to some H’mong families, and watch them doing their daily work. 

- After lunch, the trail continues up and downhill for about 2 hours as you reach Lao Chai, a large village of the H’mong, and then follow the river bank to Ta Van of the Zay people. Visiting local homes, enjoy your cultural discovery as well as the breathtaking scenery of the Muong Hoa Valley. 

- Settle down in Ta Van village for an overnight homestay.


Day 5

Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Sapa - Hanoi par voie terrestre (Repas : B/ L/ -)

- Leaving Ta Van village after breakfast, take the trail uphill, passing fascinating terraced rice fields and some small hamlets of the H’mong before getting through a bamboo forest to a waterfall. 

Enjoy a break for some magnificent scenery and then continue walking for half an hour to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zao people, which sits on the top of a hill and looks down Muong Hoa river.

After spending time visiting the village, making friends with the Zao, and experiencing their hospitality, cross the river by another suspension bridge and then go uphill again to Hau Thao village. Visit a local handicraft center where H’mong and Zao women gather to exchange experience and skills of making handicrafts. 

A late lunch will be prepared nearby this center and then you have time to relax and prepare before heading back to Hanoi.

14:00- 14h15 the driver picks up at your hotel to go back to Hanoi.

20h30 Arrive Hanoi and check in the hotel.

Overnight in Ha Noi


Day 6

Hanoi- Ninh Binh- Hoa Lu- Ta, Coc boat- Mua cave (Repas : B/ L/ -)

Breakfast at the hotel

07h30 – 8h00: Get picked up by our friendly guide then depart for Ninh Binh province

09h15: Have a short break for 15 – 20 minutes to relax

10h30: Visit Hoa Lư ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasty

11h45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with many local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice…Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch

13h00: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5-hour bamboo boat.  You will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky, and a stunning cave system during the boat trip. All make a masterpiece that the Vietnamese people called “Ha Long Bay on land”

14h30: Continue the tour for 45 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people.

15h30: Get back to Limousine Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here

16h30: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi

18h30: Get dropped off at Hotel in Hanoi

Overnight in Hanoi 

Day 7

Hanoi- Cat Ba- Lan Ha Bay- kayak - Nuit en croisière (Repas : B/ L/ D)

Breakfast at the hotel & do check out. 

7:00: Pick-up at hotels if located in the Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus departing to Lan Ha Bay with stopovers for refreshing en route.

11:30: Arrive Beo Harbor, transfer by tender to the Cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks, receive cruise briefing, safety instructions then check in to your cabin

12:30 A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through these islands

14:00 The cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay and completes its entry through the Cua Van Area. The area is surrounded by extraordinary karst landscapes. Explore bay by your own kayaking through Dark & Bright caves

16:30: Enjoy Swimming in a nearby area, you can join jumping or diving from the top of the boat into water

18:00: Come back to cruise later to enjoy Sunset party,  cooking class with fresh spring roll

19:00 Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.

After dinner you can do squid fishing or singing karaoke or relaxing

- You can bring a small luggage on the tour, the rest of luggage can be sent at the reception. 

You will get it back when you come back to Hanoi the next day.

Day 8

Baie de Lan Ha - randonnée à vélo dans le village de Viet Hai - bus pour Ha Noi (Repas : B/ L/ -)

06:00: Waking up enjoying beautiful moments when a blazing sunrise breaks the clouds of the island on the bay (accept winter time have no sunrise)

07:00: Your breakfast will be ready in quite a bay

  08:00 Start riding bicycle 5 km to Viet Hai Village, Viet Hai is a small village in the midst of jungles, covered by high mountains range of the Cat Ba National Park.

09:30: Riding back to our boat have shower then before checking out

11:00: Lunch is served on boat.

12:00: Disembark to Beo Harbor. Get on the bus back to Hanoi, say goodbye Amazing Cat Ba Island

16:30: Back to Hanoi. Tour guide will drop you back at your hotel

Overnight in Hanoi

Day 9

Hanoi - vol pour Hue - visite de la cuisine de rue de Hue (Repas : B/ -/ D)

Breakfast at the hotel & do check out

The driver will pick you up at your hotel transfer to the airport for your flight to Hue. 

Arriving at Hue, our driver will take you to your hotel for check in.

Check in time from 14h00 PM

18:00 pm: Cyclo pick up you at hotels in focus at your hotel.

The tour guide will take you to the restaurant to enjoy there special cakes of Hue “Bun Bo Hue, Banh Khoai, Nem Lui, Banh Beo Chen, Banh Nam, Banh Uot”.

Then, the cyclo takes you around streets to admire some romantic places at night such as Imperial Citadel, Truong Tien bridge, Perfume River, Le Loi Str, Hue railway station.

You will have chance to enjoy sweet soup of Hue 

20:00 PM move to the harbor of Huong River to hear a traditional Song “Ca Hue” on the Dragon boat.

21:00 PM tour finish and you walk to go back to the hotel.

Day 11

Bus de Hue à Hoi An - Ville de Hoi An - Promenade en bateau - Libération des lanternes de fleurs et nourriture de rue (Repas : B/ -/ D)

Breakfast at the hotell & do check out.

The shuttle bus picks up at 9h00 AM and departs to Hoi An. You will change a car in Da Nang.

Arrive Hoi An, check in the hotel. Note for check in time from 14h00 PM.


14h30 PM tour guide picks up for Hoi An city tour- Boat ride- Release Flower lantern & Street Food 

-Firstly, you’ll visit Hoi An Market which is always bustling. It offers an unmissable shopping experience. This market is full of sights, colors, sounds and smells. Next to Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings. You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses: Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House - That have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. After that, going to Museum of Folk Culture in Hoi An - A display of artifacts depicts ancient local daily life in a 150-year-old Chinese merchant house. Especially, you will enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House. 

- Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.

- Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.

- Enjoy your time with the boat ride and release the flower lantern to pray for the lucks to you and your family. You will immerse yourself in the fanciful space of the lantern street.

Spend your time in the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and admire the breath-taking view of Da Nang coastal city.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, Le Jardin D’amourn (consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.

Sit on the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village where you could enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue, Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome …Challenge the most popular adventure ride – Slide of Tube Car (free ride)…

Day 13

7:30 – 8:00 am: We’ll pick you up at the hotel in Hoi An and transfer you to Da Nang city (around 35km).

8:30 am: Take you to the first stop - Monkey Mountain. A giant statue of Lady Buddha with a beautiful background such as mountains and a huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoying a fresh breeze.

10:15 am: Arrive in Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures - the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang.

- Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were made in the 19th century by the last dynasty of Viet Nam monarchy, and visit Huyền Không and Tàng Chơn caves.

11:30 am: Keep going to see the biggest fascinating cave named Âm Phủ cave. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos of amazing natural creations.

12:00 pm: Have lunch at a local restaurant with local and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.

13:00 pm: Keep your moving to Hoi An city for drop off and pick up the travelers and depart to My Son Sanctuary. - The World Cultural Heritage. 

14:30 pm: Arrive at My SonSanctuary and we'll have 2 hours to discover the site by walking throughout the landscape, learning histories with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoying the Champa's traditional performances.

16:30 pm -5pm : Get back to minivan then transfer to the wharf for taking a boat trip to Hoi An with a nice and cool breeze on boarding, beautiful sunset river scenery on the biggest river in Vietnam Central named Thu Bon River. Get your camera ready for the amazing moment of local people's activities along the river. You will enjoy the Vietnamese Banh My on the boat trip.

18:00 pm- 18.30pm: Arrive at Hoi An, we will drop you at your hotel. Tour ends!


Day 14

Hoi An- Cam Thanh coconut jungle & cours de cuisine- transfert à Da Nang- vol pour Ho Chi Minh (Repas : B/ L/ -)

08:30 am: Local guide pick up at the hotel.

- Go to market with our chef (about 30 minutes)

- We will have a chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for use in our lesson. 

09:15 am: - Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside, and see the water and coconut trees growing together.

- Enjoy your time with basket boat rowing through the coconut jungle forest 

11:00 am: Enjoy a welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

12:20 pm: Return to your hotel.

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. 

Have lunch at local restaurant.

Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. 

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. 

Return to Saigon.

Day 16

Ho Chi Minh- Delta du Mékong- Cai Be- Can Tho (Repas : B/ L/ -)

07:30: Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and start the trip to Cai Be. Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride to the remaining site of a renowned wholesale floating market on the Tien River many years ago. This site entitles you to learn something about the local trading habit that has changed due to the age of modern society when more terrestrial transportation and high techniques of agriculture have dominated everywhere. There, you can realize how diverse the area is and how rich orchard gardens are, which makes it the basket of fruit in the lower part of the Mekong River.

Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of an ancient house and learn about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people. Paddle through small canals – an exciting experience since you can look around, unwind, and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the Upper Mekong Delta. Additionally, after arrival on Tan Phong Island, immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. The meal is cooked on your own and served in the heart of the local garden.

Cycle on the village path through orchards. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Visit Ba Kiệt’s ancient house.

Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip to Can Tho City. Proceed to Can Tho City and overnight in Can Tho.

You can take a leisurely boat ride to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the most vibrant floating market in the area.

Walking tour of the local noodle factory. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda - Khmer temple, famous for its unique structure. Then, move by boat to the Con Son tourist area, visit the fruit plantation, and enjoy seasonal fruits.

Have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

18.30 Enjoy the unique art of a water puppet show, a traditional art form closely connected with the long-standing spiritual life of the Vietnamese people. It is performed in a pool of water with the water surface being the stage. The puppeteers stand behind a screen and control the puppets using long bamboo rods and string mechanisms hidden beneath the water surface. A traditional Vietnamese orchestra provides accompanying background music. Singers originating from north Vietnam sing songs which tell the story being acted out by the puppets which are carved out of wood. Although the authentic shows are exclusively in Vietnamese, the tales depict rural life in villages and are easy to understand. The shows typically last for one hour and offer a colorful way to enjoy an ancient tradition.

19.15: Be taken to  experience Saigon’s nightlife and reach the harbor for a dinner cruise on the river. Observe the beautiful scenery of the city while enjoying Vietnamese cuisine on a traditional-style boat.
