Vancouver's Chinatown is one of the largest in North America. In 2011 it was named the Canadian Glamorous Historic. We will visit the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, a tranquil Ming Dynasty-style garden which grows the rarely found black bamboo tree. The Millennium Gate on Pender Street was built in 2000 for China Town’s blooming economy. We will also see the Sam Kee Building, at just 1.5m/6ft wide, it's the world's most narrow office. Itinéraire

Aujourd'hui, nous vous conduirons directement à la gare centrale du Pacifique (1150 Station Street, Vancouver, BC) pour monter à bord du VIA Rail. Le train partira à 15h00, le voyage vous mènera loin de l'agitation de la ville. Au fur et à mesure que le train avance, le paysage passe du crépuscule à la tombée de la nuit. Le clair de lune se reflétant sur la vallée du Fraser crée une atmosphère unique. Plus tard, vous passerez par Granville et vous vous dirigerez vers la ville de Jasper, dans le parc national des Rocheuses.


**L'heure de rendez-vous entre l'hôtel et la gare de VIA Rail est à vérifier avec le guide un jour avant le départ du train.

Enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Robson on your right hand side when the train coming close to Jasper National Park. Arrive at Jasper station around 11:00 AM. Enjoy free time in Jasper town before meeting our guide at the station and joining the bus tour upon arrival.

It is the largest natural lake in the Canadian Rockies. (stop for about 100 minutes)

【Maligne Lake Cruise (Optional)】

It is the largest natural lake in the Canadian Rockies. You can take an optional cruise to enjoy the scenery of the lake. (stop for about 60 minutes)

【Maligne Canyon】

It is carved into the Palliser Formation, a layer of limestone deposited in a shallow tropical sea by lime-secreting plankton about 365-million years ago. (stop for about 30 minutes)

Stretching 232km (144mi) through the heart of Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks World Heritage Site, this world-class journey offers access to a vast wilderness of pristine mountain lakes, ancient glaciers and broad sweeping valleys. 【Columbia Icefield】

Columbia Icefield adventure Ice explorer and Skywalk (Optional): 

Explore the Columbia Icefield, the largest ice mass in the North American Rockies south of the Arctic Circle. The region is also renowned for its Earth meteorological database, preserving centuries of climate changes. You can choose to ride the massive, specially-designed Snocoach (Ice Explorer) directly onto the Athabasca Glacier surface. Next, enjoy a breathtaking view of the glacier from The Glacier Skywalk. (stop for about 3.5 hours)

**Closed before the 1st Saturday of May and after the 2nd Saturday of October, will be replaced by Minnewanka Lake (20 minutes) & Banff Upper Hot Springs (Optional - Pay onsite / 60 minutes)

It is the headwaters of the Bow River that runs south through the city Calgary and onto the Oldman River ultimately to Hudson Bay. (stop for about 20 minutes)

It is a glacier-fed lake in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies. During the summer, significant amounts of glacial rock flour flow into the lake, and these suspended rock particles give the lake a bright, turquoise color. Day 6

Lake Louise - Moraine Lake - Yoho - Spiral Tunnel - Emerald Lake - Natural Bridge

【Moraine Lake/Ten Peaks Valley】

Its waters are the most amazing color, a vivid shade of turquoise that changes in intensity through the summer as the glacier melt. Set in the rugged Valley of the Ten Peaks, Moraine Lake is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and rock piles, creating a scene so stunning it almost seems unreal. (stop for about 60 minutes)

**Moraine Lake open from (Late May or early June to early Oct). If closed, it will be replaced by the Vermillion Lake

【YOHO National Park】

Named for a Cree expression of awe and wonder, Yoho lies on the Western slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

【Spiral Tunnel】

It is one of the most bizarre feats of engineering to get the grade of a train line to be at or below 2.2%. The current two spiral tunnels where the railroad forms two spirals, crossing beneath itself twice, almost forming a figure eight, before continuing in the proper direction down the mountain were completed in 1909. (pass through)

【Emerald Lake】

Emerald Lake is a glacier-fed lake in Yoho National Park in the Canadian Rockies. Meltwater from surrounding glaciers carries fine rock particles, called glacial rock flour, into the lake. These suspended particles reflect and absorb sunlight in a way that gives the lake its distinctive greenish hue, highlighting the role of glacial activity in shaping the local landscape.(stop for about 20 minutes)

Hoodoos are composed sedimentary rock covered by harder rock that is harder to erode. Once softer sediment erodes rock needle, only tower like natural obstacles are left. (stop for about 15 minutes)

The biggest town of National towns, many shops and restaurants waiting for your discovery. (stop for about 90 minutes)

o More than 32 days prior to departure: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.

o 15-31 days prior to departure: 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.

o Within 14 days of departure, tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.


Tours with VIA RAIL

o More than 32 days prior to departure:     20% of the total booking amount will be charged.  (*Subject to the booked VIA class)

o 15-31 days prior to departure: 60% of the total booking amount per person will be charged.

o Within 14 days of departure: tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.


Tours with FAIRMONT Hotels or Rocky Mountaineer Train

o More than 50 days prior to departure:  30% of the total booking amount will be charged.

o 32-49 days prior to departure: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

o Within 31 days of departure, tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.


**Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.

**Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications:

reducing the number of travelers, and changing the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.

  • For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, please book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in

Notes for hotels

  • The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds or one double bed or one sofa bed
  • Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on the double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person
