Vous commencerez votre voyage au Caire, où vous découvrirez les magnifiques pyramides de Gizeh - la dernière des sept merveilles du monde antique. Du Caire, vous vous aventurerez en train couchette, traversant une mer de sable pendant la nuit en direction du sud. Day 1

Arrivée au Caire - Bienvenue au pays des Pharaons

Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) and will then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your budget vacation itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Day 2

Visite des Pyramides / Train pour Louxor

­ The Great Pyramid of Khufu 

The divine horizon of Khufu has always been the peak of the innovation of the ancient Egyptian civilization which was built in 2570 BC. The Great Pyramid has a height of 147 m (481 ft) which made it the tallest building in the world from 2600 BC to 1311 AD. Its massive weight and height enable the attraction to become the only standing member of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Its advanced complex interior has grabbed the interest & the curiosity of people from all over the world. 


The Great Sphinx 

It's a timeless champion "Horus of the Horizon" was destined to stand the test of time and protect all the everlasting blessings of ancient Egypt. It has the shape of a mythical creature called the sphinx that contains the body of an ancient lion and the facial features of King Khafre (2558–2532 BC) to stand as an immortal example of his wisdom and power. In the New Kingdom, the dream Steele of pharaoh Thutmose IV (1401–1391 BC) can be seen between his front legs. 


The sphinx has a height of 73 m (240 ft) & width of 19 m (66 ft) and was carved out of colossal single limestone rock.


 The Valley Temple 

The golden valley Temple was the center of the mummification process a.k.a the ceremony of the opening of the mouth which was built in Egypt's Old Kingdom (2686 - 2134 BC) inside the complex which was able to remain one of the best-preserved archeological sites of the ancient Egyptian civilizational offer a great deal of information about the religion and funerary details of the ancient Egyptians.


The Grand Egyptian Museum

 The Grand Egyptian Museum is a magical state-of-the-art facility that is loaded with captivating archaeological spectacles, aligned with the astral pyramids of Giza, and spans nearly 490,000 square meters. It serves as a gateway to 5,000 years of history, illuminating the artistry, spirituality, and enduring legacy of ancient Egypt for generations to come. It bridges ancient Egypt and modern innovation through advanced architecture, artistic sense, and immersive storytelling. GEM is designed to have one of the biggest conservation centers in the Middle East, along with research labs and educational facilities dedicated to preserving Egypt’s heritage. Everyone can marvel at treasures such as the Hanging Obelisk, the 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artifacts from Tutankhamun.


Lunch Time After that, you will enjoy your delicious lunch meal 


 you will be transferred to the gorgeous Giza railway station to catch the sleeper train from Cairo to Luxor. Dinner will be served on board.

Day 3

Visite de Louxor

Upon your arrival at the Luxor train station, you will be met and assisted by a Memphis representative, and then you’ll begin your Luxor excursion. Get ready for some of the most interesting tombs of the West Bank of the Nile River in the Valley of the Kings, explore the Temple of Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh who changed the course of Egypt’s history, and stop by the towering Colossi of Memnon. Then, you will visit the splendid Luxor Temple, which is considered one of the world’s most remarkable open-air museums and the second most-visited historical site in Egypt. Onward to the majestic Karnak Temple complex. Back to your hotel.

Day 4

Visite de Louxor / Assouan

After breakfast, board your air-conditioned, wifi-enabled vehicle and head to Aswan. The drive will take about a 3 and a half hours. Upon arrival, you will be met by a Memphis rep and taken to your hotel for check-in. You’ll see the world-famous High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, then on to the beautifully preserved Temple of Philae on Isis Island, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. Later, you’ll head back to the hotel.

Day 5

Visite du temple d'Abou Simbel en groupe / Train pour Le Caire

You’ll start your day early with a breakfast box at 4:30 am, and then begin your group tour to Abu Simbel Temples, about 3.5 hours away by car. Upon your arrival, you’ll encounter the remarkable temples built for Ramses II and his beloved queen Nefertari. These temples near the Sudanese border are iconic for their beauty, but remarkable for their modern history as well — they were completely relocated in 1968 to avoid submersion by the massive Lake Nasser. After your time spent exploring the temples, you’ll return to Aswan and board the sleeper train for an overnight trip back to Cairo.

Day 6

Retour au Caire

Enjoy breakfast aboard the train before your arrival at the train station in Giza, where you’ll be greeted by a Memphis Tours representative, who will check you into your hotel in Cairo. You’ll have a day of leisure time, or enjoy an optional trip to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and Memphis.

Day 7

Excursion facultative à Alexandrie

Enjoy a free day in Cairo, or take an optional trip to the glittering seaside city of Alexandria in the north, where you can see majestic Qaitbay Fort, built in by a powerful sultan in the 15th century on the site of Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse, then move on to the new and much-acclaimed Library of Alexandria. You’ll also visit the Catacombs, a sunken Roman cemetery carved into the bedrock. Return back to Cairo.

Day 8

1. Changes or Cancellations

Plans change—we keep it simple and kind, while operating fairly for all parties involved.

Date or Guest Changes

● Before your balance due date: You may change travel dates or update traveler names once without a fee, subject to availability.

● After the balance due date: We will assist where possible; any supplier costs (hotels, cruises, trains, flights, or peak-season penalties) will be charged at cost.

2. Cancellation Policy – Standard Season

Cancellations (Land Services)

● More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus non-recoverable supplier deposits or fees.

● 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price refunded.

● 7–14 days before arrival: 25% of total tour price refunded.

● Less than 7 days / within 24 hours / No Show: No refund.

Deposits are non-refundable; however, one deposit may be applied toward new dates if rescheduled before the balance due date.

­ 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, Egypt Tours USA will secure and prepay key services including domestic flights, Nile cruises, trains, and hotel accommodations. These services are subject to strict supplier policies and are non-refundable once reserved, regardless of the general cancellation scale.

­ 

4. Peak Season & Holiday Periods

Peak travel season in Egypt runs from October through April, including Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Ramadan. During this period, suppliers often require full prepayment and impose stricter penalties. Unless supplier rules are more restrictive, the following applies:

● More than 60 days: 25% cancellation fee

● 31–60 days: 50% cancellation fee

● 15–30 days: 75% cancellation fee

● Less than 15 days / No Show: 100% non-refundable

Supplier terms always take precedence where stricter.

­ 

5. Service Delivery & Completion

Services are considered delivered once travel has commenced or booked services have been made available, regardless of participation level or early departure. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after trip commencement for early departures, unused services, or missed activities for any reason.

6. Subjective Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction, personal preference, or differences in expectation once services have been delivered as described. Minor itinerary changes, delays, or inconveniences that do not materially affect service delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund.

­ 

7. Local Conditions & Safety Awareness

Travel in Egypt may involve local conditions including climate, traffic, crowds, infrastructure standards, cultural differences, and security procedures that differ from those in the traveler’s home country. Such conditions are an inherent part of travel and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation, provide services are delivered in accordance with these Terms.

8. Force Majeure

Flexible cancellation may apply where official travel warnings are issued by governments or airlines, or in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or major political unrest. Refunds under force majeure are limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers. Egypt Tours USA is not liable for unrecoverable third-party costs. Airline change or cancellation fees remain subject to airline terms.

9. Refunds

● Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

● Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.

● No refund is possible if no valid reservation is found.

● No refunds apply for No Shows.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and baggage issues. Insurance is provided by a third-party insurer. Egypt Tours USA is not the insurer and bears no responsibility for coverage decisions, claims, or exclusions.

11. Complaints & Claims

Issues must be reported immediately during travel to allow resolution. Formal written complaints must be submitted within 3 days after trip completion and supported by reasonable documentation where applicable. Claims raised after departure without prior notice may not be considered.

12. Unused Tour Services

Egypt Tours USA is not responsible for unused portions of tours and cannot refund unused services.

­ 

13. Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. Single supplements apply. Hotels listed are indicative of quality; equivalent accommodations may be substituted if necessary.

14. Domestic Flights

Flight prices are approximate. Schedule or booking changes may affect total cost. Child flight supplements and seat availability are subject to airline rules.

15. Responsibility & Liability

Egypt Tours USA acts solely as a travel organizer and intermediary and assumes no liability for injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, government actions, mechanical issues, or force majeure events.

16. Special Requests

Special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Bookings may not be conditional upon fulfillment of special requests.

17. Children Policy

18. Tipping

Tipping is customary and appreciated but entirely optional.

19. Photos & Media

By sharing photos or videos, you grant Egypt Tours USA permission for promotional use unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

20. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Egypt Tours USA directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication may be fully contested using booking records, supplier invoices,

correspondence, and these Terms & Conditions. Any chargeback fees incurred due to unjustified disputes may be passed on to the client where legally permitted.

21. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Egypt Tours USA reserves the right to reject, contest, or pursue remedies for claims or disputes determined to be fraudulent,

abusive, or made in bad faith, including attempts to obtain refunds or chargebacks after services have been delivered in accordance with these Terms.

22. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices are based on tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates applicable at the time of booking. Egypt Tours USA is not responsible for currency fluctuations, government fee changes, or supplier price adjustments beyond our control.

­ 

23. Authority to Book

The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation, and that all travelers agree to be bound by them.

­ 

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

25. Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These

Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Egypt Tours USA.
