Salvador's Renaissance architecture is reminiscent of colonial times, when the city was the capital of the Brazilian Empire. After breakfast, experience the highlights of Salvador during a sightseeing tour of the city. Your journey begins in Salvador with a shared transfer to the island of Morro de São Paulo. This multi-leg trip usually includes a land transfer from your hotel to the port, followed by a boat or catamaran ride across the Bay of All Saints, and possibly a short overland segment. As you approach the island, the coastline gives way to lush greenery and the lively, beachside charm of Morro de São Paulo.


The beaches of Morro de São Paulo stretch for several kilometers and invites you for beach walks. On the beach there are small bars serving drinks and snacks. In the village center there are several restaurants where you can have dinner.

Travel from Morro de São Paulo to the tranquil island of Boipeba by shared 4x4 vehicle and boat. This scenic journey takes you across rural trails of Tinharé Island and through stretches of untouched nature before reaching the waters that surround Boipeba. The final leg by boat reveals the pristine coastline and peaceful ambiance of your next destination.

Your journey from Boipeba to Barra Grande involves a combination of boat and road transfers through scenic southern Bahia. First, take a boat ride to the town of Valença, followed by a van transfer to the port of Camamu. From there, board another boat for the final stretch to Barra Grande, arriving in this charming village on the Maraú Peninsula surrounded by mangroves, rivers, and white-sand beaches.

Relax and enjoy the beauty of Barra Grande. You can unwind on the beach, go kayaking in the mangroves, or explore the natural pools at Taipu de Fora.

Today you’ll travel south along the coast to reach the vibrant surf town of Itacaré. The shared transfer may include road and boat segments, offering scenic views of the Atlantic Forest and the Bahian coastline before arriving in this nature-rich destination.

Enjoy your time in Itacaré with its unique blend of lush Atlantic Forest, waterfalls, and stunning beaches. In addition to surfing, hiking, or relaxing in town, we recommend visiting a local cacao farm or chocolate factory in the surrounding region.


This area is part of the historic "Cocoa Coast," and a guided visit offers insight into the chocolate-making process—from tree to bar—along with tastings of artisanal products.

Your trip concludes with a shared transfer from Itacaré to Ilhéus, passing through lush landscapes and coastal towns. Upon arrival in Ilhéus, known for its colonial architecture and chocolate production, your services come to an end.
