If cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival: No charges applicable ( unless a special arrangement is concluded with the hotel )
If cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival: 25% charges applicable
If cancelled 29 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 50% charges applicable
If cancelled 6 to 2 days prior to the arrival: 75% charges applicable
If cancelled within 24 hours or no show: 100 % of the total booking will be charged.

General Information:
Departure (Pick Up)
For Sit in Coach Tours
Gray Line will pick up its customers in most of the major hotels in DUBAI and SHARJAH . The pick up time vary between 1 hour to 15 minutes before the start of the tour at Gray Line terminal. We will confirm you one day earlier a precise time by email.
Arrival (Drop Off)
For Sit in Coach Tours
After the tour, our vehicle will drop off the passengers in XXXX location, or in XXX Mall or a the Gray Line terminal (metro DUBAI INTERNET CITY)
Boarding - All tours leave Gray Line’s Terminal or we pick up in your hotel depending on your tour & reservation.
Meals - Meals during tours are not included except where noted, but lunch stops are scheduled on all day tours.
Included in Price - The fares shown include transportation, all admission charges, and accommodations as stated on motor-coach tours. All of our drivers are UAE & OMAN licensed.
Child Fares - The child fares apply to children ages 3-11 on all motor-coach tours.
Cancellation - Gray Line reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, schedule, route, or price, and to cancel or substitute tour stops without notice.
Cancellation Policy (prior to 16th August 2022):
If cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival: No charges applicable
If cancelled 3-7 days prior to the arrival: 50% charges applicable
If cancelled 2-6 days prior to the arrival: 75% charges applicable
If cancelled within 24 hours or no show: 100 % of the total booking will be charged.
Rates - All rates are in U$D.
Weather - Tours operate rain or shine, Gray Line reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of severe weather conditions.
ADA - While not required, we recommend you provide 48 hours’ notice if a wheelchair accessible coach is required to expedite our service for you. Please send email to [email protected].
Prepaid/Internet vouchers - Customers with prepaid vouchers must bring their printed vouchers with them.
Refund Policy - All refunds are as per cancellation policy of each tour.
Responsibility: All of the tours on this site will be carried out under the business management of Development Tourism & Travel (LLC) & Red Point Tourism (LLC).
Gray Line UAE & OMAN acts only as an agent for the attractions and is in no way to be considered the principal or the operator of the subject services. Gray Line shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect or through the acts of omissions of any company or person performing or rendering the services other than motor coach transportation described on this site.
The only contract shall be the motor-coach transportation confirmation when issued and delivered to the passenger, and by acceptance of such confirmation, the passenger agrees to the terms thereof.
