Welcome to Explore Adventures Morocco. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking and Payments :

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Explore Adventures Morocco.
• A deposit of 20% of the total trip cost. Full payment must be made 5 days before the trip start date be required to secure your booking, depending on the package chosen. Payment details and deadlines will be provided during the booking process.
• Confirmation: Once the initial deposit is received, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email with all necessary details.
• Payment Methods: List accepted payment methods such as Bank transfers, or Paypal.
• Changes to Reservation: Guests can modify their reservations up to 15 days before the trip date, subject to availability and potential fees.
• Final payment must be completed by the specified due date; otherwise, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Full Refund Period: Guests can cancel and receive a full refund if they cancel 30 days before the trip start date.
• Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 20 and 35 days prior to the trip will receive a 50 refund.
• Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations within 15 of the trip start date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Include provisions for cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters).
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation request.

3. Changes to Itineraries

• Explore Adventures Morocco reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or availability of local services.
• Any significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be provided when possible.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including passports, visas, and necessary permits, are valid and up-to-date.
• Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and health and safety protocols during their trip.

5. Liability

• Explore Adventures Morocco acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation services, and guides) and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or trip cancellations.

6. Personal Data and Privacy

• We collect and store personal information to facilitate your booking and provide the best service. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
