Circuit d'observation des oiseaux - 8 jours

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, the Adventure Himalayan representatives will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. After refreshment, you will be briefed in short about your tour by our guide or tour leader. If you have any questions or doubts about your trip then they should be asked and clarified at this time. Overnight stay at hotel.

We leave from the hotel and head out for a full day bird watching in Phulchowki (2759m), about 18km southeast of Kathmandu. We also explore Godavari Royal Botanical Garden for some prime butterfly watching. Later, we head back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

In the morning, we head to Shivapuri National Park to see the various bird species there. A total of 318 bird species have been identified in the park, including the Golden-throated Barbet, Large Hawk Cuckoo, Eurasian Cuckoo, Himalayan Cuckoo, Collared Owlet, and others. Later, we head back to Kathmandu. Overnight in hotel.

Leaving Kathmandu behind, we will drive through Prithvi Highway along the road offering scenic beauties of mountains, terraces and river for about 7hrs to take us to Pokhara where we will stay in a Lakeside Hotel overnight.

Today will be full of day bird watching and exploration near the Fewa Lake area.we will see birds like: Besra, Red-thighed Falconet, Pallid and Pied Harriers, Eurasian Griffon, Red-headed and Eurasian Black Vultures, Kalij Pheasant, Ducks, Gulls, Terns, Waders, Bulbul, Black-backed Forktail, Puff-throated Babbler, White-crested, Lesser Necklaced and Rufous-chinned Laughing Thrushes, Red-billed Leiothrix, Minivetts, Crimson Sunbird, Maroon Oriole anymore.Overnight at hotel.

Today will be full of bird watching and exploration near the Rupa Lake area. we will see birds like:Lesser Racket-tailed Drongo, Red-billed and Green Magpies, Long-tailed Mountain Thrush, Chestnut-headed and Grey-bellied Tesias, Chestnut-crowned Warbler, Small and Rufous-bellied Niltavas and Snowy-brown Flycatcher, Long-tailed Broadbill, Pale Blue Flycatcher, White-tailed Robin, Spiny Babbler, White-browed Scimitar-Babbler, Striated Munia, Lesser Whitethroat and Thick-billed Warbler anymore.Overnight at hotel.

oday, we will drive back to Kathmandu along the scenic Prithvi Highway.  It will take about 6 hours to reach Kathmandu.  We will have a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

After breakfast you will have some free time until to leave the international airport for your final departure.
