Rencontre avec le guide francophone à l'aéroport/la gare de Bucarest et transfert à l'hôtel de Bucarest. Après une pause rafraîchissante, le tour de ville se poursuit avec la visite des principales attractions touristiques de Bucarest : Maison de la presse, boulevard Kisselef, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Victoire, Boulevard de la Victoire, Place de la Révolution, Palais Cotroceni, Palais du Parlement et bien sûr les vieilles rues comme la rue Lipscani.

Petit déjeuner et départ pour Sibiu en passant par Pitesti et en conduisant dans la vallée de l'Olt, l'une des régions les plus spectaculaires et les plus belles de Roumanie, située au cœur des Carpates. Après une pause rafraîchissante, nous ferons le tour de la ville de Sibiu pour découvrir son trésor médiéval. Nous admirerons l'une des citadelles médiévales les mieux préservées de Roumanie, une capitale de l'histoire, voire une capitale européenne de la culture, telle qu'elle a été conçue en 2007. Nous visiterons les fortifications, la grande place, la petite place, la place Huet, la tour du Conseil, la cathédrale évangélique avec son célèbre orgue de 6000 tuyaux, le pont des Mensonges.
Nuit à Sibiu.
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous nous rendons à Medias, lieu de naissance de Hermann Oberth (le père du programme de vol spatial Appollo 13). Nous suivrons également les traces de l'histoire en visitant la citadelle. Nous poursuivrons notre voyage à travers les sites classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO à Biertan, où nous visiterons l'église fortifiée du XVe siècle, qui fut la résidence des évêques pendant plus de 300 ans. Ensuite, le voyage nous mènera à Sighisoara (Schässburg), l'une des villes médiévales les plus belles et les mieux préservées de Roumanie. Nous ferons le tour de la ville en visitant la Citadelle - un édifice saxon du 12e siècle situé dans le centre historique. Toujours occupée, la citadelle est classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et offre aux visiteurs des sites tels que la tour de l'horloge, la maison natale de Dracula, l'escalier couvert qui mène à la merveilleuse église sur la colline.

Hébergement à Sighisoara.
Le matin, nous commençons notre route vers Bucowina, en passant par Bistrita. Nous faisons un tour de ville de Bistrita, une ville médiévale du 12ème siècle. Plus tard, nous arrivons à Gura Humorului où nous logeons.
Hébergement avec dîner pour 2 nuits à Humor
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous visitons les monastères UNESCO de Bucovine, également appelés monastères moldaves. Nous verrons d'abord le monastère de Voronet, "Les seize chapelles de l'Est en bleu", l'un des monastères les mieux conservés du XVe siècle, avec ses fresques. Nous nous rendons ensuite au monastère de Moldovita, où l'une des nonnes nous en dira plus sur la vie quotidienne des nonnes au monastère. Nous nous rendons ensuite à Sucevita, la "perle des monastères moldaves", et à l'atelier de céramique de Marginea.
Nuit à l'hôtel à Gura Humor.
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous visitons le monastère d'Agapia, le plus grand monastère de religieuses de Roumanie. Ici, l'église conserve une fresque unique à l'intérieur. Ensuite, nous prendrons la route vers la Transylvanie, en passant par les gorges de Bicaz, où nous apprécierons un véritable spectacle de la nature sauvage. Les gorges montent en lacets et en lacets abrupts sur 5 km, coupant à travers des roches calcaires abruptes de 300 m de haut. Nous admirerons également la beauté du "lac rouge", le plus grand lac de montagne naturel de Roumanie.
Sur le chemin de Brasov, nous visiterons l'église fortifiée de Prejmer, la plus importante et la mieux préservée de Transylvanie. Après une courte promenade sur le parapet du rempart et après avoir vu le célèbre "orgue de la mort", nous nous dirigeons vers Brasov.
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous visitons le château de Dracula. Ensuite, nous nous rendons à Brasov où nous commençons notre visite de la ville. Vous verrez les principales caractéristiques touristiques de cette ville médiévale située à l'intérieur de l'arc des Carpates : La salle du conseil, l'église noire (visite intérieure incluse), le bastion des tisserands, la tour noire et la tour blanche, le quartier Schei, etc. L'après-midi, nous nous rendons à Sinaia, où nous visitons la résidence d'été de la famille royale roumaine. Un palais moderne construit à la fin du 19ème siècle est l'attraction principale de Sinaia. Les rois étaient des Allemands prussiens de la famille Hohenzoller von Singmaringen. Dans la soirée, arrivée à Bucarest.

Après le petit-déjeuner, transfert à l'aéroport/la gare de Bucarest. Ici, vous faites vos adieux au guide. Voyage de retour.

The Travel Agency CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is an inbound TOUR OPERATOR and has its head office in Sibiu, Piata Mare nr. 12, Romania.
The company is registered as SOUTH CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER’12 S.R.L. at the Romaninan Chamber of Comerce under the number J32/1110/2012, and has the VAT number RO22333952. The company has the Tourism Licence no. 4694, issued by the National Tourism Authority. The company has a insolvency insurance of USD 50.000,00. The Insurance Policy number is H24934/22.01.2016 issued by "OMNIASIG S.A."
CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is represented by the General Manager Mr. Alexandru Ujupan with the Tourism Certificate no. 10777 issued by Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
A. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
1. Booking requests shall be made by sending a complete Booking Form (in English, German, French or Polish) with all details of the client
2. All reservations are subject to availability. The Tour Operator is obliged to send a written confirmation or refusal to the Tourist within 48 hours of a previewed booking.
3. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the booking, despite of a written confirmation within 48 hours without giving any reason.
4. If the payment is not received on time as per clause B.1. and C.1. the Tour Operator may cancel the booking.
5. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the travel services, which do not affect the confirmed standard of the trip. The Tour Operator will notify in writing and obtain binding acceptance of these changes from the Tourist before the tour/trip starts.
6. After making the payment of the total amount, the Tour Operator must send within 24 hours the vouchers and all travel documents, that the Toursit needs for the trip.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 14 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Tourists who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Tourist shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.
6. You will support the commission of bank transfer or commission of charging the credit card, the Travel Agency have to receive the amount indicate on the invoice.
7. For charging Your credit card, we will add a 2% fee (bank taxes) to the total amount.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 30 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Groups who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Promotor / Tour Leader shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.

D. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
30 - 15 days before arrival date - 10% of the total amount penalty
14 - 8 days before arrival date - 50% of the total amount penalty
7 - 3 days before arrival date - 75% of the total amount penalty
less than 2 day before arrival date - 100% penalty of the total amount
If the you will make “No show” we will charge 100% of the total amount
E. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
1. Cancellation until 24 hrs before departure = 0% (are free of charge)
2. Cancellation after 24 hrs before departure = 50% chargable
3. No shows = 50% chargeable
The Tourist can change and reduce the number of the rooms accordingly:
45 - 31 days before arrival date - 40% of the capacity without penalty
30 - 16 days before arrival date - 20% of the capacity without penalty
15 - 9 days before arrival date - 10% of the capacity without penalty
less than 8 days before arrival date - 0% of the capacity without penalty
G. HIGHER FORCES
1. In case of partial or complete modification of the contract, caused by unpredictable events such as fire, war, natural disasters, or any other unpredicted disasters, as well as legal actions taken by the state, which may have an impact on the fulfillment of the contract, the parties are not responsible for this agreement.
2. In case of unforeseen forces, the Tour Operator returns all the funds except for its actual expenses incurred till the moment they has occurred.
3. The part which is unable to fulfill its responsibilities because of unforeseen forces is obliged to inform the other part immediately- not later than 3 days from the moment the unforeseen forces occurred. If the other part does not inform about the unforeseen forces, the agreement shall remain in full forces and effect and it will not release the other part from the liabilities of this agreement.
H. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. Alternations to this agreement have to be made written in order to become valid. No oral supplementary agreement is valid.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Laws.
3. Any dispute or matters, which arise between the Tourist and the Tour Operator, will be dealt by the Sibiu Court of Law.
