Welcome to take our India private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people.
Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be picked up and then be transferred to your local hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you at leisure.
We will start the day from the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques of India in the Mughal architectural style. Next, a photo stop will be arranged at the Red Fort (drive pass), for you to appreciate this massive red sandstone masterpiece. Afterwards, we will offer you a special rickshaw ride through the crowded and oldest market of Delhi, the Chandni Chowk. This would be an interesting way to experience and engage with the local life.
Afterward, you will be escorted to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, which is one of the prominent Sikh houses of worship. Next, you will visit Humayun’s Tomb, another UNESCO world heritage site. Later, you will proceed to Qutub Minar, touted as India’s largest Minaret. After a photo stop at the India Gate, built in memory of the Unknown Soldier, you will be escorted back to your hotel. On the way, you will be driven past the Parliament House, President’s House and other Government Secretarial Buildings.

After breakfast, a 7-hour private drive will take you to Mandawa famous for splendid Havelis (palaces) decorated with frescos. Stopovers for a coffee break and photo stops are available at your request. On arrival, you will be helped check into your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be guided to visit the villages of Manda, a city of Shekhawati famous for the painted Havelis or houses and the highest number of frescos in the world.
After the visit, you will be transferred for 4 hours to your hotel in Bikaner by private vehicle. Stopovers for a coffee break and photo stops are available at your request.

After breakfast, you will be guided to visit Bikaner highlights. The first stop is the amazing Junagadh Fort, one of the few fortresses in Rajasthan state built on the ground level. It is an exquisite combination of Mughal and Rajput styles of architectural design. Next, you will visit Har Mandir, which is built in the name of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi where kings use to celebrate their special occasions.
After the visit, you will be transferred from Bikaner to your hotel in Jaisalmer. Stopovers for a coffee break and photo stops are available at your request.

After breakfast, you will first visit Jaisalmer Fort. Rising from the sands, it merges with the sand dunes, resembling from a distance a giant anthill. Getting closer, you will find the bastions more formidable from its vast chunks of honey-colored stone blocks carved to dovetail together. Then you will visit the vibrant Manak Chowk market outside the Jaisalmer Fort to explore the rich local art and craftworks.
Next, you will proceed to Gadisar Lake on which once the people of the desert city depended on for their water needs. You will find temples and Holy shrines on the banks. After this, you can spend some time visiting the local market area before driving towards Sam Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy the sunset.

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to your hotel Jodhpur by private vehicle. In the afternoon, you will be guided to visit Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India, situated on a low sandstone hill. The fort with menacing thick walls contains many palaces with expansive courtyards and intricate carvings. Later, you will head to Phool Mahal - the Palace of Flowers. Next, you will visit Jaswant Thada, which is constructed out of thin and polished sheets of marble which makes it so beautiful when sunlight falls over. Afterward, you will be taken to the Umaid Bhawan Museum with a vast collection of artifacts displaying the rich history of the region. The last stop is the clock tower area (Sardar Market), which is a popular landmark in the old city.

We will head to Udaipur after breakfast. The 255 km drive will take 5 to 6 hours. During the drive we will stop at Ranakpur for visiting the 15th-century Jain Temple, which is a sacred site with clusters of pagodas and intricate domes. The guide will lead you to see the main temple, the Chamukha Temple, featuring 1,444 pillars with ornate carvings. After the visit, we’ll continue our journey to Udaipur and check into a local hotel.

After breakfast, your guided tour starts with the City Palace, situated on the bank of Pichola Lake. Your next stop is the Jagdish Temple. The architecture of this temple is based on Indo-Aryan style and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is one of the biggest shrines of Udaipur. From here you will be taken on a drive around Fatehsagar Lake. Your next stop will be at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, one of the most renowned museums of Udaipur, exhibiting dazzling folk articles of Rajasthan. The last stop today is Sahelion ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends).

Let's move on to Jaipur, one of the top destinations for tourists visiting India. The road is long and the driver would make stops for you when passing by some villages or coffee breaks. If you see some interesting places along the way and want to take a picture, you can also ask the driver to stop and stretch yourself. Check in at the hotel and we suggest you have dinner at the hotel to revive from the long transfers.

The highlight of our visit today is the Amber Fort, a hilltop fort and palace built in the 16th century. The driver will take you to the parking lot and then you can hike up to the fort entrance or hire a jeep on site to take you there. Besides viewing the elaborately decorated halls, you can also have a bird's-eye-view of Jaipur at the fort. Next, we’ll take a short car ride, and the guide will accompany you to visit a group of nearby attractions, including the magnificent Maharaja City Palace displaying royal objects, the 18th-century heritage site Jantar Mantar with ancient astronomical observation instruments, and then the Hawa Mahal with an iconic high wall in pink. Finally, we’ll end the day with a visit to the Birla Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Today, our driver will serve you with a comfortable ride by private car to Agra. En route, you’ll have a chance to visit the Fatehpur Sikri, also known as the Victory City. This is a large palatial complex founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Entering from the main gate Buland Darwaza, we’ll visit the Jama Masjid, the Tomb of Salim Chishti, and some other valuable sites. Upon arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel and have a rest.

The final day of the tour comes India’s No. 1 attraction, the Taj Mahal, famous not only for its elegant architecture but also for the legendary love story between Emperor Shah Jahan and his wife. Our guide will give you a morning call, as we need to arrive before the first light hits the Taj Mahal. After visit, you will be transferred back to hotel for a hearty breakfast. Our guide and the driver will meet you again at the hotel lobby to take you to the landmark Agra Fort, a 450-year-old red sandstone fortress from the Mughal Dynasty.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our AgateTravel Global Tours. The following Terms and Conditions are in place to protect you and your party member, our distinguished guests, and us, AgateTravel, in booking a tour. Please read them carefully and make sure you fully understand these agreements before you confirm your booking.
Reservation and Payment
Once we receive your tour inquiry, our one-to-one professional travel consultant will work with you from the beginning of customizing itinerary to the completion of the trip. You will enjoy real personalized service and our efficient response within 24 hours.
A tour reservation will be confirmed after receiving your tour deposit, which is 20% of the tour total payment. By paying the deposit, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
Under special circumstances, a higher amount of down payment will be required to ensure your flight or hotel reservations.
The final or full payment is required 60 days ahead of tour start date. For each payment received, we will provide you with a receipt.
Methods of payments: We mainly accept payment by Wire/Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Any handling charge associated with the payment is your responsibility. WeChat and AliPay can also be accepted if you use them.
Cancellation and Refund
We understand that cancellations happen sometimes due to unexpected situations. To alleviate your concerns, we aim to offer as the most favorable cancellation policy as we can to reduce your loss.
The reservation deposit (20% of the tour total payment) is non-refundable if you cancel the tour, and it will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
The following cancellation charge will be applied to the remaining tour cost:
a. More than 45 days before the arrival day: no cancellation charge from us, except for the actual losses caused by air/hotel/cruise cancellation.
b. 45 to 15 days before: 30% of the remaining tour cost.
c. 14 to 8 days before: 50% of the remaining tour cost.
d. Within 7 days or no show: 100% of the remaining tour cost.
If there are any additional cancellation fees imposed by the service providers other than AgateTravel, which may include but not be limited to local travel agency, airlines, trains, hotels, cruises, etc. You will be responsible for the part.
Your cancellation request should be sent to us via email. We will calculate the refund from the day we receive your written cancellation request and process the refund to you within 20 working days.
Alteration of the Itinerary
There is no extra service charge for any alterations made prior to the tour. However, you will be responsible for any possible additional cost caused by reservation changes.
After the tour starts, any extra expenses caused by clients’ own alterations will be added. Any unused portion is non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Private Tours
A private tour can be thoroughly customized for you and your family or friends exclusively, according to your own specific requirements and interests. We offer professional suggestions, while, the trip length, travel dates, and hotel accommodation level are decided by you, and during the trip, you will enjoy maximum flexibility within reason to discuss with your guide on daily departure time, sightseeing time and meal time. If your trip includes a cruise journey, the onshore excursions will be subject to the arrangements of the cruise company.
Passports and Visa
Please make sure your passport is valid with at least 6 months validity before the start of your tour.
You are advised to verify and defer to the visa policy of the countries you are going to visit at the nearest embassy or consulate.
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us if you have food allergies of any type.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meals can be arranged. If you are a vegetarian, please confirm if you eat egg, cheese, yoghurt, and fish.
Tell us your food dislikes eg no peppers/onions/ mushrooms/coriander or no pork/chicken/fish/lamb/beef or other foods.
Additional Information
It’s highly recommended to purchase travel insurance before your trip in order to minimize any unexpected losses and damages.
Please be sure to check carefully your international and domestic air tickets you purchased so that you are fully aware of the policies of the airline companies.
When checking in at some hotels, guests are expected to provide a valid credit card authorization to guarantee any possible personal consumption (e.g. laundry) during your stay.
Responsibility
As a tour operator, we are dedicated to designing, promoting and selling tour products that cover certain travel services, including guide and driver service, land transportation, air transportation, cruise, excursions and accommodation that are reserved from different suppliers. The suppliers are just independent contractors of our tour products, neither our agents nor employees.
Although we will assist with booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent, not as an agent of the airline and/or cruise company. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled trains or flights we have arranged in tours, and we make sure your trip will be carried out smoothly. If unfortunately the train or flight arranged is cancelled or chartered, we will discuss with you for an alternative plan.
We take all benefits and losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
To help customers have a better understanding on levels of the hotel accommodation arranged in our tour itineraries, we display stars to some hotels depending on their accommodation facilities, services and average review scores on platforms. Please be aware that the actual star ranking might be different from that of local regulations, independent third parties or accommodation providers themselves.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, natural hazards, flights and cruises delay or cancellation. But we will try the best to help our clients.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the guests book directly with the local tour supplier, guide or driver beyond our confirmed itinerary. Guests will take full responsibility for any loss on shopping, extra sightseeing or activity etc., while for some disputes, we can help to mediate.
