Your trail from Taplejung descends to Chhirwa. Today's path will take you mostly downhill, passing pastures, land, and small villages along the way. As today is a difficult hiking day, your trek guide will indicate short breaks along the way. You will have lunch somewhere along the way. Observe the Hungdewa River and the raging Tamur River, and after some gradual upward walking, begin descending to Sinwa village. We continued to Tawa before crossing the Thiwa Suspension Bridge. As you continue walking, you will notice the unfolding of nature's vistas, and after some gradual walking, you will arrive at your final destination, Chhirwa. Chhirwa is a small Limbu village with several local lodges. Check in to the lodge and get some rest, as you might be tired from today's hike.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

You'll begin your journey through a few forested grooves with lush green plants. Today's path will take you along the Tamur River until you reach the Olangchung Gola. After a good half-hour walk, you'll arrive in Sekathum, where we'll stay overnight.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

After a hearty breakfast, prepare for another exciting day of hiking. You'll go on an exciting adventure as you ascend a steep and narrow trail that winds up the north bank of the Ghunsa Khola. You will travel towards Gyabla. Take a nice walk and cross the river before ascending the steep and narrow trail. After crossing it, you will descend to cross the river again and then gradually walk up from the bottom of the gorge to pass by Solima before slowly descending to the riverside. You must walk cautiously today because you will be walking through the gorge on a steep and narrow trail. Hike up for a while, leaving the river behind and passing through dense bamboo, fir, and rhododendron forests. Then, you'll walk past a small stone house by the side of a river before gradually ascending over small bridges. The route includes numerous steep climbs and short descents, as well as a beautiful, large waterfall before the final steep climb to Gyabla. It's a small Tibetan settlement.

Today is a well-deserved rest day for you on the Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek. Acclimating to the altitude and terrain is essential for preparing for the challenges that are awaiting you. To begin your day, consider taking a short hike to the nearby Buddhist monastery, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Explore the surrounding area, perhaps heading to Lapsan La via the lush green forest for a refreshing nature walk. Return to Ghunsa to relax and recharge for the adventures that await you on the trails ahead. Use this day wisely to prepare your body and mind for the journey ahead.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Begin your trek towards Khambachen. Today, you will continue north along the riverbank. After a gradual walk along the river, you will begin to ascend through the high land with lush plants, crossing the bridge at Rampuk Kharka and continuing your hike past the waterfall. Prepare to cross the narrow and steep section of the landslide area, where Jannu's, one of the highest mountain's views, awaits you. After further trekking, you'll arrive at Khambachen, where you can check into the lodge and relax.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

You will travel towards Lhonak. Today's trail will take you through rocky fields, with many impressive rocks to see on the hillside. The trail follows the river bank until you reach another magnificent waterfall. Walk through the waterfall and over the bridge to Ramtang. Because of the landslide, the trail ahead is a little steep and narrow, so proceed with caution. After this difficult but beautiful trail, we will arrive at Lhonak.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Start your trek towards the Kanchenjunga Base Camp. This will be the highest elevation that you will reach on this trek. Kanchenjunga Base Camp lies at an elevation of 5140m and can be reached using a trail that leads along the edge of the glaciers. The trail is a mostly gradual path on grassy land. You need to be careful while walking on this trail, as it is narrow and steep, and some of the trail sections are prone to landslides. After a decent walk, you will reach the base camp and find yourself surrounded by beautiful snow-clad peaks and mountains. From Base Camp, you can see the Himalayan ranges of Mount Kanchenjunga, Nepal Peak, Dromo Peak, and Kirat Chuli. Khambachen. After spending some time at the base camp, we will hike back to Lhonak.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

As you make your way back to Ghunsa, take the time to reflect on the memories and experiences you've had along the way. Today's trail will be mostly downhill, with occasional inclines and declines to navigate. After about 5 hours of trekking, you'll return to Ghunsa. Check into the lodge to unwind and restore your energy. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the nearby village, immersing yourself in its vibrant culture and interacting with the friendly locals. It's an opportunity to strengthen your ties with the community and appreciate the unique charm of this Himalayan region.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Today's trekking route from Ghunsa to Selele will include some difficult uphill sections. The trail leads through a dense forest filled with moss, vibrant rhododendron blooms, and aromatic juniper trees. Keep an eye out for Nepal's national bird, the Danfe, which has an eye-catching appearance and is present in these jungle habitats. After exploring the lush greenery, take a well-deserved lunch break to refuel your energy. Continuing on, Selele will gradually appear after some more trekking. Upon arrival, check into your lodge accommodation and get some much-needed rest to prepare for the adventures ahead.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Your hike will be demanding because you will have to cross three passes. Walk slowly and stay hydrated throughout the walk. First, you will ascend the hill, and once at the top, you will be able to enjoy the amazing panorama of the Jannu mountain. After reaching the summit, you will slowly and steadily cross the Sinion La Pass (4440m), Mirgin La Pass (4480m), and Sinelapche La Pass (4645m). While crossing these passes, you will be accompanied by the mountain ranges of the Himalayas to the east. After the passes, you will have a decent walk through the steep trail until you reach Tseram. Check into the lodge and get some rest, as you must be exhausted from today's hike.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Leaving Tseram behind, your journey today will take you to Ramche. This part of the trek is relatively short, with a gentle ascent to Ramche. Along the way, take in the breathtaking views as you ascend to the southern edge of the Yalung Glaciers. Throughout the trek, gaze at the breathtaking sights of frozen lakes, flowing streams, and sparkling crystals, which add to the charm of the landscape. Continue along the trail until you reach Ramche, where you'll check into your lodge and relax. Afterward, take advantage of the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and immerse yourself in the region's natural beauty.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

You'll begin your hike towards the Oktang Temple. As you walk along the trail, you will be amazed by the opening of beautiful landscapes that showcase the natural scenery and beauty of Mount Kabru, Yalung Kang, Kanchenjunga, and Kumbakarna. The climber's base camp on Kanchenjunga's north side is another day's journey across the glacier. So Oktang is the logical high point that can be reached without using climbing gear. Explore the temple grounds and enjoy the view. Later, you'll descend to Ramche.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

After breakfast, the trek back to Tseram will take roughly 6 hours. Throughout the trail, you can expect to witness breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayas. We are now at the most exciting part of the Kanchenjunga Trek. After arriving in Tseram, check into the lodge and rest.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Today's hike will be relatively simple: down the trail through dense rhododendron and pine forest. Throughout the jungle trek, we will be able to immerse ourselves in the aromas of natural herbs from the Kanchenjunga conservation area. The trail descends steeply through the rhododendron forest to Torontan before climbing up through the mossy forest to Lamite Bhanjyang, where we will spend the night.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Start your day with a steep descent to Imja Khola, then cross the Dubi Pass. As you travel through the steep grooves and take in the breathtaking scenery, the difficulties of reaching Dhupi Bhanjyang (2540m) will fade. Next, walk through dense forests for a few hours until you arrive at Yamphudin via the Clean Omje River. Yamphudin is a bustling settlement with a diverse ethnic population, including Limbu, Gurung, Sherpa, and Rai. Witness a harmonious relationship, as reflected in the warm smiles of the welcoming locals. We will spend the night here.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

You will begin your day by following the trail that descends steeply to the Kabeli Khola River, where you'll cross a lengthy suspension bridge before arriving at the village of Mamanke. From there, ascend steeply to Phumpe Village, where you'll spend the night and rest after the day's trek.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

Today's trekking route takes you from Phumpe Danda to Kande Bhanjyang. The trail mainly ascends, eventually leading to Phungphung Danda after a long walk. Continuing along the path, you will pass through Keshuwa before arriving at Kande Bhanjyang. After you arrive, take some time to learn about the local Limbu culture, traditions, and way of life. Also, make sure to enjoy the panoramic views of the majestic Kanchenjunga and Kumbhakarna mountains, which will be a rewarding experience for the day.

Includes: an English-speaking guide and a porter; an overnight stay at an available local lodge.

You will travel towards Suketar, the final destination of your journey. Today's trip takes us down to Suketar through a leafy, lush, green forest.
