Programme du circuit

Day 1

Jour 1 : Arrivée à Katmandou par une compagnie aérienne internationale et transfert à l'hôtel.

A votre arrivée, vous êtes accueillis par notre personnel et notre guide et vous êtes transférés à vos hôtels respectifs dans le centre de Katmandou. Après avoir pris possession de vos belles chambres, rafraîchissez-vous. Puis rejoignez les autres membres du Langtang Valley Trek.


Notre guide / chef de file vous donnera des informations sur les hôtels, y compris les détails du trekking concernant les lodges locaux, les promenades, la vue, l'histoire et la culture. En même temps, il vous expliquera quelques choses importantes à faire et à ne pas faire pendant que vous êtes avec nous et que vous passez des moments agréables.


La soirée comprend un bon dîner (avec des plats traditionnels du Népal) dans un agréable restaurant népalais avec des programmes culturels locaux. N'oubliez pas que le lendemain matin, vous ferez une visite guidée de Katmandou.

Day 2

Jour 2 : A Katmandou, visite facultative de la ville et préparation du trek.

Le matin, visite facultative des sites classés au patrimoine mondial de Katmandou pendant quelques heures, puis retour à l'hôtel. L'après-midi, vous êtes libre de faire des activités individuelles et de vous préparer pour le prochain trajet matinal en voiture dans le nord de Katmandou.

Day 3

Jour 3 : Route vers le village de Syabrubesi 1 460 m - 06 h.

Départ matinal pour un trajet pittoresque et intéressant au nord de la vallée de Katmandou. Sur une route sinueuse, vous passerez devant de nombreux villages et villes agricoles dans les régions chaudes des districts de Trisuli et de Nuwakot.


La route continue à monter dans une région plus fraîche pour arriver à Dhunche, ville principale du district de Rasuwa dans le Langtang Himal. C'est également le point de départ du parc national de Langtang. De là, vous descendrez jusqu'à Syabrubesi, village de la tribu Tamang, où vous passerez la nuit.

Day 4

Jour 4 : Trek jusqu'à l'hôtel Lama 2, 280 m - 06 heures.

Notre première journée de randonnée commence après un petit déjeuner copieux, par la traversée d'un petit pont et la montée d'une colline au milieu de villages de fermiers. La marche se poursuit à l'ombre fraîche des rhododendrons, des magnolias et des pins. Vous atteindrez finalement l'hôtel Lama où vous passerez la nuit dans ce petit village.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Trek jusqu'au village de Langtang 3 290 m - 06 h.

La randonnée d'aujourd'hui mène à une ascension au sein d'une forêt profonde. Ainsi, des animaux sauvages rares et en voie de disparition sont souvent observés lors des randonnées. Des animaux tels que le panda roux et d'autres antilopes de montagne, ainsi que différentes espèces d'oiseaux, sont visibles.


La marche se poursuit pour atteindre le joli site de Ghoretabla, avec du temps pour une éventuelle pause déjeuner. Ce lieu est situé au milieu d'une belle forêt alpine. De là, quelques heures de marche nous amènent à notre destination pour la nuit, le village de Langtang, un endroit agréable au milieu d'une gorge et d'une rangée d'arbres.


Ce village et la région de Rasuwa ont été gravement endommagés par les avalanches provoquées par le grand tremblement de terre de 2015 au Népal. Le tremblement de terre dévastateur qui a secoué le centre-est et le centre-ouest du Népal le 25 avril et le 15 mai 2015. Aujourd'hui, le village revient lentement à la vie normale.

Day 6

Jour 6 : Trek jusqu'à Kyanjin dans la vallée du Langtang 3 785 m - 04 heures.

Le matin, depuis le village de Langtang, une courte montée raide mène à de bons sentiers qui pénètrent dans une large vallée, entourée des pics géants de Langtang, avant d'arriver à Kyanjin pour le déjeuner et la nuit.


Après quelques heures de marche, vous atteindrez le point culminant du voyage, Kyanjin, situé dans la magnifique vallée du Langtang. Vous pourrez admirer de près le glacier Langtang Lirung et la chaîne de sommets qui entoure ce lieu magnifique.

Day 7

Jour 7 : Repos à Kyanjin pour une excursion et une courte randonnée.

Une journée de repos est prévue à Kyanjin pendant le trek vers la vallée de Langtang. Ce jour-là, faites une courte randonnée jusqu'au sommet du Tsego-Ri ou Kyanjin Ri, qui offre un panorama magnifique sur le Ganesh Himal (7 405 m) et le Langtang Lirung (7 234 m). Ce dernier offre un panorama magnifique sur le Ganesh Himal (7 405 m), le Langtang Lirung (7 234 m), le Ghengu Liru (Langtang II 6 571 m), le Kimshun (6 745 m) et le Shalbachum (6 918 m) en direction du sud de Chimsedang. Vous découvrirez également les pics Naya-Kanga (5 846 m) et Gangchempo, le magnifique pic cannelé de Tilman, le Jugal Himal et l'horizon oriental de Dorje Lakpa (6 980 m).


Le reste de l'après-midi sera consacré aux loisirs. Admirez les vues sur les environs dans le confort d'un lodge et l'hospitalité chaleureuse des Tamang locaux. Ce sont les villageois de Kyanjin et des environs du Langtang.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Trek jusqu'à l'hôtel Lama - 06 heures.

Avec de beaux moments dans la vallée du Langtang à Kyanjin, les marches du matin reviennent sur le même sentier. Vous aurez ainsi le temps d'admirer les vues que vous auriez pu manquer en montant à Kyanjin.


La marche reprend ensuite dans les villages agricoles du Langtang et passe par Ghoretabla au sein d'une forêt dense de rhododendrons et de bambous. L'objectif principal est d'atteindre l'hôtel Lama pour y passer la nuit, au milieu d'un magnifique environnement verdoyant, situé dans une gorge de la rivière Trisuli supérieure ou Langtang Khola.

Day 9

Jour 9 : Village de Syabrubesi - 05 heures.

Le dernier jour du voyage, vous descendez dans la forêt et traversez des villages agricoles dispersés. Sur un chemin sinueux, vous descendez brièvement jusqu'à un pont qui enjambe la rivière Bhote-Kosi ou la rivière Upper Trisuli. Sur des sentiers agréables, vous atteignez le village de Syabrubesi pour la dernière nuit dans la région de Langtang Himal.

Day 10

Jour 10 : Retour à Katmandou et transfert à l'hôtel - 06 heures de trajet.

En fonction de la taille du groupe, voyagez en autocar ou en voiture privée pour rejoindre Katmandou. Le matin, après le petit-déjeuner à Syabrubesi, vous emprunterez une route très fréquentée et passionnante qui vous mènera jusqu'à Katmandou, en passant par des villages et des villes agricoles.


Vous aurez du temps dans l'après-midi pour vous détendre, faire des activités personnelles ou du shopping.

Day 11

Jour 11 : Départ de Katmandou pour un départ international en direction du pays d'origine.

Enfin, toutes les bonnes choses doivent prendre fin avec des souvenirs grandioses et une expérience passionnante lors du trekking dans la vallée du Langtang. Le dernier jour au Népal, notre personnel et notre guide vous transfèrent à l'aéroport international de Katmandou pour votre vol de retour ou vers vos pays respectifs.

Eco Holiday Nepal a travel and adventure companies based in Kathmandu / Nepal which is fully registered and approved from the Government of Nepal as well with concern Tourism Department, and life time member of TAAN (Nepal Trekking Agents Association of Nepal), NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association), NTB (Nepal Tourism Board) PAC (Porters Act) as well with other non governments committed with Eco-Tourism and Responsible Tourism.

Booking with us:

After going through our norms and conditions you ask for information and queries if in doubt, all trip booking for Nepal destinations should be made by two months earlier minimum of two weeks times, so that we arrange necessary details well in advance to avoid disappointment like hotel-domestic airlines booking and as well chartering bus-coach or booking tourist bus tickets ahead before your arrival.

25% down payment which you can transfer to Bank Account in Kathmandu / Nepal rest of the trip cost to be made on arrival in Kathmandu before trek / tour departures, where applicable foreign currencies accepted like US $ – UK Pounds, and Euro or Chinese / Indian.

For Tibet and Bhutan at least minimum of one month booking ahead to arrange all logistic and entry permits for neighboring countries with 50% in advance.


Booking in Last Hour:

We accept your last hour booking in the eve of trip departure with 100% payment (07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, excluding trips Tibet, Bhutan and India not accepted as this requires at least 3 weeks in advance prior to trip departure for Nepal neighboring countries.

Trips Cancellation Policy:

On booking, some might be compelled to cancel the trip with various reasons from personal / domestic, medical, health, job or with some other situations, in this case where cancellation fees will be applied of 25% as cancellation charge, where you will be notified us or to our overseas agents with minimum of month in advance before trip departure.

60 % cancellation fee applied on 2 weeks to a month notice.

No refund on last minute or no show situation.

If clients has to return or break from the tour, trekking / or any other trips earlier than proposed itinerary days due to medical / physical or personal reasons clients has to borne his / her own expenses on route of trekking and at hotel in Kathmandu or in any other last main cities before you departure for home.

There are no refunds, if the company has to reroute to other areas due to unavoidable circumstances and from bad weather.

If such conditions arise company holds the right and providing you a hassle free adventure holidays with enjoyable time.

Clients’ Responsibility:

A tour / trekking guide representing our company holds all authority during treks and tours. If one behave badly or commit any unlawful act, where you will be compelled to leave the tour / treks. No refund will be made in such condition.

NEPAL VISA & PASSPORT CONDITION:

All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.  The costs of Nepalese visas are sole / own responsibility of clients.

CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES FOR BHUTAN:

01: Required minimum of 30 days for cancellation notice prior to trip departure and it must be in written form, such notice will be implied from the day the note is received. Cancellation shall be valid after the company approval on receiving the documentation. The Trip shall then be termed as cancelled and then 50% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid as cancellation charge.

02: There will be no refunds if a passenger cancels the trip or leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily, involuntarily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

03: On the eve of trip departure if you are prevented in joining the chosen tour, unfortunately there is no refund regarding this, transfer or postponing options are available as the Bhutanese Government has strict Tourism act and policies.

BHUTAN VISAS & PASSPORT CONDITIONS:

All clients requested to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. For Bhutan visas you need to send your passport details to Destination Holidays for visa applications at least 45 days prior to the fix departure date.

TIBET CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES:

01: As per the company rules, there will be no refund to clients with less than 20 days notice given to us, on or before Trip departure and if a clients leaves the trip earlier for due to personal or medical reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily and if committed any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. Then the company is compelled to make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

02: If client require any changes from the chosen original tour, the person who have booked the tour must submit a written document with any changes required. Then we will make every effort after the notification, but the changes cannot be guaranteed.

03: If you are compelled to cancel from travelling on the tour by genuine reason or circumstances, for example (without restriction) due to death, injury or any serious illness of the person, close relative or friends, redundancy or jury service, in this case one may postpone or transfer your booking to another close person, as long or provided they meet all the requirements relating to that trip. You are requested to provide proof of why you were unable to travel at the time and need to change your booking.

NEPAL / TIBET VISAS & PASSPORT CONDITION:

All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.  The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients.

As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Destination Holidays for visa applications to this country, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.

HEALTH & FITNESS:

All Treks and Tours requires where one should be in sound health and good level of fitness before signing trip with us, client requires should with your Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.

It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Eco Holidays Nepal of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.

CHILDREN:

An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have any queries regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.

PUBLICITY:

Request to allow Eco Holidays Nepal to use pictures, snaps or images of you taken during the trip without being informed and as well without compensation, for company promotion and advertising purpose only through whatever medium takes place.

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY AND PRICING:

Travelling with us requires a degree of flexibility, positive attitude good humor and understanding where mode of transport, accommodation and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement, road block due to riots and political crises.

WEATHER:

Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival etc. Eco Holidays Nepal is unable to refund any payment under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always endeavor to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of same category.

Eco Holidays Nepal does not accept any responsibility for loss on employment, delays or compensation resulting from situations beyond our control.

Our holidays, tour / trek packages, are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.

We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc.

PRIVACY:

In order to gather information from you to make a booking through Eco Holidays Nepal  Destination, may ask many questions to obtain necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.

RISK & LIABILITIES:

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies.

Eco Holidays Nepal shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

COMPLAINTS:

Should you have a complaint about the trip or tour you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action.

Client also should understand that what you might be accustomed to the western affluent countries, Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries can’t afford such facilities.

Weather is another factor that directly impact on the journey. Hence, patience and positive in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before hand is must in taking part around third world countries.

The best thing is to take as it comes and think positively, then you will enjoy the holiday with us.

Travel Insurance:

You must have complete travel insurance package against medical, travel for natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our respected clients.

Tour Amendment:

To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested.

You are advised to stay in touch with us thus, but occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.

Your personal belongings:

On any account, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by Eco Holiday Nepal  porters, yaks-ponies or vehicles.

That means your personal possessions; luggage might be at your risk at the times, and however our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.

Papers & Documents:

All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, obtain necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departure on the absence of essential papers and documents.

Risk & Responsibility:

Assuring your complete safety and satisfaction which is our main responsibility and concern, we therefore carry out our service sincerely & earnestly ensuring a hassle free holiday.

Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

06: On full board trekking on Lodge basis with twin sharing accommodation includes all meals (breakfast-lunch and dinner)

07: On Camping services includes twin sharing tents (unless booked for single supplement) with separate kitchen unit backed by cook, kitchen staffs, guides and porters (in some area we use pack animals Yaks or Mules).

08: Private comfortable cars, coach or bus (as per the size of the group) on long driving journeys as per the trip selected.

09: Group Orientation program on do’s and don’ts regarding your trip.

10: International Air Tickets Re-Confirmation.

11: Our guide will have basic First Aid and Medical Kits.

04: Personal Trekking / Climbing gear and equipment, down or duvet jackets, sleeping bags. (Sleeping bags and down jackets and climbing equipment can be hired in Kathmandu at reasonable cost if it’s too much to carry from home)

05: Emergency Evacuation if necessary by any means of transportation including Helicopter

Trek / Tour Grades information:

Leisure tours or walking trips:

For any physically fit of all ages with sound health, these trips involves short walking days of few hours and more of tour with scenic drives at places of interest.  The whole trip goes from 4-5 to 8 days on trek or scenic tour.

On rafting for a day or two days.

Moderate Trips:

For any physically fit of all ages that have done normal walk and with sound health. These trips involves few ups and down and the length of treks will be from 4-5 hours of walk every day with plenty of break in between. The whole trip goes from 2-5 to 8 days.

Adventurous Trips:

For physically fit person of all ages with sound health who have done moderate to vigorous walk or activity before or at present. These kind of treks involves long ups and down and the length of treks will be from 6-7 hours of walk every day with break in between. The whole trip goes from 10 to 20 days in the high altitude. On Rafting it involves river expedition for 7 -10 days.
