In the early morning, you can hike to Gurungche Hill to enjoy the sunrise. Later, return to the hotel for breakfast. Afterward, you'll embark on a sightseeing tour, starting with a visit to the Khadga Devi Temple, renowned as the most sacred and auspicious temple in Bandipur. Next, head to the Martyrs Memorial Area, a site honoring seven Bandipur sons who lost their lives during the anti-Rana insurrection of 1951.

Afterwards, proceed to the shrine of Paarpani Mahadev (Shiva), where prayers for rain are offered during dry spells. Return to the bazaar along the main trail and explore two other significant temples of Bandipur: Bindabashini and Mahalaxmi. Then, return to the hotel and journey to Pokhara, a drive of approximately 2 to 3 hours. Upon reaching the hotel in Pokhara, freshen up and explore the charming city.

Today begins with an early drive to Sarangkot to witness the serene and enchanting view of the city at sunrise, along with the breathtaking sight of the first sun rays touching the mountains in the backdrop. Sarangkot offers panoramic vistas of Annapurna, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, and other majestic peaks. After soaking in the beauty of Sarangkot, we return to Pokhara for a full day of sightseeing, including visits to Mahendra Cave, Bat Cave, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev, and more.

Today, we embark on a scenic drive to Lumbini via Palpa. Sit back and enjoy the smooth journey along the road. En route, we'll make a brief stop at Tansen Bazaar, an ancient marketplace offering a variety of goods. Continuing our journey, we'll proceed from Palpa to the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini. Upon arrival, we'll check in at the hotel, allowing you some time to unwind and explore the surroundings at your leisure.

On the fifth day of the Nepal Tour Highlights, you will visit the Sacred Garden, which includes the Maya Devi temple depicting Lord Buddha's birth, the Ashoka pillar indicating the Buddha's birthplace, and the Sakyan Tank, where Maya Devi, the Buddha's mother, is said to have taken a dip before giving birth.

Monasteries and stupas built centuries after the Buddha's birth in 623 B.C. can be found all over this holy site. After sightseeing, you will continue on to Chitwan. You will arrive in Chitwan in the early evening and check into the hotel.

Today, after breakfast, the full-day safari activities in the jungle of Chitwan begin. We start our adventure with a Jeep safari inside the jungle. You will enter the community forest section to view the one-horned rhino and some other wild animals like wild boar, deer, leopard, and others. After that, you will cross the Rapti River to get into the skirt of the main national park area, and if it’s your lucky day, you will get to see the Royal Bengal Tiger in the highland area where the bushes are as high as 5–6 feet. Along with that, you will be able to see the wild elephants and other wild animals as well.

After completing your jungle safari tour, get back to the hotel and have your lunch. Later on, you can go for a guided tour around the Tharu village and then go canoeing on the Rapti River, where you can observe the Marsh Mugger and Gharial crocodiles resting by the side of the Rapti River in Chitwan. After completing your sight-seeing tour, get back to the hotel and have a rest.

Today, you will wake up early in the morning and leave the hotel for birdwatching. An early morning walk through the bushes and along the banks of the Rapti River offers the opportunity to view many exotic birds, including the Giant Hornbill, Lesser Florican, and Paradise Flycatcher. Additionally, this location enjoys the presence of migratory birds in the Bish Hajari Taal. After birdwatching, you will have your breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle will be ready to transfer you back to Kathmandu. Once you reach Kathmandu, your Nepal Highlights Tour is complete.
