Day 2
Bucarest - Sinaia - Brasov
Après le petit-déjeuner, visite intérieure du Palais du Parlement - le deuxième plus grand bâtiment au monde en termes de surface, après le Pentagone aux Etats-Unis. Nous nous dirigeons vers Brasov en passant par Sinaia. La ville préférée de la famille royale (Sinaia) sera notre prochain objectif. C'est ici qu'il est possible d'accéder à la nature sauvage, une station de montagne également connue sous le nom de "Perle des Carpates". Cet endroit impressionne tout le monde par la beauté de ses paysages, tout en gardant un trésor de l'histoire roumaine : Le château de Peles, utilisé comme résidence d'été pour la famille royale, ce monument représente un symbole d'élégance et de noblesse. Hébergement et dîner à Brasov.
Day 3
Brasov - Bran - Sighisoara - Sibiu
Après le petit-déjeuner, visite de Brasov, ville médiévale fondée au XIIe siècle. Visite du centre historique très bien préservé avec la grande place, l'ancien hôtel de ville et l'église noire - le principal monument de style gothique du pays. Nous traverserons les Carpates pour nous rendre à Bran, où nous découvrirons le château de Dracula et la vérité qui se cache derrière la légende. Le château a été construit en 1377 pour protéger la route commerciale entre la Transylvanie et la Valachie, agrandi et restauré à plusieurs reprises pour devenir une résidence royale dans les années 1920 sous le règne de la reine Marie de Roumanie. Nous nous rendons ensuite à Sighisoara (Schässburg), l'une des plus belles villes médiévales de Roumanie, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Tour de ville de Sighisoara avec visite de la Citadelle - un édifice saxon du 12ème siècle situé dans le centre historique de la ville. Toujours occupée, la citadelle est classée au patrimoine mondial de l'humanité. Nous visitons la ville et voyons les principaux objectifs touristiques de la "Rothenburg ob der Taube de Transylvanie" : La Tour de l'Horloge (visite intérieure également), l'Escalier Couvert, la maison natale de Dracula, l'Eglise sur la Colline. Déjeuner au célèbre restaurant "Vlad Dracula", situé dans la maison où est né le célèbre personnage de l'écrivain britannique Bram Stoker. Sur le chemin de Sibiu, nous nous arrêterons à Biertan - l'un des plus importants villages saxons avec des églises fortifiées (XVe-XVIe siècle) en Transylvanie, figurant sur la liste des sites du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO depuis 1993. Dans l'après-midi, nous arrivons dans la plus grande ville médiévale de Roumanie - Sibiu. Hébergement et dîner à Sibiu.
Day 4
Sibiu - Bucarest
We take a city tour in Sibiu/Hermannstadt - the European Cultural Capital 2007 and the European Gastronomical Capital 2019. We will visit, among others the Evangelical Church, the Council Tower, The large and the Small Square, the Liars' Bridge, the Brukenthal Palace. Then departure through the Carpathian Mountains to Bucharest and the Oltului Valley – the most spectacular river valley in Romania.
Day 5
Bucarest - Ruse - Ivanovo - Veliko Tarnovo
Partez pour Ruse - la première ville bulgare d'apparence européenne, également appelée la "petite Vienne". La ville est également le principal port bulgare, situé sur la rive du Danube. Rencontre avec le guide bulgare à Ruse. De là, nous nous rendrons à Veliko Tarnovo en passant par Ivanovo. Visite des églises rupestres d'Ivanovo (XIIe-XIVe siècles) - un objet de l'UNESCO, célèbre pour ses fresques uniques. Dans l'après-midi, nous atteindrons l'ancienne capitale de la Bulgarie - Veliko Tarnovo. Hébergement, dîner et nuit à l'hôtel.
Day 6
Veliko Tarnovo - Gabrovo - Kazanlak - Plovdiv
Après le petit-déjeuner, visite de la ville de Veliko Tarnovo et de la colline historique de Tsarevets avec la forteresse, l'église patriarcale et la tour de l'empereur Baldwin. Départ pour Kazanlak - la capitale de la vallée des Roses et des rois thraces. Traversez le village de Skobelevo pour visiter le complexe ethnographique "Damascène", où vous pourrez voir comment est produite la fameuse huile de rose bulgare (utilisée en parfumerie). Ensuite, vous visiterez le tombeau thrace de Kazanlak, datant du IVe siècle avant J.-C. Il est inscrit au patrimoine naturel et historique mondial de l'UNESCO. Nous nous rendons à Plovdiv - contemporaine de Troie et la ville la plus ancienne d'Europe, qui existe encore aujourd'hui. Elle a été choisie comme capitale européenne de la culture pour 2019. Hébergement à Plovdiv.
Day 7
Plovdiv - Monastère de Rila - Sofia
After breakfast - visit to the old part of the town with the Ethnographical Museum, one of the museum-houses in the old city, the St. Constantine and Elena church, the Antique Theatre (in use today) and the Roman Stadium. Departure to Rila Monastery (X c.)- the biggest Bulgarian spiritual center since the Middle Ages till nowadays, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. It’s located in a picturesque mountain area. The Rila Monastery has rich collection of icons and wall-paintings. Its museum keeps a real treasure: a wooden cross of just 81 cm height, carved with 104 religious scenes and 650 figures. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Day 8
Sofia
Après le petit-déjeuner, visite de Sofia (une ville vieille de 8500 ans !) et des sites historiques les plus intéressants : la cathédrale Alexandre Nevski, le palais royal, l'église Sainte-Sophie, qui a donné son nom à la ville, l'antique théâtre romain datant du III-IVe siècle (époque de l'empereur Constantin le Grand) et le centre historique et culturel de la capitale.
Dans l'après-midi, temps libre.
En option : visite de la périphérie de Sofia avec deux des objets les plus remarquables au pied de la montagne Vitosha. Il s'agit de l'église de Boyana et du musée national d'histoire.
Le musée national d'histoire de Sofia est l'un des plus grands musées d'histoire des Balkans avec 650 000 objets et les plus grandes archives archéologiques et historiques. Les collections du musée constituent son plus grand trésor. Elles s'étendent de la préhistoire à nos jours. Le Musée national d'histoire a été créé en 1973. En 2000, il a déménagé dans la résidence du président bulgare, dans le district de Boyana. L'église de Boyana est une église orthodoxe bulgare médiévale située dans le district de Boyana, près de Sofia. Le monument est inscrit sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. L'église est l'un des monuments les plus complets et les mieux conservés de l'art médiéval d'Europe de l'Est. Les fresques de l'église, peintes en 1259, en font l'une des plus importantes collections de peintures médiévales et marquent le début de la Renaissance européenne. Nuit à l'hôtel.

The Travel Agency CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is an inbound TOUR OPERATOR and has its head office in Sibiu, Piata Mare nr. 12, Romania.
The company is registered as SOUTH CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER’12 S.R.L. at the Romaninan Chamber of Comerce under the number J32/1110/2012, and has the VAT number RO22333952. The company has the Tourism Licence no. 4694, issued by the National Tourism Authority. The company has a insolvency insurance of USD 50.000,00. The Insurance Policy number is H24934/22.01.2016 issued by "OMNIASIG S.A."
CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is represented by the General Manager Mr. Alexandru Ujupan with the Tourism Certificate no. 10777 issued by Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
A. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
1. Booking requests shall be made by sending a complete Booking Form (in English, German, French or Polish) with all details of the client
2. All reservations are subject to availability. The Tour Operator is obliged to send a written confirmation or refusal to the Tourist within 48 hours of a previewed booking.
3. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the booking, despite of a written confirmation within 48 hours without giving any reason.
4. If the payment is not received on time as per clause B.1. and C.1. the Tour Operator may cancel the booking.
5. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the travel services, which do not affect the confirmed standard of the trip. The Tour Operator will notify in writing and obtain binding acceptance of these changes from the Tourist before the tour/trip starts.
6. After making the payment of the total amount, the Tour Operator must send within 24 hours the vouchers and all travel documents, that the Toursit needs for the trip.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 14 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Tourists who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Tourist shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.
6. You will support the commission of bank transfer or commission of charging the credit card, the Travel Agency have to receive the amount indicate on the invoice.
7. For charging Your credit card, we will add a 2% fee (bank taxes) to the total amount.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 30 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Groups who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Promotor / Tour Leader shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.

D. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
30 - 15 days before arrival date - 10% of the total amount penalty
14 - 8 days before arrival date - 50% of the total amount penalty
7 - 3 days before arrival date - 75% of the total amount penalty
less than 2 day before arrival date - 100% penalty of the total amount
If the you will make “No show” we will charge 100% of the total amount
E. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
1. Cancellation until 24 hrs before departure = 0% (are free of charge)
2. Cancellation after 24 hrs before departure = 50% chargable
3. No shows = 50% chargeable
The Tourist can change and reduce the number of the rooms accordingly:
45 - 31 days before arrival date - 40% of the capacity without penalty
30 - 16 days before arrival date - 20% of the capacity without penalty
15 - 9 days before arrival date - 10% of the capacity without penalty
less than 8 days before arrival date - 0% of the capacity without penalty
G. HIGHER FORCES
1. In case of partial or complete modification of the contract, caused by unpredictable events such as fire, war, natural disasters, or any other unpredicted disasters, as well as legal actions taken by the state, which may have an impact on the fulfillment of the contract, the parties are not responsible for this agreement.
2. In case of unforeseen forces, the Tour Operator returns all the funds except for its actual expenses incurred till the moment they has occurred.
3. The part which is unable to fulfill its responsibilities because of unforeseen forces is obliged to inform the other part immediately- not later than 3 days from the moment the unforeseen forces occurred. If the other part does not inform about the unforeseen forces, the agreement shall remain in full forces and effect and it will not release the other part from the liabilities of this agreement.
H. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. Alternations to this agreement have to be made written in order to become valid. No oral supplementary agreement is valid.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Laws.
3. Any dispute or matters, which arise between the Tourist and the Tour Operator, will be dealt by the Sibiu Court of Law.
