But be sure to enjoy delicious Nepali food before the nap.

First, after breakfast, our tour leaders will give you a beginning about the day's activities. You will be headed for the full day sightseeing of the capital city Kathmandu. Full of historic architecture, temples, and UNESCO World heritage sites, it would be a culturally enhancing experience. You will be led to the famous and exciting place of historical significance in the Kathmandu valley and enjoy the local cuisine.

The drive to Nayapul (New Bridge) takes about 2 hours by our private cars with drivers. It is from there that you will start your trek. From Nayapul, we will follow the south bank of the river. During the trekking journey, you will pass through the sub-tropical valley forests and steep carved trail on the side of the cliff. After crossing the Modi Khola River via a suspension bridge, we stop at the Tikhedhunga village overnight. If the time allows, you can trek further along the trail quite steep at times to the Ulleri by late afternoon for an overnight stop.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Trekking vers Ghorepani

We make our ascents to the Ghorepani village. The name Ghorepani in Nepali translates to horse water owing to its role as a famous campsite for the traders before it became a trekker's teahouse. Ghorepani provides an exciting insight into the quaint village lifestyle. With small shops and stalls for selling local crafts and artisanal works, it is a great place to collect souvenirs from. The town has two parts; one is a saddle, and the other a few hundred feet lower. Since Ghorepani lies quite higher than a previous stop, it is advisable to pack warm clothes as it fills cold, especially in the evenings. We stop overnight in Ghorepani. From here, you can get a beautiful view of the Annapurna & Dhaulagiri mountain range.

Day 6

Also, you can get an obstructed view of the magnificent sunrise over the high Himalayas. Panoramic scenery from the far western Himalayan of Dolpo, Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna including Mt. Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and all the way to Manaslu awaits you in this journey. After reaching Poon hill, you will return to Ghorepani, where you will have breakfast, you will be headed to Tadapani for overnight stay.

You will come across a unique terrace village settlement. Chhomrong is the most significant Gurung settlement in this area. You will stop here overnight.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Trekking jusqu'à Dovan

From Chhomrong, you will go to Sinuwa hill after you've had your breakfast. Now the trek enters the upper Modi Khola valley, continuing through Bamboo forests, finally stopping at Dovan. At Dovan, you will witness the confluence of two small rivers. You will climb to Dovan crossing through picturesque bamboo & rhododendron forest. You will reach Dovan after a steep 5 hrs walk and stay at the teahouse.

Day 9

Jour 9 : Trekking vers Machhapuchhare

After a trek of the narrow Modi Khola Valley, we arrive at the Machhapuchhre base camp. It is not really a base camp since climbing the mountain is not permitted here. This area is called an Annapurna sanctuary since it is totally surrounded by lush green mountains. You will trek from Deurali after lunch to Machhapuchhre base camp. Here you will be able to take in the refreshing panoramic view of the sanctuary where you will stay overnight.

Day 10

After breakfast, you will go deeper into the sanctuary at the Annapurna base camp for overnight stay. After spending time here, you will descend to Jhinu for a stay. There you can enjoy it at the hot water pool or visit a natural hot spring.

Day 13

Jour 13 : Trekking vers Tolkha

This short trek along river Modi leads to Landruk village, where you will stop for lunch. After that, you will reach Tolkha and stay overnight there. Depending on your pace and interest, it is possible to extend the trip by a few hours while you remain at Pathana.
