Arrivée à l'aéroport de Bucarest Otopeni (OTP)
Après avoir pris vos bagages, vous vous rendrez à la gare "Direct Aeroport".
Après avoir pris vos bagages, vous vous rendrez à la station "Direct Aeroport". De là, vous aurez un transfert partagé de 3 heures vers Brasov.
Point de départ

Le matin, visite guidée de la ville, de la plus grande église de Roumanie, l'église noire, ainsi que de la "Strada Sforii" (la rue des cordes) et de la porte de Catherine. Brasov était au Moyen Âge l'une des villes commerciales les plus importantes de Transylvanie. Nous nous rendons ensuite dans les montagnes Fagaras. Excursion au lac glaciaire de Balea (2.033 m). Nous pouvons nous attendre à des vues magnifiques au cours de cette randonnée d'environ 2 à 3 heures. Après une pause pique-nique à la cascade de Balea, nous poursuivons notre voyage vers Rasinari, dans la région de Sibiu.
Au cours d'un dîner copieux et d'un verre de schnaps roumain appelé Tuica, dans la maison d'hôtes Badiu, nous discutons de notre semaine de randonnée. M. Badiu gâte ses invités, notamment sur le plan culinaire, mais aussi par son hospitalité. Nuit dans la maison d'hôtes de M. Badiu.
Randonnée de 10 km, départ : dénivelé de 470 m d'altitude, facile à facile : 470 m d'altitude, facile à moyennement difficile.
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous visitons la station thermale climatique la plus élevée de Roumanie, Paltinis. Après un trajet de 25 km, notre prochaine randonnée commence. Nous commençons à environ 1 400 m d'altitude et atteignons confortablement, sur une agréable route forestière, le pic Oncesti, à 1 713 m d'altitude. À partir de là, nous continuons à travers une forêt dense sur un excellent sentier de randonnée et nous atteignons 1800 m d'altitude. En traversant un champ de foin alpin, nous atteignons le pic Surdu, à 1 970 m d'altitude. Le chemin de retour, relativement facile, nous ramène à notre point de départ, Paltinis. La détente nous attend dans le jardin de M. Badiu.
Randonnée de 16 km, altitude de départ : 1.400 m, point culminant : Pic Surdu 1.970 m alt., dénivelé : 570 m d'altitude, randonnée facile à moyennement difficile.
Cette journée commence par une randonnée facile de Rasinari à travers le village rom de Prislop, jusqu'à la roseraie, à 1 000 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. À partir de là, chacun est libre de décider s'il veut gravir le pic de Magura Cisnadiei, situé à 1 304 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Cependant, le paysage du pic offre une vue magnifique sur la vallée de Sadu et sur les hautes terres de Transylvanie. La descente nous conduit à travers la vallée de Silvercreek jusqu'à Cisnadioara. Ici, nous pouvons trouver une autre église fortifiée du 13ème siècle. Nous retournons ensuite à Rasinari.
Randonnée de 18 km, altitude de départ : 500 m, point culminant : 1.304 m (Magura Peak) ou 1.050 m (Rosegarden), dénivelé : 600 m d'altitude ou 800 m d'altitude, randonnée facile à moyennement difficile.
Aujourd'hui, nous changeons de lieu, mais avant de quitter Marginimea Sibiului, nous ne voulons pas manquer l'ancienne capitale européenne de la culture de l'année 2007, Sibiu. Au cours d'une visite guidée de Sibiu, nous découvrirons le Pont des Mensonges et la Grande Place, et nous entendrons des histoires intéressantes sur l'église paroissiale protestante de Sibiu. Nous nous rendrons ensuite à Bran, où nous visiterons le célèbre château de Dracula. Ensuite, nous partirons en randonnée de Bran jusqu'à notre maison d'hôtes Mosorel dans le village de Magura. Le village est situé à 1 100 m d'altitude et offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes Bucegi et Piatra Craiului. Dîner et nuit à la maison d'hôtes de Magura.
Itinéraire routier de 187 km, environ 2 à 3 heures de route.
Sentier de randonnée de 10 km, hauteur de départ : dénivelé de 570 m d'altitude, facile à facile à facile à facile : 570 m d'altitude, randonnée facile à moyennement difficile.
Après une journée de détente, il est temps de partir en randonnée. Nous commençons par un sentier de randonnée facile dans le village de Magura, en passant par des laiteries, et nous atteignons le pic Petrului (1 452 m d'alt.). Ici, nous pouvons admirer la puissance et la splendeur de la montagne Piatra Craiului. Avec un peu de chance, nous pourrons rencontrer des animaux sauvages, car Piatra Craiului abrite des ours, des lynx et des chèvres de montagne. Après une pause déjeuner bien méritée sur le sommet, nous redescendons vers le ravin de Zarnesti. La dernière partie de notre randonnée nous ramène en montée à notre maison d'hôtes.
Randonnée de 15 km, altitude de départ : 950 m, point culminant : Petrului Peak 1.452 m alt., dénivelé : 500 m d'altitude, randonnée facile.
Nous commençons notre journée de randonnée depuis la maison d'hôtes et descendons vers le ravin de Zarnesti. Nous connaissons le petit sentier depuis la précédente journée de randonnée. Nous continuons à monter jusqu'au chalet Curmatura (1 470 m d'altitude), où nous nous arrêtons pour la pause déjeuner. Des soupes fraîches y sont préparées pour les randonneurs. Selon les envies, nous nous dirigeons vers le Piatra Craiului Mica (1816 m d'altitude) ou nous restons à la même altitude.
Dans la soirée, nous prenons la route pour Brasov. Dîner d'adieu et nuit à Brasov.
Randonnée de 16 km, altitude de départ : 1.100 m à l'auberge Mosorel, descente dans le ravin jusqu'à 850 m d'altitude, montée au chalet Curmatura à 1470 m d'altitude. Au choix de chacun : ascension du chalet au pic "Piatra Craiului Mica" à 1 816 m d'altitude, dénivelé : du ravin au chalet 620 m d'altitude ou du ravin au pic "Piatra Craiului Mica" 966 m d'altitude, sentier de randonnée moyennement difficile à difficile. Du chalet Cabana Curmatura au pic "Piatra Craiului Mica", il y a des endroits où il faut grimper et ne pas avoir le vertige !
En fonction de l'horaire de votre vol, vous serez transféré à l'aéroport de Bucarest Otopeni (OTP) par "Direct Aeroport".

The Travel Agency CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is an inbound TOUR OPERATOR and has its head office in Sibiu, Piata Mare nr. 12, Romania.
The company is registered as SOUTH CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER’12 S.R.L. at the Romaninan Chamber of Comerce under the number J32/1110/2012, and has the VAT number RO22333952. The company has the Tourism Licence no. 4694, issued by the National Tourism Authority. The company has a insolvency insurance of USD 50.000,00. The Insurance Policy number is H24934/22.01.2016 issued by "OMNIASIG S.A."
CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is represented by the General Manager Mr. Alexandru Ujupan with the Tourism Certificate no. 10777 issued by Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
A. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
1. Booking requests shall be made by sending a complete Booking Form (in English, German, French or Polish) with all details of the client
2. All reservations are subject to availability. The Tour Operator is obliged to send a written confirmation or refusal to the Tourist within 48 hours of a previewed booking.
3. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the booking, despite of a written confirmation within 48 hours without giving any reason.
4. If the payment is not received on time as per clause B.1. and C.1. the Tour Operator may cancel the booking.
5. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the travel services, which do not affect the confirmed standard of the trip. The Tour Operator will notify in writing and obtain binding acceptance of these changes from the Tourist before the tour/trip starts.
6. After making the payment of the total amount, the Tour Operator must send within 24 hours the vouchers and all travel documents, that the Toursit needs for the trip.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 14 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Tourists who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Tourist shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.
6. You will support the commission of bank transfer or commission of charging the credit card, the Travel Agency have to receive the amount indicate on the invoice.
7. For charging Your credit card, we will add a 2% fee (bank taxes) to the total amount.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)

2. The Groups who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Promotor / Tour Leader shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice

D. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
30 - 15 days before arrival date - 10% of the total amount penalty
14 - 8 days before arrival date - 50% of the total amount penalty
7 - 3 days before arrival date - 75% of the total amount penalty
less than 2 day before arrival date - 100% penalty of the total amount
If the you will make “No show” we will charge 100% of the total amount
E. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
1. Cancellation until 24 hrs before departure = 0% (are free of charge)
2. Cancellation after 24 hrs before departure = 50% chargable
3. No shows = 50% chargeable
The Tourist can change and reduce the number of the rooms accordingly:
45 - 31 days before arrival date - 40% of the capacity without penalty
30 - 16 days before arrival date - 20% of the capacity without penalty
15 - 9 days before arrival date - 10% of the capacity without penalty
less than 8 days before arrival date - 0% of the capacity without penalty
G. HIGHER FORCES
1. In case of partial or complete modification of the contract, caused by unpredictable events such as fire, war, natural disasters, or any other unpredicted disasters, as well as legal actions taken by the state, which may have an impact on the fulfillment of the contract, the parties are not responsible for this agreement.
2. In case of unforeseen forces, the Tour Operator returns all the funds except for its actual expenses incurred till the moment they has occurred.
3. The part which is unable to fulfill its responsibilities because of unforeseen forces is obliged to inform the other part immediately- not later than 3 days from the moment the unforeseen forces occurred. If the other part does not inform about the unforeseen forces, the agreement shall remain in full forces and effect and it will not release the other part from the liabilities of this agreement.
H. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. Alternations to this agreement have to be made written in order to become valid. No oral supplementary agreement is valid.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Laws.
3. Any dispute or matters, which arise between the Tourist and the Tour Operator, will be dealt by the Sibiu Court of Law.
