Le Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu Trek combine l'expérience de la visite du lac sacré Gosainkunda et l'observation des vues étonnantes de l'Himalaya dans un seul contexte. Au cours de cette randonnée combinée, vous traverserez des forêts luxuriantes et verdoyantes de rhododendrons et de bambous, vous apercevrez des espèces rares d'animaux dans leur habitat naturel, comme le panda roux, vous verrez de magnifiques chutes d'eau qui ornent le terrain comme un chef-d'œuvre peint par un être omnipotent et vous serez récompensés par les vues merveilleuses des sommets enneigés. Le lac de Gosainkunda est sacré pour les bouddhistes et les hindous et est particulièrement visité au mois d'août de chaque année par de nombreux pèlerins. Le lac a également une signification religieuse pour les hindous, qui croient qu'il a été créé par le seigneur Shiva lorsqu'il a frappé la montagne de son trident pour boire dans les glaciers de la montagne afin d'étancher sa soif après avoir avalé un poison qui menaçait de détruire le monde.
Pour commencer le trek Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu, nous irons de Katmandou à Syabrubesi (6-7 heures) et nous longerons la bouillonnante rivière Bhote Koshi. En chemin, nous pourrons apercevoir des animaux sauvages comme des singes et des pandas rouges dans les bois, car le trek nous permet de traverser des étendues de végétation verdoyante. Nous passerons également par des destinations telles que Gumanechok, Ghoda Tabela et le village de Mundu Langtang avant d'atteindre la quintessence merveilleusement pieuse de Kyanjin Gompa. À Kyanjin Gompa, nous pouvons observer le mode de vie des moines bouddhistes enthousiastes qui accomplissent des rituels dans l'impressionnant monastère. Jour 1 : Arrivée à l'aéroport international de Tribhuwan, Katmandou

Jour 2 : Katmandou à Syabru Bensi (1,462m/4,795ft), Durée : 7 heures
Jour 3 : Syabru Bensi à Lama Hotel (2,500m/8,200ft), Durée : 5 heures
Jour 4 : De l'hôtel Lama à Mundu (3,550m/11,645ft), Durée : 5-6 heures
Jour 5 : Mundu à Kyanjing RI (4 773m/15 655ft) et retour à Kyanjing Gompa (3 798m/12 495ft), Durée : 7-8 heures
Jour 6 : Exploration de Kyangjuma Gompa et ascension de Chorkari RI (5 050m/16 564ft), Durée : 7 heures
In order to avoid altitude sickness, today we will rest in Kyanjin Gompa on this day. We will also travel around the region. Then, we will be walking up to the Chorkari RI lying at the elevation of 5050m just at the back the Langtang Village. There, we will get to see the incredible ice walls and breathtaking vista of the entire Langtang Himalaya range, including Langshisa RI (6,810 m), Ganjala peak, Langtang Lirung (7,244m), Gyangchempo (6,888 m) and more. Jour 7 : Kyanjin Gompa- Lama Hotel (2,500m/8,200ft), Durée : 5-6 heures
We will walk and make our way back to the Lama Hotel from Kyanjin Gompa after witnessing awesome sights. We will be trekking on a descending path and are likely to notice fantastic views of soaring peaks before we reach the Lama Hotel. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 8 : Hôtel Lama - Thulo Syabru (2 235m/ 7 330ft), Durée : 5-6 heures
We will be descending from the Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru taking around 6 hours of time. We will descend from the Lama Hotel to a river and then traverse across the river to Thulo Syabru. Enthralling views of the Langtang Himal and several other peaks come into sight along the trail. We will also walk through pine and Juniper woods. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 9 : Thulo Syabru- Shin Gompa (3,330m/10,925ft), Durée : 3-5 heures
We will trek for around 3 to 5 hours to reach Shin Gompa from Thulo Syabru on this day. We have to follow the path from Thulo Syabru to reach the Foprang Danda- set at the altitude of 3200m.We will walk on a steep path passing all the way through Dursagang. We will be then accompanied by amazing views of the Ganesh Himal and the Langtang Himal. On the way, we will also pass the wooded areas of oak, fir and hemlock trees. Climbing for some time, we will finally reach the Shin Gompa lying at 3330m. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 10 : De Shin Gompa à Gosaikunda (4,300m/14,104ft), Durée : 5-6 heures
We will climb further from Shin Gompa today. This is one of the most significant of days in the trekking trip. Passing through wooded areas of rhododendron trees, we will reach Laurebinayak from Shin Gompa, spotting rare exotic animals like the Red Panda in their natural protected habitat of the forest. Then, we will ascend further on a wider path all the way through alpine sceneries to get to Gosainkunda set at the elevation of 4300m, where we will explore around the Lakes. Jour 11 : De Gosaikunda à Ghopte (3,430m/11,250ft) Durée : 7 heures
We will walk ahead from Gosainkunda and ascend through a rough country with rugged uneven terrain and pass by four more cerulean lakes before reaching the top (4,610m), which is the highest point of this trek. The fantastic views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lirung and a lot of other snow-capped peaks are absolutely alluring. Experiencing this awesome part of the trek, we will walk down to Ghopte. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 12 : De Ghopte à Kutungsang (2470m) Durée : 6-7 heures
Passing through forested areas, we will climb along a dry river-bed before reaching Kharka, the area encircled by rhododendron woods blossoming vibrantly to provide a contrast to the amethyst terra firma. We will also pass by the Thare Pati village. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 13 : De Kutungsang à Chosopani (2200m), Durée : 6-7 heures
After breakfast in the morning, the trail leads us down all the way to Chisapani through the green forest of oak and rhododendron. Chisapani is an amazing hill station which is known for spectacular sunrise views. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Jour 14 : Chisopani à Sundarijal et route vers Katmandou.
After breakfast in the morning, we make about 3-4 hours downhill trek to Sundarijal along with the dense forest of Shivapuri national park. After arriving at Sundarijal, we drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel,breakfast included.
Jour 15 : Adieu.
Approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight, a representative from the Escape Himalaya Trek will take you to the airport.

General Booking Conditions
For Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan Tours: Provide us a photocopy of your passport and 20% of trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is nonrefundable.
Risk and Liabilities
All the Nepal, China and Bhutan Tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective countries. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like the change in rules and regulations of Country, Government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability and cancellation of flights, delays, sickness or accident and breakdown of vehicles. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, Travel Insurance is mandatory.
Last Minute Booking
We accept last minute bookings. You can book a trip to Nepal 7 days prior to the trip departure dates. Last minute booking may not be acceptable in the cases of Bhutan or Tibet Trips.
Postponing the Trip
A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
In case of postponing of Nepal Tour, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.
In case of postponing of Tibet and Bhutan Tour, a trip cancellation charge will be charged as per the trending market rate of those countries. It solely depends upon the ongoing policy of our agents in Tibet and Bhutan. For now, 20% of trip costs and 50% of trip costs will be charged in case of postponing of Bhutan and Tibet Trip respectively.
Trip Cancellation (Nepal)
In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons, you need to write it to us 14 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as canceled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. If the reason for your cancellation is genuine like injury or serious illness, you can postpone your trip or transfer your booking to another person who meets all the requirements for the trip. However, a fee of USD 150 per person will be charged if you postpone or transfer your trip within 15 days prior to your trip date. As per our policy, the deposit amount is non-refundable, therefore, you can utilize the amount to book a trip with Escape Himalaya next time.
Trip Cancellation (Bhutan)
A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Bhutan Tour, 20% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.
Trip Cancellation (Tibet)
A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Tibet tour, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.
Incomplete Tour
We are not liable for any refunds in cases of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. Thus, even if your trip isn’t the one you chose, your money will not go in vain.
Price Changing
We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our action will be reasonably pertaining to cases of some circumstances such as the drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions, and others, we are not liable to answer to anyone for our action.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects and helicopter services in the mountains.
Flight Delay/Cancellation
Flight delays and cancellation tend to happen quite often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Escape Himalaya will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
Your Personal Belongings
We are not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.
During the Tour
In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Escape Himalaya is not liable for any kind of refunds.
