Trek du Mardi Himal

After breakfast, begin the trip with another short drive to Kande, starting point of this trek. From there you will get to witness some of the views of the Himalayas. Then, the trail leads you to Pothana and then continues further to reach Deurali. On the way also you'll get a glimpse of Annapurna ranges. Finally, you will reach Deurali after crossing the suspension bridges. Overnight in Deurali.

Today's trail is chiefly inside the lush green forests of rhododendron, oak, maple and hemlock. After passing the colorful forests you will reach forests camp then the trail is steep at the beginning and changes to a gradual climb after a while. You will be a little closer to the views of the Himalayas mainly the Machhapuchre from there is so close and amazing. Overnight in Low camp.

This is a panoramic day with a pleasant hike to the high camp. You have to climb at the higher elevation (3590m) where the route also opens up and is cavernous as there are no forests. Continue the trail through the high region with intermittent rhododendron trees and juniper trees. Spot the wildlife along the way. As you reached the top, see the astounding views of the Annapurna ranges and Machhapuchre. Overnight in High Camp.

The main day of the trek starts early in the morning hiking through a narrow trail up the hills bringing you close to the viewpoint and slowly day breaking to bare the beautiful views of snow-capped Mountains. On reaching the upper viewpoint you will get to observe the beautiful view of sunrise as well the closet Annapurna ranges including Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m), Huinchuli (6441m), Baraha Shikhar (7647m), Macchapuchre (6997m) and also the Mardi Himal (5553m). You will be standing right in front of snow-capped peaks. After having a great experience in the Himalayas you will trek back to High Camp and then to Badal Danda. On the way also you will get clear views. Overnight in Badal Danda.

The final trekking day of yours starts descending following the same trail and enjoying the dazzling views of mountains, charming local settlements, colorful forests, glittering rivers and majestic waterfalls. Reach the beautiful sidhing village where the ethnic group of Gurung and Tamang people inmate. On this day, you will learn more and more about their cultures and lifestyles along with experiencing the hospitality they provide. Overnight in Sidhing.

Early morning, drive back to Pokhara and then another long drive to Kathmandu. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes, mountain scenery and green hills along the way on this day. Take a rest after a long drive. In the evening our team members organized a farewell dinner completing a trip to Nepal successfully. This trip comes to an end today. Overnight in Kathmandu.
