Itinéraire

Les trekkings et les circuits culturels au Viêt Nam offrent une occasion unique d'explorer les villages ruraux et les zones reculées de Sapa, au départ de Hanoï. Day 1

Arrivée à Hanoi (dîner de bienvenue)

Upon your arrival in Hanoi, our guide and driver will pick you up for the transfer to your hotel.

For your first experience of Hanoi, we enjoy a pleasant walk inside the Old Quarter, discovery typical house of Hanoian in the old time, visiting the remarkable temples and pagoda.

Welcome dinner will be followed by a traditional water puppet show.

Day 2

Visite de la ville de Hanoi - train de nuit pour Lao Cai (B/L/D)

This morning, we start our Hanoi city tour by a visit to Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam then we continue to the Museum of Art.

From here, we visit West Lake as it is located on the way we head to Museum of Ethnology, our last attraction of the day. The museum depicts perfectly the overview of different ethnic minorities in Vietnam and offering you a good chance to know further about Vietnamese culture. In the evening, we take the night train to Lao Cai.

Day 3

Lao Cai - Bac Ha - Lung Phinh - Ta Chai - Pa Chu Ty (B/L/D)

Local tour guide will pick you up at Lao Cai Train station for a scenic drive to Bac Ha town. Start your trekking day at Lung Phing Market until you reach Ta Chai village, home of Fula minority.

Reaching the habitat of Flower Hmong in Pa Chu Ty village this afternoon for your first leg leisure. The remainder of the day is for your personal exploration. Mingle with local people for the first night homestay.

Day 4

Pa Chu Ty - Then Van - Lung Cai (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we trek through narrow patch, passing different landscapes which are beautiful and impressive to arrive at Then Van village. 

A further trek to Lung Cai revels you better the traditional life of Flower Hmong tribe. Spend another night with local people

Day 5

Lung Cai - Hoang Nhi Pho - Ban Gia (B/L/D)

Today, we leave Lung Cai for a further trek to Hoang Nhi Pho village. Your trekking trails leads you through rice terraces, maize plantation and nomadic villages.

The highlight of this day is the cultural interaction at Ban Gia village, the final destination for homestay today.

Day 6

Ban Gia - Nan Ma (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we proceed to the isolated village of Nan Ma. The trek is often up and down hill this day but the panoramic mountain vistas makes it up for you.

This night, you will be captivated by the different lifestyles of Hmong people who lives not far from others.

Day 7

Lan Ma - Lan Lung - Coc Pu (B/L/D)

The trekking is easier today and is punctuated by the exciting crossing of Nung ethnic minority area. Reaching relative civilization of terraces of paddy fields, house tools as brick, smith and more.

Have a break at Nan Lung village where the group will have lunch in a local house before continuing the last destination of Coc Pu II village.

Overnight in a comfortable house in Coc Pu, a village inhabited by the Nung minority.

Day 8

Coc Pu II - Sin Man - Hoang Su Phi - Pan Hou Resort (B/L/D)

After breakfast, there are three kilometers of walking to Coc Pai town in Xin Man district of Ha Giang province. Your  car will be waiting  to  drive  you  to  Sin Man,  one  of  the  poorest  district which has border with Lao Cai province and China. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant.

Dinner and overnight in Pan Hou Resort.

Day 9

Hoang Su Phi - Tung San (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer  by  car  to  the  start  point  of  your  trekking  today. You will trek 15 km through the beautiful scenery and local villages. Lunch will be served at a nice spot. Continue to the Black Dao ethnic of Tung San for dinner and overnight. Mr Tan Van Sai will have pleasure to welcome you at his house.

Day 10

Tung san - Dan Khao - Cao Banh (B/L/D)

After having breakfast, your trek will begin from Tung San to Dan Khao then Cao Banh. Lunch on route. Dinner and overnight at Mr Phan Van Dau’s homestay (Black Dzao ethnic minority).

Day 11

Cao Banh - Ban Trang - Khuoi Hop - Ha Giang (B/L/D)

Leaving Cao Banh, you will take the trekking route to Trang village then continue toward Khuoi Hop. Once reaching village Len in Viet Lam you will be transferred by car to Ha Giang.

Overnight in a nice resort by Ha Giang River.

Day 12

Ha Giang - Hanoi (B/L/D)

Enjoy a very scenic road to Tuyen Quang which lies along the Lo river until you turns to the mountain road of Son Duong district. From here, you have a good chance to observe palm trees dotted in the rice fields.

You are invited to visit Tam Dao hill station before heading back to Hanoi.

Day 13

Hanoi - Baie d'Halong (B/L/D)

The Unesco site of Halong is famous for its splendid seascapes, awe-inspired islands, azure water and diverse flora, fauna.

After a scenic transfer, we board a cruise to uncover the beauty of this bay. En route, visit one of the biggest caves, inspired by the legend of “Descending Dragon”. Passing your time on the sundeck admiring the best of the bay and not to miss the haunting sunset.

Day 14

Baie d'Halong - Hanoi (B/L)

Behold the sunrise in Halong while the participating in a leisure lesson of Tai Chi this morning. Kayaking . through the hidden lagoons of the bay. After lunch, we navigate back to Halong city for the transfer back to Hanoi around 3pm. Free at leisure

2/ CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS

You may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to us in writing.

Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us and will be effective

from the date on which we receive it. It is important to be aware that once your deposits are paid, should

you wish to cancel at any time thereafter, the deposits are non-refundable. In addition the cancellation

penalties detailed below will be applied. It is strongly recommended that you have suitable cancellation

insurance coverage from the time of booking. The following rules apply for cancellations:

  • Cancellation received before 45 days: FREE of charge
  • Cancellation received from 30 days to 44 days prior arrival date: 10% of total rate
  • Cancellation received from 15 days to 29 days prior arrival date: 30% of total rate
  • Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total rate
  • Cancellation received less than 7 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate.

3/ CHILDREN POLICY

The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults For infant

04 – 11 years old without bed: 50% adult rate

04 – 11 years old with extra bed: 75% adult rate

04 – 11 years old in twin share: 90% adult rate

4/ PASSPORT

For all travel to and from the countries in which we operate, a valid passport is required at all times.

Conditions for specific validity of passports and regulations for other valid travel documentation can be

obtained from each respective embassy and/or consulate in the client’s native country. For most countries,

passports need to be valid for at least six months from the date of entry at a border post/airport/seaport

and with at least 2 blank pages.

5/ VISA

In addition to passport requirements, visas for certain countries are required. These can either be obtained

in the country of residence prior to departure or on arrival at immigration or a visa processing desk. Full

details about the specific visa conditions and requirements to obtain visas for each specific country can be

obtained from your consultant or from your embassy and/or consulate in the client’s native country.

6/ TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance from your country before and during your travel.

Neither Indochina Today Travel nor our agents/suppliers or business partners shall/and can be held

responsible for any loss, or damaged or stolen personal belongings.

7/ HEALTH & SAFETY

We value health and safety as its top priority in the selection of product and provision of its services. All

clients are encouraged by our guides to follow the safety regulations for any service provided. We check

hotels, restaurants and other suppliers to ensure they meet our health and safety standards before

recommending them to any of our clients.

Neither Vietnam Travel nor any of our representatives will be responsible for any illness, injury or death

sustained on your trip except where such illness, injury or death is caused by negligence or that of our

representatives, nor will we be liable for any uninsured loss of personal property.

8/ ACCOMMODATION

There are limited hotels/resorts, with standard triple rooms in their inventory. These are commonly

double/twin rooms with an extra (rollaway) bed, limiting space within the room. Please inform all

concerned accordingly to correctly manage expectations. Extra bed rates / triple sharing room rates are

available in the confidential tariff.

Single room supplements are indicated in the confidential tariff. It is common that the provided rooms are

twin/double rooms for single use only.

Preferences such as smoking/non-smoking, interconnecting rooms, king-size beds, and location of the

room cannot be guaranteed or confirmed in advance and are subject to hotel policy and availability at time

of check-in.

9/ COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

A dedicated Customer Care team is assigned to handle any customer service issues whilst on the ground.

We consider complaints as valuable feedback to improve service delivery levels. We request that service

delivery failures or customer concerns, be reported during the guest’s stay to one of our representatives

(travel consultants, Managing Director). It is the aim of the company to solve any irregularity immediately.

In the event that you do not notify us in writing within 14 days of completion of the tour, our ability to

investigate negative feedback may be prejudiced.

10/ LIABILITY

We act as an intermediary between all airlines, hotels, local tourist offices and other service providers.

Therefore, we reserve the right to modify tours and itineraries with or without notice. Our tours are

organized in conjunction with the respective airline(s) scheduled flights, therefore, itineraries and

11/ FORCE MAJEURE

During the term of this agreement, neither party shall be in default of its obligations to the extent that its

performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to,

acts of God, natural disasters, bankruptcy of a vendor, strikes and other labor disturbances, acts of war, or

civil disturbances, or other equivalent or comparable events.
