Programme du circuit

Day 1

Bienvenue au Pérou !

Your adventure begins in the vibrant capital of Peru, Lima. Explore the city's colonial architecture, bustling markets, and scenic waterfront before settling into your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely evening, perhaps sampling the renowned Peruvian cuisine in one of the city's celebrated restaurants.

At arrival, a driver will take you to your hotel.

Day 2

VISITE PARTAGÉE DE LIMA

Lima, the largest city in Peru and also its capital, is a must-see of your Peru trip.

In recent years Lima has become a modern city with beautiful beaches, many restaurants, numerous museums and not to forget an exciting nightlife.

Pre-Hispanic Lima: We start our tour with a panoramic view over the "Pucllana Pyramid", a wonderful festive and archaeological center built in the 4th century A.D. and also called sacred by the Incas. The Viceroyalty of Peru was the most important of the Spanish Empire and Lima was its capital.

Lima in colonial times: We visit the historical center of Lima, where you can admire more than 50 monuments and colonial buildings such as the "Paseo de la República", the "San Martín" square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the City Council Palace and many more.

We will also visit the Museo de Banco Central de Reserva, where we will see the treasures of Peru, such as objects made of gold, ceramics and textiles from different pre-Colombian cultures. The museum is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Instead we will visit the traditional neighborhoods "El Olviar de San Isidro", "Miraflores" and "Larcomar".

Afterwards, our tour will take us to the "San Francisco" complex, which exhibits the largest collection of religious art in America. Our highlight will be the visit to the "Caracumbas", underground vaults.

Day 3

VOL POUR CUSCO - VISITE DE LA VILLE DE CUCO EN COMMUN

At a schedued time, a driver will take you to Lima airport to take your flight to Cusco. At arrival a driver will take you to your hotel.

13h30: You will explore the impressive city of Cusco. The history of the Inca Empire started here. The Imperial city of the Incas was a complex urban center with different religious and administrative functions.

Many years later the Spanish conquerors destroyed the ancient culture and sent its treasures to Spain.

In Cusco´s historic center we will see Spanish buildings, native ruins, temples, and finely finished buildings of the Incas. The main attractions are: the Temple of the Sun, the main square Plaza de Armas, the market San Pedro, and the Papa Museo.

Let your mind drift and feel the energy of the past in this magical city.

Then, we will continue to the nearby ruins: Kenko, where you will see its underground galleries and its semicircular amphitheater. Tambomachay complex of walls connected by stairways, having water springs which fed a well via channels in which the Inca bathed, for it is believed that he also worshipped water. Puca Pucara; the red fortress that is located on a hill, possibly to defend Tambomachay and Sacsayhuaman Fortress, an imposing example of Inca military architecture, this fortress was built using large slabs of granite to safeguard the city from Antis attacks or invading forces from the east.

Day 4

VISITE PARTAGÉE DE LA VALLÉE SACRÉE

With its amazing nature, breathtaking views, ancient ruins and various adventure activities, the Sacred Valley has a lot to offer.

The valley was chosen by the Incas because of its geographical and climatic conditions. It was the best place in Peru to plant all different kinds of vegetables and plants. However, the Sacred Valley was not part of the Inca Empire but more like a personal property of the Emperor.

Here you have the chance to visit the beautiful Pisac Market. You will find a wide variety of locally produced handicrafts.

Later we will visit the small town is Ollantaytambo. Enjoy a great coffee or delicious meal in one of the local cafes and restaurants. Furthermore you will find there one of the finest stonework of Peru.

Day 5

TRAIN POUR AGUAS CALIENTES - VISITE PRIVÉE DU MACHU PICCHU - TRAIN POUR CUSCO

In the morning you will take the train to Aguas Calientes. At arrival, you will be met by a representative who will take you to the tour to machu Picchu.

For many, the highlight of their journey through Peru: Machu Picchu.

Surrounded by dramatic landscape between the Peruvian Andes and the Amazon Basil, Machu Picchu is maybe the greatest wonder of ancient architecture in the world.

It symbolizes the Inca culture with all its historical, cultural and natural values. The nearly 200 structures may have been a royal estate or a religious site.

Machu Picchu is divided into a lower and upper part to separate farming from residential areas. It consists of subsidiary centers, an extensive road and trail system, irrigation canals and agricultural terraces.

After visiting Machu Picchu , take the train back to Cusco.

Day 6

CIRCUIT PARTAGÉ MARAS ET MURÈNE

The salt mines of Maras are one of the most visible enclaves of Peru and at the same time one of the least visited places.

The tour starts in Cusco at 08:00 am. You will first visit the village of Maras and the Andean terraces of Moray. But first, we arrive in Moray. Here the Incas created terraces to grow different plants at different levels. Afterward, we visit the village of Maras and its salt mines. Here we also explore the temple of Maras.

Day 7

TOUR DE LA MONTAGNE ARC-EN-CIEL PARTAGÉ

Is one of the newest destinations for those who love trekking, nature, and landscapes.

Vinicunca is a mountain located in Quispicanchis province in Cusco, Peru. Close to one of the highest snow peaks in Peru, Apu Ausangate. Over 5,000 meters high, the surrounding landscape shows a bright blue sky and almost no people, plants, or animals.

The rainbow colors make a fully enjoyable contrast with the other mountains and the afternoon sky. As the sun rises and the clouds are dragged by the wind the colors of the Vinicunca mountain change turning brighter or darker making the view even better.

After being taken from your hotel in Cusco by car (a 3-hour trip) and a traditional breakfast you and your travel partners will start the journey to Rainbow Mountain. You can go at your own pace to enjoy every minute of the trek. In three hours approximately you will turn right to the last hill to hold your breath and get dazzled by the 7 color mountain Vinicunca.

Day 8
