Itinéraire

Le camp de base de l'Everest est le rêve de la plupart des voyageurs et des amateurs d'aventure. Mais rares sont ceux qui réalisent leur rêve de se rapprocher du mont Everest en passant par le camp de base de l'Everest. Il faut près d'un demi-mois pour atteindre le camp de base de l'Everest, et la plupart des gens n'ont pas le temps de réaliser le voyage de leur rêve. Le trek panoramique de l'Everest est l'option parfaite pour les personnes qui disposent de peu de temps mais qui veulent explorer l'Himalaya. Ce trek du panorama de l'Everest est également moins difficile que les autres treks du camp de base de l'Everest. Le point le plus élevé que vous atteindrez au cours de ce trek est Tengboche, situé à une altitude de 3860 mètres.

Programme du circuit

Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à Katmandou (1400 m). Nuit à l'hôtel.

Today is your arrival day in kathmandu. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation Treks will be there at airport to pick you up. You'll be dropped at your hotel in our private vehicle & have a short briefying session about your trek after you reach hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Jour 2 : Réunion de préparation au voyage et visite guidée de la vallée de Katmandou. Nuit à l'hôtel.

On this day, you'll leave for Kathmandu valley sightseeing after having breakfast  in our private vehicle with your guide. Places you'll be visiting today are Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath stupa which is also popularly known as Monkey temple, Bouddhanath stupa which is one of the largest stupa in Asia & Pashupatinath Temple which is considered as one of the holiest place for all the hindus around the World. You'll also visit two nearby cities Bhaktapur & lalitpur today. All the places you'll be visiting today are enlisted in World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After having all day tour around the city, you'll head back to your hotel & prepare for your trek. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 3

Jour 3 : Vol vers Lukla (2 804 m) et trek vers Phakding (2 610 m) - 3 heures. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

Today we'll have an early morning scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu of around 45 minutes. After our landing, we'll explore the village Lukla & begin our trek to Phakding. Lukla is a gateway destination from where our ultimate trek begins. We follow the trail along the side of Dudhkoshi River. After one hour’s gradual descent, we will be at a Cheplung village from where we have a glimpse of Mt. Khumbila. We'll trek for few more hours until we reach Phakding. Overnight stay at hotel in Phakding.

Day 4

Jour 4 : Trek jusqu'à Namche Bazaar (3 441 m) - 5,5 heures. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

On this day, we will hike to Namche Bazaar leaving Phakding which will take approximately take 5 hours. We will first move across the river and then pass all the way through the blue pine and rhododendron wooded area. Our trail then climbs steadily, crossing the high Tenzing- Hilary suspension bridge giving us the magnificient view of several mountains. Throughout the trek to Namche bazaar, you will be able to get the view of different mountains giant peaks. After we reach to Namche bazaar we will be able to enjoy tea houses, Bar & resturants. Overnight stay at Guesthouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Journée d'acclimatation à Namche Bazaar. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

This is the scheduled rest or acclimatization day on our trek. As it is recommended by experts to take rest from time to time after trekking for few days. We will also explore other various area of Namche bazaar today so that we can adjust to the high altitude. We can enjoy other various activites in namche bazaar as there are ATMs, cyber cafés, delicious restaurant food and bakeries, also a colourful market each Friday evening and Saturday morning available at Namche bazaar. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Namche bazaar. 

Day 6

Jour 6 : Trekking jusqu'à Khumjung et exploration du village de Khumjung

Today we'll continue our journey as we move toward Khumjung Village. Before Khumjung we'll come across another village called  Thame which takes us away from the main Everest route and hugs to hillside and follows the trail to Thame and its famous monastery which sits on the hillside above the town and is well worth a visit. The village of Khumjung is situated near the peak of Khumbila, from which this region derives its name. After trekking for few more hours from Thame, we finally reach our destination Khumjung village. We'll spend rest of the day by exploring the beautiful Village.Overnight stay at guesthouse in Khumjung Village.

Day 7

Jour 7 : Trek jusqu'à Tengboche (3 860 m) - 5 heures. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

Our trek continues as we say goodbye to Khumjung village & ascend toward Tengboche. On our way, we get to see the first view of Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, Kangtega, and Thamserku. Tengboche is a small beautiful village famous for its buddhist monastery which is the biggest monastery in the Everest region. Tengboche is surely one of the most beautiful place from where we can get the panoramic view of Himalayas. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Tengboche.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Trek de retour à Namche Bazaar (3 441 m) - 4 heures. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

We'll trek back to Namche Bazaar today following the same trial, leaving the mountain behind us. Our trail takes us through a hillside filled with rhododendron trees. As we descend, we reach to Namche bazaar & enjoy other various activites there for rest of our day. Overnight stay at hotel in Namche bazaar. 

Day 9

Jour 9 : Trekking jusqu'à Lukla (2 804 m) - 6 heures. Nuit dans une maison d'hôtes.

This is our last day of trekking as we return to Lukla from where our trek began. Once we reach lukla, the afternoon is free so you can wander around, relax and enjoy a hot shower. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Lukla.

Day 10

Jour 10 : Le matin, vol de retour vers Katmandou. Dîner avec spectacle culturel. Nuit à l'hôtel.

Early in themorning we'll have a flight back to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you'll have a free day. You can go for shopping, explore the city or take rest as you wish. In the Evening you'll have a diner with cultural show organized by Himalayan Recrestion Treks. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Kathmandu.

Day 11

Jour 11 : Transfert à l'aéroport international pour votre dernier vol de départ.

Your trip concludes today. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation treks will be there to drop you off at Airport for your departure.

At Himalayan Recreation Treks, a government-registered and reputable adventure company in Nepal, we prioritize safety, customer satisfaction, and responsible travel. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By booking a trip via TourRadar, you agree to these terms.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip


Accepted Payment Methods:


Credit Card (4% processing fee applies)


Wire Transfer (any bank charges are the responsibility of the clients)


All Sales Are Final

All bookings made through TourRadar are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, personal reasons, or travel restrictions. Please ensure you understand your commitment before booking.


Postponement & Date Changes

Trip postponement is allowed only under the following conditions:

Written request must be submitted.

Postponement due to unavoidable events (e.g., natural disasters) may be accepted without penalty, subject to availability and discretion.

For any other cases, postponement is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It must cover:

Medical emergencies

Evacuation

Trip interruption or cancellation

Theft or loss of personal belongings

We are not responsible for any costs resulting from insufficient insurance coverage.


Risk & Liability

Our tours operate under the rules of the local tourism authorities in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. We are not liable for trip cancellations or modifications due to:


Natural disasters


Political unrest


Government regulations


Delayed or canceled flights


Accidents, illness, or personal emergencies


Vehicle breakdowns or any other unforeseen circumstances


Any additional expenses caused by such events must be borne by the client.


Incomplete Tour


No refunds or reimbursements will be made for any incomplete portion of the trip due to personal or external circumstances.


Flight Delays and Cancellations


Delays or cancellations of domestic flights, especially to/from remote regions (e.g., Everest, Lukla, Jomsom), are common due to weather conditions. Please plan for extra days and carry additional funds for accommodations and meals if needed. We are not responsible for any additional expenses caused by such delays.


8. Behavior and Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour without refund if your behavior is deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or disruptive to others.


10. Website and Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from changes or updates to our website or its contents.


Terms and Conditions for Bookings made before Wednesday 16th April 2025

Booking Confirmation, Payment, Cancellation and Another information is must before affirmation of booking any trips. Terms and Conditions comprise a legally required contract between Himalayan Recreation Treks and you for the services to be provided by us and bond the basis of your legal relationship with Himalayan Recreation Treks.

Cancellation:
A notice of cancellation shall be submitted by client in written by mail with authentic reason(s), and then refund procedure will be made as follows:
-If cancellation made before 30 days of the trip departure date, 15% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Nepal Rastra Bank to make a draft.
-If cancellation made before 15 days of the trip departure date, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
-If Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 40% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation.
-If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu no refund shall be provided.
-Cancellation before 60 days of the trip, 15% cancellation will be charged.

– Cancellation Before 30 days of the trip 25% cancellation will be charged.
– Cancellation Before 15 days of the trip 50% cancellation will be charged.
– Cancellation Before less than 15 days no refund will be provided.
-The cost of Climbing Permit/s already purchased is/are not refundable.

Cancellation rules for Air ticket purchase
-If cancellation made before 30 days of the ticket departure date, 15% of the total face value will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Nepal Rastra Bank to make a draft.
-If cancellation made before 15 days of the ticket departure date, 25% of the total face value will be charged as a cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
-If Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 50% of the total face value cost will be charged as a cancellation.
-If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu no refund shall be provided. Due payment should be made or claimed by legal process.
-No refund will be made of the deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
-No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Responsibility
Himalayan Recreation Treks focus mostly and firstly for the fulfilment of your every desire. We perform our duties truthfully and seriously to make your experience one of the best moment. However, this Company will not take any liability regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, political unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.

Himalayan Recreation Treks while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an means on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation or delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.

Assumption of risk
The traveller / trekker understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur including the pressure of travelling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities. The traveler agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler / trekker during the course of the trip, however caused.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with us that trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude mountaineering.

Promotion
Himalayan Recreation Treks use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.

Privacy
In order to collect information from you to making a booking through our Company, we inquire many questions to get the necessary permits.

Complaints
If you have any subject of a complaint about the tour, you must notify to the tour leader or guide at the earliest and provide an opportunity to correct them.

Group Tour favour:

We prefer a private tour for your better service but if you wish to have in group then need to adjust with any ages of people, Our maximum number of group size is 8 pax, If the group members have canceled or postponed the tour or break an itinerary during the trip, Your tour will run as itinerary even you are only one. 

Addition Charge
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to a client who does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with others Also an additional charge except agreement of booking, the clients most pay in an extra charge.
