Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à l'aéroport international de Tribuwan à Katmandou (1 345 m)

The Airport representative will greet you at Tribhuwan International airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2

Jour 2 : Visite de la vallée de Katmandou. Route vers Nagarkot.

We begin the tour. Please ensure that you have packed all your essential clothing and gear as necessary as we will be sleeping overnight in Nagarkot.


The places we go for sightseeing today include:

Pashupatinath Temple: One of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world, which is the opulently decorated pagoda. It is a temple of Lord Shiva and his Linga (Phallic Symbol of Lord). Legend has it that the temple was constructed in 400AD. You will be able to witness the cremation of the deceased and holy baths that devotees take in the river Bagmati. Pashupatinath is next to a small protected forest, so you will likely encounter monkeys, deers, and other animals.


Bouddhanath Stupa: The giant dome monument of Buddha is located on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu city. It is a sacred pilgrim destination of Buddhists and draws folks in thousands every day for prayers. The Stupa is 36 meters high and presents a captivating specimen of Stupa design.


Bhaktapur Durbar Square: The palace square is a collection of Shikhara- and Pagoda-style temples and a 55-windows palace made of brick and wood. The main attraction of Bhaktapur is the Lions Gate, Golden Gate, Statue of King Bhupatindra Malla, and art galleries among others. After completing the tour, we drive to Nagarkot.

Day 3

Jour 3 : Départ pour Pokhara en voiture touristique privée

Today we have to wake up early in the morning for a sunrise view over the Himalayas.  We can see a continuous chain of mountains looking north and a spectacular view of Kathmandu Valley in the south. After breakfast, we drive to Pokhara on a 7-hour drive. You will drive through the beautiful Prithivi Highway, cultivated lands of Dhading district, banana farmlands of Tanahu, waterfalls, rivers, villages, and highway market.

Day 4

Jour 4 : Visite guidée de Pokhara

Sightseeing of Pokhara valley starts today after your breakfast at 8:30 am. Your guide will pick you up from the hotel in a private tourist vehicle. We visit the following places today:


Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: These are what Pokhara is most known for - a beautiful lake with mountain views at the backdrop and a temple that sits on an island on the lake. The temple is a two-storied pagoda style temple of the Hindu Goddess. We take a boat from the shores and paddle to the temple. See the reflections of Mt. Machhapurchhre (Fishtail) and Annapurna on the lake.


Seti River Gorges: Seti translates to white. The gushing white waters of the river barges through a gorge making a turbulent and majestic flow. The gorge can be seen from K.I Singh Bridge, at Bagar, Mahendrapool, and Prithivi Highway bridges.


Davis Fall: Also known as Patale Chango, it is a waterfall tremendously popular among both domestic and international tourists. The volume of water gushing through is really impressive, especially with the sun rays hitting the water flowing into a gorge.


Gupteswar Cave: It is not only a cave but also a path to the famous Hindu temple of Pokhara, Gupteshwor Mahadev Temple. Devotees flock to the cave to pay a visit to the temple. The cave is almost 300m long, and in some stretches of the cave, you need to crawl on all four.


Museums: On the tour, you visit two more different museums, one dedicated to the Gurkha Warriors who fought in the World Wars, Falkland Wars, among many other military operations around the world; and another displaying the lifestyle and history of Thakalis, Tharu, and Gurungs families, which are some of the ethnic groups of Nepal.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Route vers Sarankot pour le lever du soleil et la vue sur les montagnes, puis continuation vers le parc national de Chitwan.

Today is an early morning start, well before the crack of dawn. We drive to Sarangkot on a 45-minute drive and a short hike up to Sarangkot Hill, from where you can see panoramic views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Machhapurchhre, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and other peaks as well as the best scene of Pokhara and Phewa Lake. We enjoy the views to our heart’s content and then drive back to the hotel for breakfast.


The drive to Chitwan National Park starts here. The first couple of hours are on the same stretch as we take to Pokhara from Kathmandu. From the market of Mugling, we make a right turn and follow along the Narayani River to reach Narayanghat in about 5 hours of total driving. We reach the resort and have lunch before we set off for jungle activities inside the national park. This includes elephant safari, bird watching, and jungle walk. In the evening we see the widening view of the sunset over the jungle.

Day 6

Jour 6 : Activités dans le parc national de Chitwan

We have an early morning tea/coffee before we move on to more activities around the resort. We return to the resort before heading over to observe the crocodiles along the banks of Narayani River and then back for lunch. In the afternoon we resume jungle activities and walk around the jungle and go to the observation tower, a boat ride on the wide river, then back for dinner.

Day 7

Jour 7 : Autres activités à Chitwan et retour à Katmandou.

We complete the remaining activities in Chitwan and drive back to Kathmandu on a 6-hour drive on Prithvi Highway. Views from high hills, gorges of Narayani, farmland of Dhadhing, and other rustic countryside are incredible views we get to enjoy on the drive. In the evening you will have leisure time if you like to take a stroll, visit the old market of Ason and Indrachowk, or just take a rest.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Vol vers l'Everest, visite guidée de Katmandou et dîner d'adieu

The highlight of today is the Everest mountain flight. Your guide will pick you up early in the morning and we head over to the airport for a mountain flight. A one-hour flight will take you close to the mountains for spectacular views of the mountains and awe-inspiring massifs of rocks and aerial views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchenjunga, and other peaks on the Tibetan border. Your sightseeing will starts.


Swoyambhunath Stupa: Also called the Monkey Temple, Swayambhu is a World Heritage Site, one of the holiest places of Buddhism and also Hinduism. It is perched atop a hillock by the edge of Kathmandu city. The massive stupa is also a famous tourist site for the amazing view of the valley it sports and also the monkeys that flock to the premises, from where it derives its nickname Monkey Temple.


Kathmandu Durbar Square: Another World Heritage Site, Kathmandu Durbar Square was built in the 12th/13th century, where Malla King Dynasty ruled over the city. King Prithvi Narayan Shah of Gorkha district annexed the city almost 300 years ago. The Durbar has many different exotic architectural design, wood carving in windows and doors. The courtyard, temples, Kumari (a Living Goddess) is the main attraction of Durbar Square. Inside the square, there is a museum that belongs to Kings and reflects his regime period.

Patan Durbar Square: Decorated with artistic courtyard beautiful pagoda temples, Patan Durbar Square is another World Heritage Site that has a noticeable temple built to dedicated to Lord Krishna, made of stone in the 17th century. There is a museum containing bronze statues and religious objects. The trip of Patan also covers the Tibetan Refugee Camp and handicraft center.


After the day tour, in the evening your guide will pick you up for your farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with folk songs and dance performance.

The trip concludes today. Your guide will drop you off at the international airport for your departure back home.

BROAD ADVENTURE PVT. LTD requests you to read these booking terms and conditions of Broad Adventure carefully and to understand them before booking your trip with us. This Booking Terms and Conditions is a legal contract between Broad Adventure and you which contains important information about services provided by Broad Adventure and sets out the basis of your legal relationship with Broad Adventure.


1. Bookings and Payments:

1.1 To process a Booking you must send us a completed booking form with a 20% non-refundable but useable by postponing or transferable deposit as detailed below. This will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We require you to email a copy of each passport and passport-size photo to our Kathmandu office, which is used to issue permits in advance for trekking, climbing, and other adventure activities.

1.3 After receiving a photocopy of your passport and the completed booking form with your 20% deposit, we will send you the final confirmation receipt.

1.4 All deposits required are per person per trip.

1.5 Please get in touch with us regarding direct deposit details.

1.6 A bank service charge may apply and should be paid at the time of deposit.

1.7 On wire transfer, your mediator bank may charge additionally. 

1.8 We only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 3.5% levy will be added to the card processing fee.

1.9 The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon your arrival in Kathmandu.

1.10 Broad Adventure reserves the right to cancel your trip should the full amount not be paid in time.

1.11 We will accept your last-minute booking 2 days before the tour departure date, full payment is required.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Trip Cancellation Notice: To cancel your trip, please email us a valid written notice at least  7 days before the departure date. Cancellations will only be processed with proper notice and approval.

2.2 Refunds for Cancellations 7 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your trip 7 days before the departure date, 10% of the domestic flight cancelation charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date.

2.3 No Refunds After Trip Commencement: 

Once your trip begins, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to early departure, illness, personal reasons, or unforeseen events. By starting the trip, you acknowledge and agree that the full cost of the trip is non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the entire itinerary or not. Broad Adventure will not be liable for any refunds for unused services, such as meals, accommodations, transportation, or other activities that you do not utilize during the trip. Additionally, if a group member leaves the trip for any reason—whether voluntarily, involuntarily, or due to the commission of an unlawful act—no refunds will be issued for any part of the trip, including any unused meals, accommodations, or services.


3. Booking Changes:

3.1 There will be no refund if a group member leaves a trip for any reason, voluntarily, involuntarily, or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation, or services not used.

3.2 Should you require other changes to your original tour, the person who booked the tour must submit a written document with the changes required. While every effort will be made, changes cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, any changes will incur an additional cost.

3.3 Suppose you are prevented from traveling on the tour by genuine circumstances, for example (without restriction) because of death, injury, or serious illness of the participants, close relative or friend, redundancy. In that case, you may postpone or transfer your booking to another person, provided they meet all the requirements relating to that tour. You must provide proof of why you are unable to travel at the time you change your booking. A fee of $ 100.00 per person is required if you postpone or transfer this tour no less than two weeks before trip departure. There will be no options available 14 days before trip departure. Additionally, in some cases especially, pre-booked tickets, transportation, hotels, etc. will incur an additional cost. 


4. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

4.1. All participants must confirm their attendance at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show, and the participant may forfeit their place on the trip without a refund. Additionally, anyone who does not appear at the departure location at the scheduled time will be marked as a no-show, and the trip will proceed as planned without them.

4.2. We recommend staying in contact with our team if you anticipate delays so we can assist wherever possible.

4.3. If the participants booked their hotel on their own, the participants must inform or report their name of the hotel and address at least 24 hours before the trip starts. 


5. Passport and Visas

5.1. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrive at Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visa costs are the sole responsibility of clients.


6. Travel Insurance

6.1. Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance, and adequate cover for baggage.

6.2. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events. Broad Adventure is not liable for any costs not covered by insurance.


7. Health & Fitness

7.1. All our Nepal tours and treks require a level of fitness; therefore, you should always check with your local general practitioners regarding your health and fitness before you travel. It's the client's responsibility to notify Broad Adventure of any pre-existing medical condition and/or differently able that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you requiring medical attention, that may affect your ability to travel.


8. Children

8.1. A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of eighteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.


9. Publicity

9.1. You agree that Broad Adventure may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.


10. Changes to your Holiday and Pricing

10.1. Traveling with Broad Adventure requires a degree of flexibility, good humor, and an understanding that modes of transport, accommodation, and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement due to notorious weather in the Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival, etc. Broad Adventure is unable to refund any monies under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible, we will always endeavor to provide you with an alternative or substitute trip of the same category.

10.2. Broad Adventure does not accept any responsibility for loss of employment, delays, or compensation resulting from situations beyond Broad Adventure's control.

10.3. Our holidays and tour/trek packages are based on twin shared accommodation. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.

10.4. We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or under the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance, changes in the exchange rate, government action, etc.


11. Privacy

11.1. In order to collect information from you to make a booking through Broad Adventure we ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will not be disclosed for any other purposes.


12. Risk & Liabilities

12.1. We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once-in-a-lifetime journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of their own policies.

12.2. Therefore Broad Adventure and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spots.


13. Our Responsible Tourism Policy

At Broad Adventure, we are committed to promoting responsible and sustainable travel practices. We expect all our clients to adhere to the following terms and conditions to ensure a positive impact on the environment, local communities, and cultural heritage:

13.1 Environmental Responsibility: 

13.1.1 Respect for Nature: Clients must respect and protect the natural environment. This includes not littering, avoiding damage to ecosystems, and following designated trails or paths during outdoor activities. 

13.1.2 Conservation Efforts: Clients should support and participate in conservation initiatives, such as minimizing waste, conserving water and energy, and respecting wildlife habitats and protected areas. 

13.1.3 Leave No Trace: Clients are expected to follow the principles of "Leave No Trace" by leaving natural areas as they found them, without causing harm or leaving any trace of their presence.

13.2 Cultural Sensitivity: 

13.2.1 Respect for Local Culture: Clients must respect the customs, traditions, and cultural norms of the communities they visit. This includes appropriate attire, behavior, and interactions with local people, especially in sacred or culturally sensitive sites. 

13.2.2 Cultural Exchanges: Clients should seek opportunities to engage with local communities in a respectful and meaningful way, promoting cultural understanding and supporting local economies by purchasing local products and services.

13.2.3 Photography and Privacy: Clients must respect the privacy and consent of individuals they encounter during their travels. It is important to obtain permission before taking photographs or sharing images of local people.

13.3 Social Responsibility: 

13.3.1 Support Local Communities: Clients should prioritize supporting local businesses, such as accommodations, restaurants, and guides, to contribute positively to the local economy and foster sustainable development.

13.3.2 Responsible Souvenir Purchasing: Clients should avoid purchasing souvenirs made from endangered species, protected plants, or cultural artifacts. They should support local artisans and buy sustainable, locally produced items. 

13.3.3 Responsible Volunteering: If clients engage in volunteer activities, they must ensure that they are aligned with ethical standards and benefit local communities in a sustainable and responsible manner.


14. Health and Safety: 

14.1. Personal Health and Fitness: Clients are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels and ensuring that they are adequately prepared for the physical demands of their chosen activities. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any adventure travel.

14.2. Compliance with Safety Instructions: Clients must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Broad Adventures' guides and staff to ensure their personal safety and the safety of others during the trip. 

14.3. Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other relevant risks.


15. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: 

Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries they visit, including those related to customs, immigration, health, and safety.


16. Complaints 

If you have a complaint about the trip or tour, you must inform your tour leader or guide as soon as possible so they can take appropriate action. Complaints that are not reported to the tour leader or a responsible person in Kathmandu at the earliest opportunity will not be considered valid or actionable.


By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these responsible travel terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services without refund and may disqualify clients from participating in future trips.
