Day 1

ARRIVÉE À DELHI

Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative for a smooth transfer to your hotel. After check-in, you may rest or take a short walk to absorb the energy of Delhi.

About Delhi:

Delhi, India’s capital, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, with history dating back over 2,500 years. It has served as the capital for many empires, from the Mauryas to the Mughals, and finally modern India. Today, Delhi is a vibrant metropolis where ancient heritage coexists with modern urban life.

Highlights:

Delhi is divided into two parts: Old Delhi (historic heart with narrow streets and bustling bazaars) and New Delhi (planned during British rule, home to government buildings and wide avenues).


Known for its rich cuisine, diverse culture, and architectural masterpieces, Delhi is a must-visit hub for travellers.

Day 2

TOURISME À DELHI

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi, beginning with Old Delhi:


Jama Masjid: Built in 1656 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques in India. The mosque covers an area of 25 acres, with three great gates, four towers, and two 40-metre-high minarets. The red sandstone and marble structure reflects Mughal grandeur.


Tip: Best visited early morning to avoid crowds and enjoy peace.


Chandni Chowk: This bustling market is over 400 years old and offers a slice of Old Delhi’s charm. Known for street food, textiles, jewellery, and spices, the market is a sensory delight.


Tip: Try the local street food, such as parathas, chaat, and jalebi.


Fatehpuri Masjid: A historic mosque built by Emperor Shah Jahan, located at the west end of Chandni Chowk.


Rickshaw Ride: Take a traditional cycle rickshaw ride through narrow lanes for an authentic Old Delhi experience.


Drive Past Red Fort: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, built in 1639. It served as the main residence of Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years. The fort is famous for its massive walls and architectural beauty.


Tip: Evening sound-and-light shows narrate its history vividly.


Raj Ghat: Memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. The simplicity of the memorial contrasts beautifully with the grandeur of other monuments, reflecting Gandhi’s philosophy of life.


Humayun’s Tomb: Built in 1570, this was the first garden-tomb in India and inspired later Mughal architecture, including the Taj Mahal. It features Persian-style gardens, red sandstone, and white marble.


Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan & India Gate: Rashtrapati Bhawan is the official residence of the President of India, designed by British architects Lutyens and Baker. India Gate, built in memory of Indian soldiers who died in World War I, stands as a war memorial.


Qutub Minar: A UNESCO World Heritage site built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak. It is the tallest brick minaret in the world and an outstanding example of Indo-Islamic architecture.


Travel tip: Carry comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and bottled water for sightseeing.

Day 3

DELHI - UDAIPUR (PAR VOL)

After breakfast, transfer to Delhi Airport to board your flight to Udaipur.

About Udaipur:

Known as the “City of Lakes” and “Venice of the East,” Udaipur was founded in 1533 by Maharana Udai Singh II. It is renowned for its regal heritage, romantic lakes, and majestic palaces. Udaipur is home to seven artificial lakes, and the serene waters combined with architectural splendour make it one of India’s most beautiful cities.

Highlights:

Udaipur Lake Palace (Jag Niwas), floating in Lake Pichola, is considered one of the world’s most romantic hotels.

City Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola, is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan.

Day 4

UDAIPUR SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided sightseeing of Udaipur:

City Palace: A fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, built over nearly 400 years. Explore its courtyards, balconies, museums, and halls like the Durbar Hall and Crystal Gallery.


Jagdish Temple: Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this Indo-Aryan architectural marvel dates back to 1651 and features intricate carvings and sculptures.


Saheliyon Ki Bari: “Garden of the Maidens” adorned with fountains, lotus pools, and marble pavilions built in the early 18th century for royal women.


Vintage Car Museum: Displays a royal collection of cars including Rolls Royces and Cadillacs once owned by the Maharajas.


Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum: Houses rare collections of folk arts, crafts, textiles, puppets, and musical instruments.


Boat Ride on Lake Pichola: A highlight of Udaipur, offering sweeping views of palaces and ghats.

Day 5

UDAIPUR - RANAKPUR - JODHPUR (260 KMS/ 06 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, begin your journey to Jodhpur, driving through the scenic countryside of Rajasthan. En route, visit Ranakpur Jain Temples.

Ranakpur Jain Temples:

 Built in the 15th century, these temples are considered among the most important pilgrimage sites for Jains. Dedicated to Tirthankara Adinatha, the main temple is built entirely of white marble, with an intricate design featuring 1,444 uniquely carved pillars—no two are alike. The temple is a masterpiece of marble artistry, featuring delicate sculptures of gods, goddesses, and mythical creatures.

Travel Tip: Photography is restricted inside temples, so keep this in mind. Modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is recommended as a mark of respect.

After the temple visit, continue your journey to Jodhpur.

Jodhpur – The Blue City:

On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Jodhpur, founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, is famous for its stunning blue-painted houses, vibrant markets, and its imposing fortresses. The city lies in the heart of the Thar Desert and offers a perfect blend of history, architecture, and culture.

Day 6

JODHPUR - PUSHKAR (280 KMS/ 06 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, explore the rich heritage of Jodhpur:

Mehrangarh Fort: One of the largest forts in India, built in 1459. The fort stands 410 feet above the city, offering panoramic views of the blue city below. Explore palaces such as Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal adorned with intricate mirror work, lattice screens, and elaborate frescoes.


Tip: Don’t miss the fort museum for royal costumes, arms, and paintings.


Jaswant Thada: A beautiful marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Known as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar,” it features intricately carved marble sheets and a serene garden setting.


Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum: Built between 1928–1943, this grand palace blends Indo-Classical, Western Art Deco, and Rajasthani architecture. It now functions partly as a luxury hotel and partly as a museum with vintage cars and artefacts of the royal family.


After sightseeing, drive to Pushkar.

Pushkar – City of Temples:

Pushkar is one of the oldest cities in India and a major pilgrimage site. Famous for the sacred Pushkar Lake and over 400 temples, it is the only place in India with a temple dedicated to Lord Brahma, the creator god in Hinduism.

On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Evening at leisure to explore the bustling streets of Pushkar and enjoy its spiritual ambience.

Travel tip: Pushkar is also famous for its camel trading and handicrafts; wandering through its markets is an immersive cultural experience.

Day 7

FOIRE DE PUSHKAR

Today you will witness the Pushkar Camel Fair (held annually, usually in November).

Pushkar Camel Fair – A Cultural Extravaganza:

This fair is one of the world’s largest livestock fairs and a vibrant celebration of Rajasthan’s rural life and culture. Farmers, traders, and performers from across Rajasthan gather here, turning Pushkar into a carnival of music, dance, culture, and commerce.

Highlights:

  • Camel Beauty Pageants: Camels decorated with colourful ornaments compete for prizes.
  • Camel Races and folk performances.
  • Cultural processions with traditional music and dances.
  • Spiritual gatherings around Pushkar Lake.
  • An expansive handicraft and food market with authentic Rajasthani delicacies like dal baati churma, kachoris, and sweets.

Day 8

PUSHKAR - JAIPUR (145 KMS/ 03 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, enjoy a local sightseeing tour of Pushkar:

Brahma Temple: The only temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma, built in the 14th century. This temple is an important pilgrimage site and is known for its pink façade and beautifully carved interiors.


Pushkar Lake: Considered sacred, the lake is surrounded by 52 bathing ghats where pilgrims perform rituals and holy dips. The lake is a symbol of peace and spirituality.


After sightseeing, drive to Jaipur — the “Pink City.”

Jaipur – The Royal City:

 Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur is known for its majestic forts, vibrant bazaars, and Rajasthani hospitality. The city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its unique urban planning.


On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening at leisure.


­Travel tip: Jaipur is known for its handicrafts and gemstones. A visit to the local bazaars in the evening is ideal for shopping for traditional fabrics, jewellery, and pottery.

Day 9

VISITE DE JAIPUR

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day exploration of Jaipur:

Amber Fort: Built in the late 16th century, this majestic fort blends Rajput and Mughal architecture. Ride a jeep up to the fort gates. Highlights include the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), Diwan-i-Khas, and Ganesh Pol.


Tip: Morning visits are less crowded and offer cooler temperatures.


Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds): Built in 1799, this five-storied façade with 953 small windows allowed royal women to observe street life without being seen.


City Palace & Museum: A blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture, with elaborate courtyards, gardens, and museums housing royal costumes, weapons, and artefacts.


Jantar Mantar: Built in the 18th century by Sawai Jai Singh II, this astronomical observatory features the world’s largest stone sundial and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 10

JAIPUR - ABHANERI - FATEHPUR SIKRI - AGRA (260 KMS/ 06 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your drive to Agra, with a stop en route at two important historical sites.

Abhaneri Stepwell (Chand Baori)

Located in the small village of Abhaneri in Dausa district, this stepwell is one of the largest and deepest in India. Built around the 9th century during the reign of King Chanda of the Chahamanas dynasty, it was designed for water conservation in a dry region.


Key Features: Over 3,500 narrow steps arranged in perfect symmetry, descending 20 metres deep.


Cultural significance: The stepwell was not only functional but also a place for social gatherings and ceremonies.


Travel tip: The coolness inside the stepwell provides relief from the heat and offers fantastic photographic opportunities.


Fatehpur Sikri – The City of Victory

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Fatehpur Sikri was founded by Emperor Akbar in 1569 as his capital. However, it was abandoned within 15 years due to scarcity of water.

Key Highlights:


Jama Masjid: One of India’s largest mosques, adorned with exquisite carvings.

Tomb of Salim Chishti: A revered site visited by pilgrims from across the country.

Panch Mahal: A five-storey palace with open colonnades offering stunning views.

Buland Darwaza: An imposing gateway symbolising Akbar’s victory over Gujarat.


After exploring Fatehpur Sikri, continue the drive to Agra.


Agra – The Mughal Legacy:

 Agra is synonymous with magnificent Mughal architecture and culture. Situated on the banks of the Yamuna River, it was once the capital of the Mughal Empire. The city is home to some of India’s most iconic monuments.

On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore or relax.

Day 11

AGRA - DELHI (220 KMS/ 04-05 HRS APPROX.)

Begin your day early to make the most of sightseeing in Agra.

Taj Mahal – UNESCO World Heritage Site

One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal is an eternal symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Constructed entirely from white marble, the monument features exquisite inlay work, calligraphy, and symmetrical gardens.

Best Time to Visit: Sunrise, when the monument glows with a soft, ethereal light.


Tip: Carry a scarf or shawl if visiting early morning, it can be chilly. Photography is allowed outside; inside photography is restricted.


Agra Fort

Built by Emperor Akbar in 1576, Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site and served as the seat of the Mughal Empire.

Highlights: Jahangir Mahal, Moti Masjid (Pearl Mosque), Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Sheesh Mahal, and Meena Bazaar.


Tip: Wear comfortable shoes for exploring the sprawling fort complex.


Sikandra – Tomb of Akbar

On your drive back to Delhi, stop at Sikandra to visit the tomb of the great Mughal emperor Akbar. Built between 1600–1613, it is an architectural masterpiece blending Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist, and Jain motifs, reflecting Akbar’s policy of religious harmony.

Highlights: Intricate marble work, geometric gardens, and a massive gateway adorned with carvings.


Continue your drive to Delhi.

Delhi – Arrival:

 On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy a final evening walk in Delhi.

But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.


Booking Policy:

20% of the Tour Cost is required as an initial Deposit. 80% of the Tour cost is required 2 months prior to arrival date.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is 61 days or more prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price paid as Initial deposit shall be retained ;  
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure – 40% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 31 days prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to departure – No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets: 

Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation Policy for Wildlife Safaris: 

Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from GeTS shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of GeTS shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that GeTS acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. 

The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honor confirmed bookings. In such an event GeTS shall not be responsible and shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

GeTS hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
