4 jours - Chemin Inca classique vers Machupicchu (Meilleure vente)

Programme du circuit

Day 1

Cusco - Piskacucho - Km 82 - Huayllabamba

Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel (entre 4h30 et 5h00) et partirons de Cusco pour commencer le Chemin Inca. Nous voyagerons jusqu'à Urubamba où nous nous arrêterons brièvement à Ollaytaytambo où vous pourrez acheter du matériel de dernière minute et des besoins personnels, puis nous nous dirigerons vers Piskacuchu (Km 82 - Trailhead) Point de contrôle du Chemin Inca, puis nous commencerons notre randonnée sur le Chemin Inca jusqu'à Huayllabamba (premier campement). Le long du Chemin Inca, nous déjeunerons à Miskay (le premier village du Chemin Inca) et nous nous détendrons un peu avant de marcher vers notre premier site archéologique du Chemin Inca, Patallacta ou Llactapata (le plus grand site Quechuan du Chemin Inca). Après une explication de votre guide sur Llactapata, vous continuerez à marcher pendant 2 heures de plus pour arriver à Huayllabamba (premier campement du Chemin Inca à 2900 m d'altitude).

Premier jour : Distance totale : 10 km (approx.)

Day 2

Huayllabamba - Warmiwanusca - Pacaymayu

Nous commencerons notre journée sur le Chemin Inca tôt le matin, juste pour profiter de l'ombre des montagnes, car il est préférable de marcher jusqu'aux premiers cols du Chemin Inca (Warmihuañusca, qui signifie col de la femme morte, 4200 m.a.s.l.), le point le plus élevé du Chemin Inca. Ici, nous pouvons voir les différentes zones écologiques du Chemin Inca et les microclimats qui composent la région, cartographiés devant nous. Après avoir pris des photos de groupe, nous continuons à descendre jusqu'à Pacaymayo (deuxième campement du Chemin Inca à 3600 m d'altitude) où nous déjeunons et disposons ensuite d'un après-midi libre pour explorer par nous-mêmes.

Deuxième jour : Distance totale : 12 km (approx.) Veuillez noter que nous ne montons qu'un seul col (Dead Woman Pass 4200 mètres d'altitude) alors que de nombreux opérateurs utilisent un camping à Chaquicocha et que les passagers sont obligés de monter le deuxième col à 3950 mètres d'altitude), soit 2 cols en une journée.

Altitude du campement (Pacaymayu) : 3 650 m (approx.)

Sites à voir : Huayllabamba, Yunkachimpa, Tres pierdas, Llulluchapampa, Warmihuañusca (col de la femme morte), Pacaymayu.


Day 3

Pacaymayu - Chaquicocha - Winayhuayna

Belle journée pour explorer quelques sites incas. Après un bon petit déjeuner, nous ferons une randonnée de 45 minutes jusqu'au col de Runcurakay (le deuxième plus haut col du Chemin, à 3 850 m d'altitude), et en chemin, nous visiterons le site archéologique de Runcuracay. Au cours de la journée, nous visiterons également les sites archéologiques incas de Sayacmarca et Phuyupatamarca sur le Chemin de l'Inca. Après le déjeuner, nous nous dirigerons vers le site inca de Wiñaywayna, où nous passerons notre dernière nuit sur le Chemin Inca, puis nous aurons un dîner de célébration avant de dire au revoir à nos porteurs du Chemin Inca.

Troisième jour : Distance totale : 16 km (environ) Nous explorons le site Inca le long du Chemin Inca.

Temps de marche estimé : 7 - 8 heures

Altitude maximale : 3 900 m (environ)

Altitude du campement (Wiñayhuayna) : 2 650 m (environ)

Day 4

Winaywayna - Machupicchu - Cusco

Chemin Inca Important 4ème jour Après un petit déjeuner matinal, nous entamons la dernière étape du Chemin Inca vers la cité perdue de Machu Picchu. Tout d'abord, nous marcherons jusqu'à l'Inti Punku ("Porte du Soleil"), la porte du Chemin Inca, d'où nous aurons une vue inspirante et panoramique de la citadelle de Machu Picchu. Après une courte randonnée jusqu'au Machu Picchu, nous nous enregistrerons et profiterons d'une visite guidée de 2 heures de la ville sanctuaire. Après la visite du Machupicchu, vous aurez du temps libre pour explorer par vous-même.


Après la visite de Machupicchu, vous aurez du temps libre pour explorer par vous-même et vous resterez presque toute la journée. Ensuite, vous devrez être à Aguas Calientes pour prendre le train qui part d'Aguas Calientes à Ollantaytambo entre 16h30 et 18h20 et un bus privé vous ramènera à Cusco et nous arriverons entre 21h30 et 22h.

Quatrième jour : Distance totale : 7 km (environ)

Temps de marche estimé : 2 - 3 heures

Altitude maximale : 2 700 m (environ)

Sites à voir : Wiñayhuayna, Intipunku (Sungate), ville de Machupicchu, Huaynapicchu ou montagne de Machupicchu (optionnel), Aguas Calientes ou ville de Machupicchu.

Cancellation Policy

1. Contract with "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU"

The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”) constitute the entire understanding and agreement between "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU,” “we,” or “our”) and the customer (the “Customer” or “you”) with respect to any and all bookings, trips, or transactions made with " QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU". As used in the Terms, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU", “we” and “our” include "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates.

2. Reservations

To reserve a space on any trip, each Customer must submit:

  • A completed personal information of all traveler’s Full name, as in your passport
  • Passport number, nationality, Age, sex.
  • Confirm if you are an Adult or Student, Students apply only for those under 24 years old “with a University student Card”
  • Confirm trip and departure date.
  • Inform us about meals remarks “vegetarian, allergies, etc” 
  • A deposit of 40% per person (paid 61 or more days in advance of the tour).
  • The balance of the Trip Cost (the “Balance”) is due 30 days prior to departure 

3. Single Supplement

All accommodations (hotels, boats, tents, etc…) are based on double occupancy. We will try to find roommates for single travelers willing to share accommodations. If this is not feasible or if you prefer single accommodations, you will be assessed the Single Supplement charge listed for the itinerary.

4. Cancellation by Customer

  • 15-45 days prior to departure, the fee is 40% of the Trip Cost
  • If made 14 days or less prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the Trip Cost.
  • No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, or trekking arrangements for any reason whatsoever. The Trip Cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used. Some Trips like the Inca trail to Machu Picchu apply a different cancellation schedule. In this case, the vessel’s cancellation policy is in addition to the "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation by "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU"

"QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up (not meeting the 2-person minimum), which makes the trip economically unfeasible to operate. If this happens, a full refund of the Trip Cost is given. However, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by travellers preparing for the trip (i.e., non-refundable “Advance Purchase” air tickets, equipment, medical expenses, etc.).

6. Prices, Surcharges, and Validity

As we publish our prices in advance, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" may occasionally be faced with significant cost increases due to factors over which we have no control. Consequently, we reserve the right to charge the Customer a surcharge due to unfavorable exchange rates, increases in airfares or other transport costs, taxes, or if government action should require us to do so. Surcharges will be calculated according to the full extra cost, compared to the original costs and exchange rates. Likewise, if our costs decrease, we will pass on the savings to the Customer.

7. Airlines

"QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is not responsible for any acts or failures to act of any airline. We may use airlines different than the one(s) mentioned in our advertisements, and "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is not able to guarantee the type of aircraft to be used by any airline. In addition, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is not responsible for losses due to canceled flights, or changed flight itineraries or seat assignments. The Customer may not cancel the contract without penalty due to a change of airline, aircraft type, route, or destination. The responsibility of the airlines is limited to the carriage of passengers and baggage in accordance with the airline’s terms and conditions of service.

8. Delays

Any costs, whether direct or incidental, incurred by the Customer as the result of delays caused by bad weather, trail conditions, river levels, road conditions, transportation delays, sickness, government intervention or other contingencies which are beyond the control of QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU will not be reimbursed.

9. Changes by "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU"

Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable by "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" for the comfort and well-being of the Customers because of unforeseen circumstances or because of circumstances beyond the control of "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU". If any such change is made prior to the time the 50% deposit is paid, the Customer will be told of the change at the time of booking. If the change is made thereafter, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" will inform the Customer as soon as is reasonably possible. Cancellations by the Customer made as a result of any such change shall be subject to the provisions of Paragraph 5, above. "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to any such change and the Customer waives the right to assert a claim for such damages against "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU".

10. Changes by the Customer

Any changes made by the Customer between 60 and 30 days before departure will be charged a $30 administrative fee per change. Any changes made between 29 and 15 days will be charged a $50 administrative fee per change. No changes may be made by the Customer within 14 days of departure. This includes, without limitation, booking additional accommodations, transfers or excursions. "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of such changes, including but not limited to non-refundable “Advance Purchase” "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU".

11. Authority on Tour

The Customer must at all times comply with the laws and respect the social norms of the country being visited as well as with all government regulations pertaining to customs, drugs, and foreign exchange. At all times the decision of the "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" tour leader or representative is final on all matters that may threaten the safety, or interfere with the wellbeing, of the group or individual Customers. Should the Customer fail to comply with this section, or should the Customer interfere with the well-being of the group or individual Customers, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" tour leader or representative may order the Customer to leave the tour without recourse to any refund.

12. Medical Fitness & Health

It is vital that Customers with medical problems make them known to us at the time of registration. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip if the trip leader believes that the Customer’s continued participation will jeopardize the health or well-being of the Customer involved or the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances. In the event a Customer is injured or becomes ill, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" will attempt to secure the best possible medical attention available. However, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" assumes no liability for or regarding the provision of medical care or its cost.

13. Baggage

"QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" assumes no liability for loss or damage to baggage in transit to and from a "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" trip or while on a "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" trip.

14. Travel Insurance

"QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" highly recommends that the Customer obtain personal travel insurance, including baggage and cancellation insurance.

- Travel Insurance is a cost-effective way to protect yourself and your equipment in the event of problems due to – Canceled Trips, Delays, Medical Problems, Baggage Loss or Damage.

- Travel insurance may be purchased through traditional insurers or online insurers.

15. Travel Documents

The Customer must obtain and have possession of a valid passport (PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST 185 DAYS FROM DEPARTURE DATE), all visas, permits and certificates, and vaccination certificates, required for the entire tour. The Customer accepts responsibility for obtaining these documents and any other necessary documents. Information or advice given by "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, etc., is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" and the Customer expressly waives any claim that "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" is liable for damages arising from such information or advice.

16. Claims and Complaints

If a Customer has a claim or complaint against "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU", the Customer must first inform "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" of the claim or complaint in writing within five days after the end of the trip. Failure to comply with this requirement waives the Customer’s right to assert any such claim or complaint against "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU".

17. Binding Arbitration

I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the website, or any other literature or materials concerning my "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" trip, or the trip itself shall be resolved exclusively by Peruvian binding arbitration.

18. Limitation of Remedies

The Customer agrees that the sole remedy for any default by "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" arising under the Terms shall be the return of the paid Trip Cost. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including for personal injury) regardless of the form of the action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and the Customer expressly waives any right it may have to recover such damages.

19. Severability

I understand and agree that in the event that one or more of the provisions of the Terms, for any reason, is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and the Terms shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

20. Entire Agreement

The Terms contain the entire understanding between the Customer and "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" in connection with the subject matter of the Terms and it supersedes and replaces all prior negotiations, statements, and representations concerning the subject matter of the Terms except as expressly contained in the Terms.

21. Amendment

The Terms may not be amended, altered or modified, except by a written amendment executed by the Customer and "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU".

22. Construction

It is the intent of the Customer and "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" that no part of the Terms be construed against any party because of the identity of the drafter.

23. Medical Insurance

Every Customer must be covered by travel-related personal medical insurance. The insurance must cover personal accident, medical expenses, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, or injury occurring to the Customer. The Customer agrees to obtain and/or verify that he/she has sufficient travel-related personal medical insurance coverage for the trip. Baggage and cancellation insurance are also highly recommended.

I agree to obtain and/or verify that I have the above travel-related personal medical insurance which meets "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" minimum requirements and to provide proof of said insurance to "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU".

24. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

I, the Customer acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the trip itinerary. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.

25. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

"QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" does not own or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip including, without limitation, other lodging facilities, airlines, vessels, buses, or other transportation companies, providers, or organizers of optional excursions, or food service or entertainment providers other than "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU". "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" gives notice that it acts independently of, and is not responsible for, the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all other related travel services and assumes no responsibility for expense, injury, loss or damage to person or property resulting from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure (an event or effect that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled), failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government and national park restrictions changes, or regulations, discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control, animals, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU". The Customer is voluntarily participating in the trip with the knowledge that travels to foreign countries and/or remote areas visited by this trip involves numerous risks and dangers which the Customer accepts, including, but not limited to: the forces of nature; civil unrest; terrorism; the condition of roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained to standards common in the United States; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which the Customer is not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; or negligence (but not the willful or fraudulent conduct) on the part of "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" or those entities with whom "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" to provide services to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement and are a reason for the Customer’s voluntary participation.

I hereby agree to the above and to be responsible for my own welfare, and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

26. RELEASE

I acknowledge that the cost of all "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" trips have been based upon Trip Customers executing this Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in such adventure travel activities, I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP. I agree this release shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under the age of 18 traveling with me, all members of my family, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention to fully assume all the risks of travel associated with this trip and to release "QUECHUAS EXPEDITIONS PERU" of and from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Transport

Ensuite, vous profiterez de votre trek, les derniers jours, et vous serez inscrit dans le train de l'expédition qui part cet après-midi-là. Si vous préférez, vous pouvez surclasser votre train au départ d'Aguas Calientes en train Vistadome pour 60 $ par personne. Une fois arrivé à la gare, nous vous ramènerons à votre hôtel à Cusco.

Location : Chaque randonneur a besoin d'un sac de couchage pour camper. Les bâtons de marche (avec des embouts en caoutchouc) sont facultatifs mais encouragés. Si vous ne souhaitez pas apporter l'un de ces éléments, vous pouvez les louer :

Sac de couchage : (style momie en duvet d'oie) : $30

Porteur personnel : 75 $US (6 kilos d'argent de poche à porter par le porteur, et nous vous fournirons un sac de voyage la veille au moment du briefing).

Huayna Picchu: Huayna Picchu est la montagne qui se trouve à côté du Machu Picchu. Il faut 45 minutes de marche pour atteindre le sommet. La descente est assez raide, si vous avez le vertige. L'excursion se fait après la visite du Machu Picchu. Le coût est de 80 $ par personne. Les arrangements doivent être faits au moins deux mois à l'avance (voir disponibilité), en raison de la popularité. Étant donné que vous randonnez sur le Chemin de l'Inca, vous aurez une vue similaire depuis le site de la carte postale. Veuillez comprendre que les conditions météorologiques sont hors de notre contrôle.

Packs journaliers : Les sacs de voyage ne sont pas fournis par Quechuas Expeditions. Vous devez apporter le vôtre. Veillez à ne pas prendre un sac trop grand, car vous ne voulez pas qu'il soit trop lourd pendant votre randonnée. De plus, le Machu Picchu ne vous permet pas d'apporter un sac de plus de 25 litres, donc si vous avez un grand sac à dos, il devra être entreposé avant votre excursion (nous avons un entrepôt gratuit). Vous n'aurez besoin que de l'essentiel pendant le trekking : eau, collation, appareil photo, chapeau de soleil, couche chaude, couches de pluie, spray anti-insectes, crème solaire et une trousse de premiers soins personnelle.

Lampes frontales : Il est fortement recommandé d'apporter une lampe frontale pour le camping de nuit.

Vols : Il n'est pas toujours facile de se rendre à Cusco en avion. Les retards sont fréquents et il n'est pas rare que des vols soient annulés. Veillez à arriver dans la ville au moins deux jours avant la date de début de votre randonnée. LAN Peru est la compagnie aérienne la plus fiable. SKY et JETSMART Airlines sont également des compagnies acceptables. Vous ne reviendrez de votre randonnée que vers 20 heures le dernier jour, alors assurez-vous que votre vol n'est pas avant le lendemain, lorsque vous quittez Cusco.

Pourboires : Les pourboires sont toujours appréciés et doivent être entièrement basés sur votre satisfaction. Même s'il ne s'agit pas d'une coutume pour vous, cela revêt une importance considérable pour les personnes qui s'occuperont de vous au cours de votre voyage.

Assurance voyage : Elle n'est pas obligatoire, mais toujours recommandée. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui vivent au niveau de la mer, l'atterrissage à Cusco nécessitera une période d'adaptation. La plupart des gens ont besoin d'un ou deux jours pour s'adapter. Si vous avez du mal à vous adapter à l'altitude, il est conseillé d'avoir une protection pour les excursions manquées.

ALIMENTATION/Service alimentaire dans les campings (3 petits déjeuners, 3 déjeuners, 3 dîners, 3 collations) - menu équilibré sur le plan nutritionnel : Menu équilibré sur le plan nutritionnel : buffet abondant, vous n'aurez jamais faim avec nous ! ainsi que le cochon d'Inde gratuit parce que nous voulons que vous goûtiez à tout ce qui vient du Pérou.

Menu végétarien et sans gluten sans frais supplémentaires (veuillez nous en informer au moment de la réservation).
