Programme du circuit

Day 1

Perast

À votre arrivée, vous serez accueilli par notre partenaire local et (en option) transféré à votre lieu de séjour à Perast. Vous y rencontrerez un représentant de notre agence qui vous présentera votre marche.

Day 2

Orahovac - Perast

Un court transfert en taxi de 5 minutes vous emmène au départ de votre première randonnée. Cette promenade suit un sentier en zigzag sur le côté nord du canal de Kotor, en commençant par le village d'Orahovac. Vous marchez d'abord à travers les bois avant d'atteindre un col et les ruines de la forteresse de Vranovo Brdo. De là, vous débouchez sur un magnifique point de vue où des vues à couper le souffle sur le canal de Kotor et la côte adriatique vous attendent. Continuez jusqu'à Perast, avec ses églises et ses maisons anciennes. Nuit à Perast.

Montée : 800m Descente : 860m Distance : 9km/5.5 miles, Temps : 5hrs

Day 3

Perast - Kotor

Vous traverserez le canal de Kotor en bateau jusqu'à Stoliv. La randonnée d'aujourd'hui vous mènera à travers des bois de cyclamens jusqu'à la crête de la péninsule séparant la baie de Kotor et la partie extérieure de la baie de Tivat. Vous montez à travers des bois de châtaigniers en passant par un village abandonné à Stoliv jusqu'au sommet de Vrmac, Saint Ilija (765 m). De là, vous suivrez la crête de la puissante forteresse de Vrmac, construite en 1892 et restée presque intacte, avant de redescendre par un ancien sentier militaire en zigzag vers Kotor. Nuit à Kotor.

Montée : 960m Descente : 1020m Distance : 13 km/8 miles, Temps : 4.5hrs

Day 4

Kotor - Njegusi

Commençant à l'extérieur des murs de la ville, cette promenade vous emmène sur la célèbre échelle de Kotor. En suivant l'ancienne route commerciale qui reliait autrefois Cetinje à Kotor, vous serez récompensé par d'innombrables vues magnifiques sur Kotor et le canal de Kotor. Continuez à travers les forêts de pins et entre les montagnes jusqu'à ce que vous atteigniez Vrh Polija. Nuit à Njegusi /guesthouse Montée : 1 130 m Descente : 250 m Distance : 6,5 km / 4 miles, Durée : 4 heures

Day 5

Njegusi - Parc national de Lovcen

Depuis votre hébergement à Njegusi, vous suivrez d'abord un sentier de berger, puis les vestiges d'une ancienne piste militaire austro-hongroise jusqu'au sommet de Jezerski vrh. Au sommet de cette montagne se trouve le mausolée de Petar Njegus, le personnage historique le plus important du Monténégro à ce jour. De là, vous bénéficierez d'une vue magnifique sur la baie de Kotor, le lac Skadar et les montagnes du nord. Continuez à descendre vers le centre du parc national de Lovcen. C'est là que vous passerez votre prochaine nuit. Profitez d'un après-midi à l'air frais de la montagne.

Nuit à Ivanova Korita.

Montée : 700 m Descente : 350 m Distance : 10 km, durée : 5 heures

Day 6

Parc national de Lovcen - Cetinje

Depuis votre hébergement dans les montagnes, vous descendrez doucement vers l'ancienne capitale du Monténégro, Cetinje. Vous traverserez de nombreuses prairies agréables et arriverez à temps pour explorer Cetinje, qui possède de magnifiques musées, églises et monastères, ainsi qu'un ancien quartier diplomatique. Nuit à Cetinje.

Montée : 100 m Descente : 680 m Distance : 8 km Durée : 3,5 heures

Day 7

Cetinje - Parc national du lac Skadar

Une agréable promenade à travers de belles terres agricoles pour atteindre Rijeka Crnojevika, situé sur une rivière alimentant le lac Skadar, le plus grand des Balkans. Marchez le long de la rivière et passez le pont en forme d'arc à Rijeka Crnojevica. Vous découvrirez le lac lors d'une pittoresque promenade en bateau.

La dernière nuit est à votre choix : Rijeka Crnojevica/guesthouse ou Podgorica/hôtel.

Montée : 340m Descente : 1000m Distance : jusqu'à 17 km/8.5 miles, Temps : 4hrs

Remarque : Nous recommandons ici un transfert de 4 km vers la section du pont le long d'une route très fréquentée.

Day 8

Départ

Vous serez transféré (en option) de votre lieu de séjour à Rijeka Crnojevica (45min)/Podgorica (15min) à l'aéroport de Podgorica/Tivat/Dubrovnik.

The general conditions of business are part of the contract between tour operator 3etravel d.o.o.,

and the traveller who accepts the offered arrangement. By agreeing to the service (i.e.,

concluding a contract), the Client confirms that he is fully familiarized with these general terms

and that he will adhere to them in their entirety.

2. BOOKING PROCEDURE

A booking for a trip with 3etravel can be made by first checking price and availability. A

booking is not confirmed before we receive a deposit payment at which point a receipt and

invoice for the final balance will be issued. The balance is due four weeks before departure. Full

payment is required for a booking made less than four weeks before departure. Payment can be

accepted with bank transfer or online by credit card. If the balance is not paid at the specified

time, unless previously arranged with us in writing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

3. PRICE

Stated prices are in EURO and include all services specified in the itinerary. Price refers to land

only costs. It does not include international flights, visa and passport charges, airport taxes,

insurances, meals and services not included in the itinerary, expenses of a personal nature,

insurance, emergency costs, excess baggage charges.

4. ITINERARY

The itinerary is provided in good faith but should be seen as a general aim rather than a

contractual statement of detail. In particular standards of comfort and service may vary and

transport timings may change. Factors beyond our control may necessitate changes. Clients will


be consulted whenever possible when there are choices available. Route and hotel changes may

be necessary and will always be at the discretion of the tour leaders and 3etravel tours. They do

not constitute an alteration of your holiday and will not be compensated. Under no circumstances

can 3etravel, and any of its ground operators or representatives be held responsible for any

wildlife mentioned in our brochures or itineraries, but not actually seen during the holiday.

5. PRE-TRIP DOCUMENTS

Educating and preparing our travellers is a priority for us. Approximately one month prior to

departure, you will receive a comprehensive Pre-Departure Briefing detailing your trip, the

history and wildlife of the region, what to pack and how best to prepare. Depending on the

specific trip, you may receive other documents at this time or at a later date.

6. ALTERATIONS BY US

We reserve the right to alter arrangements and itineraries because of operational factors, or when

we consider it in the best interests of our Clients. Changes will be made known to Clients as soon

as possible. If these changes are substantial and unacceptable a refund may be given. In regard to

financial alterations, we reserve the right to alter quoted prices. Should any price increase exceed

10% of the total cost you the Client has the right to cancel the booking and a refund may be

given. Less than 30 clear days before the date of commencement of your tour, no additional

charges will be made except when the booking has been made within this period in which case

additional charges may be made up to and including the date on which the invoice is issued.

7. ALTERATIONS BY YOU

Any special requirements should be notified at the time of booking. Alterations after booking are

sometimes possible but note that there is an administration charge for this service. If, after our

confirmation invoice has been issued, Client wish to change their travel arrangements in any

way, for example, their chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make

these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in

writing any further cost which incur in making this alteration will passed on to the Client.

8. CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control. A full refund will be made

but we accept no responsibility for further compensation. If such cancellation is due to ‘force

majeure’ (inclusive of war, civil or political unrest and natural disasters) reasonable expenses we

have incurred will be deductible from any refund. Any compensation and refund are strictly

limited to monies paid to us. We are not liable for any expense you have incurred as a result of

your booking.

9. CANCELLATION BY YOU


If the Client should cancel or abort the booked tour, all Client’s cancellations must be in writing.

By e-mail. The written cancellation date shall be the basis for the compensation of cancellation

costs. As per conditions set below (percentage of total arrangement price):

CHANGE FOR ANY REASON

If you need to change your booking for any reason you have two options:

1. Postpone to a later date

2. Cancel and pay standard cancellation charges

The following charges will apply:

 from reservation – 60 day before departure 20% of total trip cost

 59 – 29 days before departure 30% of total trip cost

 28 – 15 days before departure 50% of the total trip cost

 less than 14 days before departure 100% of total trip cost

CHANGE OR CANCEL DUE TO COVID RELATED TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

If you need to change your booking due to official government advice or restrictions you have

two options:

1. Postpone to a later date with no extra costs

2. Get a full refund if cancelled latest 28 days prior to departure

3. 20 % cancellation fee if cancelled less than 28 days prior to departure (applies to

bookings after 1.2.2022)

CANCELLATION OF EXCURSIONS AND DAY TOURS

 8 or more days prior to arrival: 0%

 2-7 days prior to arrival: 50%

 1 day prior to arrival or no show: 100%

 Failing to make appearance and travel without prior cancellation shall entitle 3etravek to

withhold 100% of the payment made regardless of the reason for cancellation.

10. PASSPORTS AND VISAS

Clients must have valid personal travel documents. Invalid documents leading to the cancellation

of the travel shall not result in any harmful consequences for 3etravel, and, if 3etravel should

suffer additional damages due to such an omission by a Client, the Client must compensate the

damages suffered. If a travel document should be lost or stolen during travel, the costs of issuing

new documents shall be borne by the Client. Here you can find basic information about the visa

regime between the Republic of Montenegro and all other countries/entities.

11. BAGGAGE


The Client must take care of their belongings brought on the vehicle and are obliged to bring

them along whenever leaving the bus. Otherwise, the Client shall be responsible for theft, loss or

damage of objects left unattended in the vehicle.

12. BEHAVIOUR

The trip leader, guide or local ground operator who represents 3etravel has overriding authority

on our holidays. It is essential that the instructions of the trip leader/guide are followed at all

times for the safety and wellbeing of individuals and of the group. You agree to comply with

such instruction on the signature of our booking form. We reserve the right to require any person

to withdraw from the trip if their behaviour is deemed offensive, dangerous or incompatible with

the conduct of others, and we shall be under no further liability to any such person.

13. HEALTH

We will give general advice on health matters before the trip, but you are advised to consult your

doctor for specific advice. Depending on your trip, parts may be strenuous and it is your

responsibility to be adequately fit. During the trip, a basic first aid kit will be carried but the

leader/guide who is trained in first aid, but he is not medically qualified and any treatment will

be only with your consent. Be sure that you carry any specific personal medication.

14. RISK

The Client gives 3etravel his personal information voluntarily. Personal data of service users are

required in the process of booking and realization of the requested service and will be used for

further mutual communication.

15. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Client gives 3etravel his personal information voluntarily. Personal data of service users are

3etravel is committed not to disclose the personal data of the user out of the country or to provide

it to a third party other than the partners participating in the realization of the contracted services.

The personal data of the user will be kept in the database, according to 3etravel’s decision on

how to collect, process and store personal data.

3etravel has the right to use the personal information of service users for marketing purposes.

The user is able at any time to sign out with the “Sign out” link at the end of each mail or by

submitting an application to [email protected]

An objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes will not affect the

contracting and / or realization of the requested service.

16. INSURANCE

INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

If during the reservation, the traveller expects he could cancel the reservation for some reason,

3etravel recommends a Cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance can’t be paid afterwards,

only during initial request for the travel.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The cost of travel does not include the package of travel insurance. 3etravel advises their Clients

to pay the travel insurance: insurance against risks of accidents and diseases, travel insurance

from loss or damage of luggage as well as health insurance during travel and stay abroad, and

insurance to cover the costs of assistance and return of passengers to the starting place in case of

accidents and illnesses.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

3etravel has concluded a General Liability Insurance contract for damages caused to a Client by

failure to meet obligations or by partially or inconsistently meeting obligations.

COVID HEALTH CARE INSURANCE

We recommend an adequate travel insurance which includes provisions relating to COVID-19.

Including cover if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 during your holiday or have

otherwise been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed and you are now required to

self-isolate. Your insurance policy should cover you for repatriation where necessary, emergency

medical expenses abroad and additional costs of accommodation and/or transport if you need to

self-isolate during your trip.

We will not be responsible for any costs.

17. COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with any aspect of the trip, the matter should be

raised with the leader/guide/your ground operator in the agency as soon as possible. Matters can

usually be put right on the spot. Failure to do this will adversely affect any claim at a later date.

In the event of continuing dissatisfaction, the complaint should be made to us, in writing, within

14 days of your return. We will investigate fully and report back to you as soon as possible. We

agree to independent arbitration should this become necessary.

NOTICE ON FILING CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the quality of our services must be submitted in writing to:

You will receive a response to your complaint in writing within 7 days of receipt of the

complaint. Required information: name and surname of the person filing the complaint, the exact

18. TRAVEL PACKAGES

Company 3ETRAVEL d.o.o. will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package

as a whole.

3etravel acting as the tour operator, shall guarantee the execution of the travel program. The

Client is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all the tours offered by 3etravel d.o.o.

19. JURISDICTION

On paying the deposit payment, you are accepting our terms and conditions as described in the

booking conditions. The booking conditions may only be waived by a director of the company

and in writing. On acceptance of your booking, we agree to carry out our obligations to you as

defined in the documents you have received. These conditions are subject to and shall be

construed according to Montenegrin law.

The Client and 3etravel will aim to settle possible lawsuits in the application of this Agreement

and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the

Podgorica Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Montenegro.

20. PAYMENT OPTIONS

By making an ONLINE reservation/booking via the 3etravel web page booking system or

OFFLINE, you are expected to pay either parts (deposits) or the full amount at once for all the

products. Once you go to checkout and click pay now, you will get a confirmation email.

The payment via 3etravel ONLINE reservation/booking system is done only with Credit Card, if

you desire to pay by Bank transfer, please contact us directly.

3etravel.me (retail store for day tours) uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and

other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and

transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has.

WSPay uses SSL certification of 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the

highest levels of protection when writing and transmitting data.
