For bookings made on or after the 23rd of April 2026 that incur cancellations will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee, effective from the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy South Africa

A cancelation fee of 20% is charged if canceled 90 days or less before the event

A cancelation fee of 30% is charged if canceled 44 days or less before the event

A cancelation fee of 40% is charged if canceled 29 days or less before the event

A cancelation fee of 60% is charged if canceled 14 days or less before the event

A cancelation fee of 100% is charged if canceled 7 days or less before the event

The hotels and lodges mentioned in the itinerary will depend on availability at the time of making the booking. Should alternatives be used, they will be of similar standards

The rates are advertised as a “from” rate and are an indicative rate. The final cost per person will be dependent on a number of factors, e.g availability, group size, month of travel, special requests, valid property specials etc.
