L'Everest Panorama Trek est l'un des plus beaux trekkings de la région de l'Everest. En prenant un vol de Katmandou à Lukla, le trek commence par une randonnée jusqu'à Phakding (2 652 m), tout en profitant des paysages verdoyants qui l'entourent. En marchant sur des ponts et en traversant des rivières joviales, le sentier de trekking mène à Namche Bazaar, un village sherpa populaire dans la région du Khumbu au Népal. Programme du circuit

Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à l'aéroport international de Tribhuwan, Katmandou

An airport representative from Escape Himalaya will welcome you as soon as you arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. The representative will also help you transfer to your hotel and give brief descriptions about the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2

Jour 2 : Vol pour Lukla et trekking pour Phakding (2652m/8699ft), Durée : 3 heures

We will fly to Lukla from Kathmandu on this day, witnessing awesome sceneries from the flight. From Lukla, our trekking begins. We will pass through Chaurikharka village and stroll down towards the Dudh Koshi Ghat situated at the height of 2,530m. We will walk beside the Dudh Koshi River to reach Phakding (2,652m). Overall, we will trek for approximately 3 hours on this day. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 3

Jour 3 : Trek vers Namche Bazaar (3440m/11283ft), Durée : 6 heures

This is the day when we will trek to Namche Bazaar lying at the height of 3440m. Namche Bazaar actually is a popular Sherpa village and an administrative hub of the Khumbu region. On this day, we will walk passing marvelous wooded areas of rhododendron and fir trees. If you are walking during spring time, the fully blossomed Rhododendron flowers will also captivate you. On the way, we will walk passing Jorsale (2,805m) and also reach the beautiful set where the amalgamation of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi occurs and it is sure to captivate you. Climbing for some time we will reach Namche Bazaar. It takes approximately 6 hours to reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 4

Jour 4 : Namche Bazar - Everest View Hotel - Retour

Today, we will take rest at Namche Bazaar before ascending further to the higher elevated area. We will also experience easy hike to get to Khunde and Khumjung village. Khumjung actually is the largest village in the Khumbu region. Moreover, reaching Everest View Hotel is another task of this day. The tremendous views of lovely snowy peaks like Ama Dablam, Khumbila, Kwangde, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse and the nearest views of Mt Everest are quite alluring. After experiencing this awe-inspiring moment, we will then walk back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 5

Jour 5 : Trek vers Tengboche (3860m/12660ft), Durée : 5 heures

After getting properly accustomed with the lofty settings, we will, on this day, move ahead from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche- set at the height of 3860m. Getting to Tengboche is the most amazing part of the entire trek. We will have a short climb to get to the edge and with an easy stroll, we will reach Kyanjua. As we reach Tengboche, the stunning vistas of Mt. Lhotse, Thamserku, Kondge, Mt. Nuptse, and Mt. Ama Dablam along with the highest peak on Earth-Mount Everest, will fascinate us. We will also visit the Tengboche monastery. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 6

Jour 6 : Trek vers Namche (3440m/11283ft) via le village de Khumjung (3700m/12136ft), Durée : 6 heures

We will make our way to Namche, passing Khumjung village, on this day. Khumjung, in fact, is an arresting village where the splendid landscape, especially the view of Mount Khumbila is extremely appealing. Here, we can also visit the Hilary School and the Khumjung Monastery before returning to Namche. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 7

Jour 7 : Trekking jusqu'à Lukla (2800m/9184ft), Durée : 7 heures

We will, on this day, trek to Lukla from Namche Bazaar which takes around 7 hours. On the way, we will need to traverse along the Dudh Koshi River via a suspension bridge. The thick woods of pine and rhododendron trees adorn the trail. We will, as a final point, reach Lukla. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 8

Jour 8 : Vol de retour vers Katmandou

On this day, we will again experience the scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Then, the airport representative will transfer you to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel, breakfast included.

Day 9

Jour 9 : Journée de détente

You will spend this day relaxing in Kathmandu. You can either go for shopping or walk around Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 10

Jour 10 : Adieu

Escape Himalaya’s airport representative will transfer you to the Tribhuwan International Airport. And, you will depart.

General Booking Conditions

For Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan Tours: Provide us a photocopy of your passport and 20% of trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is nonrefundable.

Risk and Liabilities

All the Nepal, China and Bhutan Tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective countries. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like the change in rules and regulations of Country, Government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability and cancellation of flights, delays, sickness or accident and breakdown of vehicles. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, Travel Insurance is mandatory.

Last Minute Booking

We accept last minute bookings. You can book a trip to Nepal 7 days prior to the trip departure dates. Last minute booking may not be acceptable in the cases of Bhutan or Tibet Trips.

Postponing the Trip

A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.

In case of postponing of Nepal Tour, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.

In case of postponing of Tibet and Bhutan Tour, a trip cancellation charge will be charged as per the trending market rate of those countries. It solely depends upon the ongoing policy of our agents in Tibet and Bhutan. For now, 20% of trip costs and 50% of trip costs will be charged in case of postponing of Bhutan and Tibet Trip respectively.

Trip Cancellation (Nepal)

In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons, you need to write it to us 14 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as canceled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. If the reason for your cancellation is genuine like injury or serious illness, you can postpone your trip or transfer your booking to another person who meets all the requirements for the trip. However, a fee of USD 150 per person will be charged if you postpone or transfer your trip within 15 days prior to your trip date. As per our policy, the deposit amount is non-refundable, therefore, you can utilize the amount to book a trip with Escape Himalaya next time.

Trip Cancellation (Bhutan)

A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Bhutan Tour, 20% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.

Trip Cancellation (Tibet)

A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Tibet tour, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge (even in case of postponing or transfer of a trip to another person). The remaining amount will remain secured with Escape Himalaya as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with Escape Himalaya next time. The amount is non-refundable.

Incomplete Tour

We are not liable for any refunds in cases of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. Thus, even if your trip isn’t the one you chose, your money will not go in vain.

Price Changing

We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our action will be reasonably pertaining to cases of some circumstances such as the drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions, and others, we are not liable to answer to anyone for our action.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects and helicopter services in the mountains.

Flight Delay/Cancellation

Flight delays and cancellation tend to happen quite often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Escape Himalaya will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.

Your Personal Belongings

We are not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.

During the Tour

In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Escape Himalaya is not liable for any kind of refunds.

Our Terms and Conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be liable to their Terms and Conditions.
