Envie d'une randonnée ? Vous avez envie d'éveiller vos sens aux formidables talents artistiques de Mère Nature ? Quoi de mieux que la chaîne de montagnes de l'Himalaya ? Les sentiers de trekking de la région du Khumbu au Népal, au pied du puissant mont Everest, sont stimulants pour l'adrénaline. Cette région est l'endroit le plus haut du monde, avec une altitude allant de 3 300 mètres à 8 848 mètres. Invitant, n'est-ce pas ?


L'une des destinations les plus prisées par les randonneurs de toute la planète, cet endroit vaut la peine d'être essayé. S'il existait une échelle permettant de mesurer le niveau de difficulté du trek, elle indiquerait des enregistrements faibles à moyens. Cet itinéraire n'est pas rigoureux et peut être apprécié par tous les groupes d'âge. Notre voyage organisé propose un programme complet de 8 jours pour le trek de Namche Bazaar. Ce voyage a pour but de vous faire découvrir la région du Khumbu, avec Namche Bazaar et l'Everest View Hotel comme principaux points d'intérêt. L'Everest View Hotel est l'un des hôtels d'altitude les plus élevés au monde et est enregistré par le Livre Guinness des records, à 13000 pieds.


L'itinéraire du forfait comprend une visite de trois sites népalais classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, dans la région de la vallée de Katmandou. Le trek commence à Lukla en direction de Phakding, en traversant Namche Bazaar, et la destination est l'hôtel Mount Everest, d'où vous aurez une vue paradisiaque sur le plus haut sommet de la montagne. Programme du circuit

Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à Katmandou

Feel the crisp fresh air as you come out of the Tribhuvan International Airport on the first day of the trip. You will be transported to your deluxe hotel by our tour operator agent. Check-in to your hotel room and visit the main office to catch up with our tour plan for the upcoming days. Get to know your guide who will be there for you on every up and down of the trek. You will be spending the latter part of the evening with a welcome dinner made up of the local cuisine and enjoying the Nepali cultural programs.

Day 2

Jour 2 : Vol jusqu'à Lukla puis trekking jusqu'à Phakding (2562m)

The second day is marked as the start-up of your adventurous filled days. You will be escorted to the airport for the early morning flight to the Tenzing Hillary Airport of Lukla. As Lukla is a popular tourist destination, this place is dotted with tourist lodges and shops. After your tour operator is done with the local potters and you are done with the local flavored tea to warm up your spirits, the trip will be heading to Phakding. This trail, passing through the villages of the world-famed Sherpas with the combo of full picturesque views of the Himalayan ranges of this terrain, is an excellent boosting hike to start with. Some of the peaks that can be observed are Numbur and Phari. Once you have crossed the Ghat village, it is around an hour and a half of trek to the small community of Phakding. Phakding is like the backbone of tourism in this region of Khumbu. Comfortable night stay on a teahouse of this pretty village amidst the gorgeous views of Kusum-Kangaru will prepare you for the next day.

Day 3

Jour 3 : Trek vers Namche Bazaar (3440m)

You should rise up early and feed yourself full ‘cause this going to a long day. Today’s destination is the charming small hilly town of Namche Bazaar. The trek comprises of quite many suspension bridges on the mountain river of Dudh Koshi, approaching towards Benkar. From Benkar, you get to know hands-on about Mount Thamserku’s views. As you enter Monjo, you are required to check off your permits and passes with the authorities as this place is meant to keep a record of every tourist going in and out. Monjo is also the entry point of the Sagarmatha National Park. After that, the trail takes you forward, passing along the Bhote Koshi River. Once you are on the small village of Jorsalle village, Namche Bazaar is just a few more steps up the hill. Following the winding path, you will reach this pretty town, which is also considered as the gateway of the Himalayas. Enjoy the beautiful human habitation of charming colorful houses amidst the wonders of wild nature. Explore the hilly station and gobble up the breath-taking views of the mountain peaks of Mount Everest, Tawache, Kwangde, Lhotse, and few more from different spots of Namche Bazaar.

Day 4

Jour 4 : Randonnée jusqu'à l'Everest View Hotel et retour à Namche Bazaar

Well, the 4th day is a grand day at Namche Bazaar. Exploration of the beautiful terrain is the list of the day with a steep trek to the Mount Everest Hotel. Startup early in the morning and prepare for the short hike to the hotel of world repute. This hotel is built at one of the highest altitudes of 13,000 ft has become a tourist attraction in itself. A steep trail will take you to the airstrip of Syangboche, which further leads you to the Guinness Book recorded hotel. This place not only offers warm tea but is relaxing for another reason, the grand view of the mighty Everest. No, you cannot stay at this place forever. The next phase of the trip is to trek down to Namche Bazaar and explore the town as much as you want. With all the worldly things that it has to offer. This place is no shortage of Wi-Fi, food joints, bakeries, salons, and everything that you may require after the exhilarating and exhausting hikes. If you are on a Saturday, then you will feel lucky to experience the tit-bits and the chirpy vibes of the weekly market or haath of a hill station. The local Tibet markets are mostly infested by the tourists for some souvenirs shopping, and you can be a part of that movement too. Spend overnight at your lodge and get ready for the next day’s extended trek plan.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Trekking de retour à Lukla

The 5th day will be consumed by the long 7 to 8 hours of the trek back to Lukla. In between stopping at Phakding. Keep going with the stunning views of the mountainous topography with the contrast of the natural vegetation around and passing through the Sherpa villages. Once you get your feet to rest on Lukla, recoil and explore the place further to know a little more about the locality. You will be staying in a teahouse of Lukla for the night. Enjoy your dinner comprising of local Khumbu cuisine and pack up for the next day’s flight to Kathmandu.

Day 6

Jour 6 : Vol de retour vers Katmandou

The next day is reserved for the trip to Kathmandu. Because of the unpredictability of the weather conditions of the Kumbhu region, there can be some rescheduling of the flight timings. Still, you are suggested to keep your cool as long as we are in charge. After you reach the capital city, you can retire for the day.

Day 7

Jour 7 : Exploration de Katmandou

Going in and out of Kathmandu and have not explored it yet? No, we are not going to leave any stone unturned. Before you leave this lovely valley, our guide will take you to the essential spots of this city. Nepal hosts 10 UNESCO sites, and the tour plans to take you to three of them. 

Pashupatinath temple on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River is the first place to visit of the day. This is a Hindu temple complex where Lord Shiva is revered and comprises of over 500 temples, monuments, and shrines with ancient architectural marvels at your display. The main temple is pagoda styled with a large bull made of bronze. 

The Boudhanath Stupa is a shrine for the Buddhists and an architectural wonder. The milky white dome-like structure with a serene atmosphere will uplift your spirituality and inner peace, for sure.

Finally, hop on to the well-reputed Patan Durbar Square of the valley where you can catch on other cultural and Newari art and architecture.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Départ

After your breakfast and last-minute shopping, you will be escorted to the airport with our co-coordinators. Bidding goodbye is always hard, and they say that once the mountain spirit befriends you, it will stay with you forever.

GUEST AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION

The registered office named, Himalayan Planet Adventures P. Ltd. Situated at Kathmandu, Nepal organizes the trekking and holiday packages for travelers. Registered Company Number 59196/065/066, whose registered office is in Chaksibari Street, Thamel, Kathmandu, Himalayan Planet is a member of the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal mountaineering association (NMA), American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) a group of companies association and are sold subject to the following conditions.

HPA BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You understand that your booking is confirmed only after the company receives 20% of the total amount payable per person per trip or you can pay in full amount during the trip booking. It is said to clear the advance deposit within 15 days of booking, otherwise the same is liable for being canceled automatically. Moreover, the 20% amount is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. You understand that the HPA confirms itself that the client has full knowledge of the booking terms and conditions and had a full reading of the same before agreeing to.

4. You understand that the package amount is on a twin share basis. The client if wishes to might forego the facilities available in the package and upgrade the same. The client is understood to have accepted the terms and conditions and aware of the facilities available and not available within the package amount.

5. You understand that, the Himalayan Planet Adventures mentioned the harshness and other difficulties and hardships associated with the trekking or tour and that the client is soundly aware of such circumstances. Thereby accept the tour agreement.

6. You understand that the Himalayan Planet Adventures will conduct a full medical check-up prior to the expedition or trekking to have a clear idea of the medical condition of the traveler. Upon that it’s expected that the client himself would inform of any medical conditions or problems that might mar the trip. It is for the knowledge of the company and the safety of the trekker, which is of utmost importance to the company.

PRICES INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION:

1. You understand that the HPA does not cover the fare of international flight commuting to/from your hometown, besides those mentioned inside the package, if at any point the client leaves the trip at his volition and own discretion or any other illness.

2. You understand that, the Himalayan Planet Adventures will provide a brochure before the trip to the client to have a better understanding of what is included and what not within the package.

3. You understand that the personal belongings of the client have to be in his or her own custody and responsibility and the payment for the extra meals, accommodations etc. and phone bills too would be borne by the client.

ACCOMMODATION:

1. You understand that since the package offers a twin share room, up-gradation charges for a single room would be charged against the client and to be cleared by him.

2. You understand that charges for an extra night and stay outside the package tenure or terms and conditions to have to be borne by the client himself.

3. You understand that the accommodation uphill is on a first come first served basis. So the Himalayan Planet Adventures P. Ltd. Can’t promise to always provide the teahouse or grass houses available there, since there remains a dearth of such facilities most of the time, especially during trekking season. In spite of that HPA promises to provide the best teahouse to the client, available at that time.

PASSPORT AND VISA DOCUMENTATION:

1. You understand that you need to carry your own passport valid for 6 months prior to the departure dates. You will need visa entry for each country. Visa for Nepal, Bhutan will be arranged by the company even the visa for Tibet, if one wishes to travel there can be arranged by the company unless the visa for India, Bangladesh and his own. The cost of the visa is excluded from the package except stated.

DAMAGE:

1. You understand that HPA does not take responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused by the client during the tour, trek or expedition.

2. You understand that any damage to the gear, caused by the client needs to be paid back by the client himself to the HPA. The staff of the Himalayan Planets Adventures will assess the same.

RETIRING FROM THE TREK:

1. You understand that early departure from the trek will incur extra charges for hotel accommodation, transportation, administration and other extra costs for extra nights. Phone calls too are included under the extra expenses. All these are incurred by the client while returning back to Kathmandu.

2. You understand that the client is totally responsible for the extra hotel accommodation and preparation.

HELICOPTER AIRLIFT OUT:

1. In case of any emergency or mishaps, The Himalayan Planet Adventures will arrange for helicopter airlift immediately with the assistance of your insurance company, only after assessing the situation.

2. You understand that if a helicopter is required then HPA will contact the client’s next of kin as is mentioned in the agreement and then continue the evacuation.

3. You understand that medical and other emergency expenses will be incurred upon the client and his family members including the other extra charges on accommodation, phone calls, traveling and administration.

4. You understand that if a child is trapped amidst such medical emergencies, then an adult must accompany the child.

5. You must understand that the hotel accommodation after evacuation is the client’s responsibility and the payment must be done to HPA for the same.

HIRING GEAR:

1. You must understand that HPA does not provide personal gears to the trekkers for the tour, expedition or travel except the one mentioned.

2. You must understand that any damage to the hired gear will be borne by the trekker.

TRAVEL HEALTH AND INSURANCE:

1. You must understand that trekking, mountaineering and climbing the Himalayas include several hazards and risks with it. So the safety and total medical fitness are required by the trekker. In this, you must agree to face any natural hazards and be fit enough to overcome these.

2. You must understand that every trekker must have a suitable health insurance policy prior to the expedition.

3. You must understand and read in detail that the policy covers areas like emergency evacuation, cancellation of the trip due to an unforeseen situation, airlift evacuation to the nearest hospital available if a medical emergency arises, loss of personal belongings etc.

4. You must understand that the HPA will require your policy papers with details before your departure for trekking. The policy covers details like name, policy number, amount, phone numbers etc.

5. You understand that HPA can deny to, take the responsibility of emergency evacuation if the trekker fails to submit the documents before departure to trekking. In such case, the company will inform his next of kin for support and evacuation of his family member.

6. You must understand that baggage of the trekker is under self-responsibility. In no way, the HPA will be responsible for the loss or damage of baggage of the trekker. Although one might opt for baggage insurance if required.

7. You must understand being a trekker that, your duffle luggage must have a set of medications for emergency, gear, loop, rope and etc. for the travel or tour. This is subject to aircraft rules and laws.

8. You must understand that the client acknowledges the fact that they are responsible for the late arrival of themselves or the baggage or joining for the trip, tour or trekking.

CANCELLATION NOTICES AND CHARGES:

1. You must understand that the deposit of the cost of the expedition is fully non-refundable and non-transferable. It will be refunded only if the trip is canceled due to some unforeseen condition. 

2. You must effectively understand that the HPA never returns the total paid amount after the departure for the trip. That is why HPA recommends trekkers to undergo an insurance policy that covers the amount for cancellation of trip arriving due to some medical emergency.
