Itinerary Modifications:

Occasionally, adjustments to the planned itinerary may be necessary. This could stem from trip logistics (such as fully booked accommodations, trail closures, or adverse weather conditions, etc.). It's important to understand that these modifications are always implemented with your best interests in mind, prioritizing your safety and comfort.

In the event of difficulty in booking accommodation in Sokraki for the night of Day 6 due to limited availability and lack of alternatives, we will propose an alternative route to the north of Corfu (Sidari) instead of the inland mountains (Sokraki). This will entail different stages for Days 6 and 7, according to the following configuration:

Day 6 • Liapades – Doukades – Sidari (alternative route)

Today's stage begins with a picturesque climb, separating the north from the central part of the island. This day's journey takes you through olive, lemon, and cypress trees, offering breathtaking views of the impressive coastline, sometimes even overlooking the valley as far north as Albania. Before arriving in Sidari, you'll have the opportunity to contemplate the panorama from Cape Drastis, located at the north-western tip of the island. Take time to admire the sunset from the Canal d'Amour, a beach with astonishing rock formations.

About 35km/21.8mi of cycling, +620m/2035ft, -680m/2230ft.

Overnight in a hotel in Sidari; B&B.

Day 7 • Sidari – Sokraki – Corfu town (alternative route)

For the last day of your tour, the itinerary can be split into two distinct parts. Head for Mount Pantokrator and its vast plateau, which dominates the north of the island of Corfu. Along the way, you'll explore picturesque local villages, forgotten valleys and beautiful landscapes, before climbing to the village of Sokraki for panoramic views over Corfu Bay. Your last day on the bike will end on a high note as you return to your hotel on the outskirts of the ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Passing by the Mount Pantokrator: about 68km/42.3mi, +1320m/4330ft, -1420m/4660ft.

Without the Mount Pantokrator: about 50km/31.1mi, +780m/2560ft, -770m/2525ft.

Overnight in a 3* hotel in Corfu (town); B&B.
