Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à l'aéroport international de Tribhuwan, Katmandou

As you arrive at the Tribhuwan International Airport, a representative from Escape Himalaya will take you to your hotel in Kathmandu. At the hotel, you may take rest as there are no plans scheduled for the day. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Jour 2 : Katmandou à Pokhara (910m/2985ft), Durée : 6 heures

We will, on this day, drive to Pokhara which takes around 6 hours by a tourist bus. Driving beside the Trishuli and Marshyangdi Rivers, you will truly be allured by beautiful scenic sights of arresting landscapes, terraced rice fields, and a magnificent panorama of Manaslu, Lamjung Himal and Ganesh Himal. When you reach Pokhara, popular as ‘The Lake City’, you will be transferred to your hotel. You will have a free time there, which can be spent relaxing or boating in the beautiful Phewa Lake. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara. Breakfast included.
Day 3

Jour 3 : De Pokhara à Naya Pul et trekking jusqu'à Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/4905ft), Durée : 4 heures

Our journey continues from Pokhara. We will also pass by a place named Birethanti village set at the junction of Bhurungdi River and Modi River and then we will walk through wonderful rhododendron and oak jungles. Traversing the Bhurungdi River upstream, we will reach Tikhe Dhunga. Walking for around 4 hours, we will reach Tikhe Dhunga on this day. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 4

Jour 4 : De Tikhe Dhunga à Ghorepani (2850m/9348ft), Durée : 7 heures

We will walk ahead from Tikhe Dhunga to Ghorepani on this day. We will have quite a challenging way up to Ulleri and pass by stony stairways on the way. Passing by the settlements of Banthanti, the track goes all the way through wonderful rhododendron and oak woods. Walking for around 7 hours, we will reach Ghorepani. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 5

Jour 5 : Randonnée jusqu'à Poonhill (3210m/10430ft), trek jusqu'à Tadapani (2500m/8200ft), Durée : 7 heures

You will experience one of the most beautiful moments today. We will begin our walk early in the morning today, to reach Poon Hill (3210m). Poon Hill is the best vantage point in the Annapurna Region which offers stunning sunrise views over the beautiful panorama of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. After spending a most memorable time at Poon Hill, we will return back to Ghorepani. From Ghorepani, we will continue walking along the pines and rhododendron woods. Walking for some hours, we will reach Tadapani finally. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 6

Jour 6 : Tadapani à Chhomrong (2020m/6625ft), Durée : 5 heures

Leaving Tadapani, on this day, we will walk down all the way through woodlands. We will also walk on a steep way down passing the terraced meadow to the Kimrung River. We will also traverse the river via the suspension bridge and march to Gurjung. Walking ahead from the Gurjung Village, we will reach Chhomrong at the elevation of 2020m. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 7

Jour 7 : De Chhomrong à Dovan (2600m/8528ft), Durée : 5 heures

We will walk on a staircase of stones as we depart from Chhomrong and traverse the Chhomrong River. We will also ascend to enter the Modi Khola Valley again. We will walk further and pass by hemlocks, oaks, and rhododendron woods to Kuldi Ghar (2540m). Moving further on, we will also make way up through the bamboo and rhododendron forests. We will reach Dovan after walking for around 5 hours from Chhomrong on this day. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 8

Jour 8 : De Dovan à Deurali (3200m/10500ft), Durée : 4 heures

From Dovan, we will have quite a challenging way. We will walk on a trail that passes through a number of avalanche channels. We will also pass over Hinko. On the way to Deurali, we will leave the woods behind us and notice the valley widening and the scenery turning wild. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 9

Jour 9 : Deurali au camp de base de l'Annapurna (4210m/13810ft), Durée : 5 heures

We will move ahead from Deurali, pass through a river bed and walk on a steep trail that presents views of beautiful mountain sides. We will also walk to the Machhapuchhre Base Camp set at the elevation of 4100m, which is quite challenging. Machhapuchhre Base Camp presents exceptional views of the grandiosity of Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Annapurna South, Gangapurna and many more mountain peaks. From here, we will notice the landscape changing since the vegetation seems to vanish as it starts thinning out exceptionally. Walking ahead, we will reach the Annapurna Base Camp where enthralling views of the Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and several other giant peaks come into sight. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 10

Jour 10 : Camp de base de l'Annapurna à Bamboo (2310m/7575ft), Durée : 7 heures

Experiencing awesome time and taking memorable pictures at the Annapurna base camp, on this day we will make way to Bamboo. We will walk downhill for around 7 hours to get to Bamboo passing the amazing setting. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 11

Jour 11 : De Bamboo à Jhinu Danda (source d'eau chaude) (1780m/5840ft), Durée : 6 heures

From Bamboo, we will walk uphill to reach Khuldighar then stroll downward to the Chhomrong Khola. We will also ascend on a stony way to Chhomrong from where our path moves down to Jhinu Danda. At Jhinu Danda, we will have a chance to get an interlude from dipping ourselves in the hot springs to calm our exhausted body. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 12

Jour 12 : Jhinu Danda à Pokhara (910m/2985ft), Durée : 5 heures de marche et 1 heure de route

We will trek for around 5 hours on this day to reach Nayapul via Birethanti. From Nayapul, with an hour’s drive, we will get back to Pokhara. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara. Breakfast included.
Day 13

Jour 13 : De Pokhara à Katmandou

We will take a drive to Kathmandu by luxury tourist bus. Then, you will be transferred to your hotel. At the hotel, you can just relax for this day. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14

Jour 14 : adieu

This is your last day in Nepal. You will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to your country.

General Booking Conditions

For Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan Tours: Provide us a photocopy of your passport and 20% of trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is nonrefundable.

Risk and Liabilities

All the Nepal, China and Bhutan Tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective countries. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like the change in rules and regulations of Country, Government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability and cancellation of flights, delays, sickness or accident and breakdown of vehicles. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, Travel Insurance is mandatory.

Last Minute Booking

We accept last minute bookings. You can book a trip to Nepal 7 days prior to the trip departure dates. Last minute booking may not be acceptable in the cases of Bhutan or Tibet Trips.

Postponing the Trip

A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.

In case of postponing of Nepal Tour, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.

In case of postponing of Tibet and Bhutan Tour, a trip cancellation charge will be charged as per the trending market rate of those countries. It solely depends upon the ongoing policy of our agents in Tibet and Bhutan. For now, 20% of trip costs and 50% of trip costs will be charged in case of postponing of Bhutan and Tibet Trip respectively.

Trip Cancellation (Nepal)

In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons, you need to write it to us 14 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as canceled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. If the reason for your cancellation is genuine like injury or serious illness, you can postpone your trip or transfer your booking to another person who meets all the requirements for the trip. However, a fee of USD 150 per person will be charged if you postpone or transfer your trip within 15 days prior to your trip date. As per our policy, the deposit amount is non-refundable, therefore, you can utilize the amount to book a trip with Escape Himalaya next time.

Trip Cancellation (Bhutan)

A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Bhutan Tour, 20% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.

Trip Cancellation (Tibet)

A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Tibet tour, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.

Incomplete Tour

We are not liable for any refunds in cases of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. Thus, even if your trip isn’t the one you chose, your money will not go in vain.

Price Changing

We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our action will be reasonably pertaining to cases of some circumstances such as the drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions, and others, we are not liable to answer to anyone for our action.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects and helicopter services in the mountains.

Flight Delay/Cancellation

Flight delays and cancellation tend to happen quite often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Escape Himalaya will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.

We are not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.

During the Tour

In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Escape Himalaya is not liable for any kind of refunds.
