As the day unfolds, you'll have ample free time to explore the cultural richness of Chiang Mai at your own pace. Roam the charming streets, visit local markets, or uncover hidden gems - the choice is yours. Our knowledgeable guide will be happy to offer suggestions and recommendations to ensure your Chiang Mai experience is truly unforgettable.
Day 5
"Découvrez l'enchantement de Chiang Rai et du Triangle d'Or !
Today, get ready to delve into the cultural richness of Chiang rai, Get ready for an adventure-packed day at 07:00! Depart from your Chiang Mai hotel, embarking on a thrilling journey through scenic hills, valleys, and charming villages via Doi Saket. At 08:15, we'll take a rejuvenating break at the picturesque Mae Kachan Hot Spring.
Next, prepare to be amazed at the magnificent White Temple! As we venture into Chiang Rai province.
By 14:30, we'll continue our drive along the mesmerizing Mekong River Bank to the fabled Golden Triangle. This once-mysterious land was linked to the infamous Drug Trade, adding an intriguing historical touch to the journey. At lunchtime, savor local delights at a charming restaurant.
At 15:30, immerse yourself in the magic of a boat trip along the enchanting Mae Khong River*, but keep in mind that the entrance fee for the island is not included and will be paid on the spot.
As the sun sets, at 17:00, we'll head back to Chiang Mai, but not without cherishing the memories created throughout the day.
Arriving back at 21:00, you'll be transferred to your hotel, reminiscing about the incredible experiences and unforgettable moments of this action-packed day!
Day 6
"Expédition à Doi Inthanon : Trekking et soins aux éléphants (B, L) !
Make it beautiful and attractive: Around 07:00-07:30, we will meet with the English-speaking guide and set off for the elephant sanctuary, where we will have the incredible opportunity to bathe and interact with these magnificent creatures (remember to bring your swimsuit, slippers, and comfortable trekking shoes).
After an unforgettable time with the elephants, we'll stop at an authentic local restaurant for a delicious lunch. Next, we will head to the highest peak in Thailand, Doi Inthanon, soaring at 2565 meters above sea level. There, we'll admire the two Pagodas and embark on an exciting 2-hour trek through the lush forest.
Our destination is the breathtaking Pha Dok waterfall, where we'll refresh ourselves with a rejuvenating swim in the crystal-clear water. Along the way, we will pass through picturesque rice and coffee fields, and visit an ethnic village to savor some local coffee.
Finally, with hearts full of joy and satisfaction, we will return to our hotel, carrying indelible memories of this extraordinary adventure in one of the most fascinating places in the world.
Day 7
Départ et visite du temple Doi Duthep, transfert à l'aéroport.
We have come to the end of our extraordinary experience in Northern Thailand. After a delightful breakfast, you will check out in the morning before the visit to Doi Suthep, which will start at 08:00 - 08:30 with a meeting with the guide directly at the hotel. During the visit, you can leave your luggage in the hotel lobby. Upon your return from the visit, you can retrieve your luggage and take advantage of our airport transfer service.
It's important to note that the flight from Chiang Mai should be in the afternoon after 15.45. If your journey continues with us to other destinations, please confirm the timings for the airport transfer or other locations. If you desire additional services, such as extending your stay or visiting other destinations like Phuket, Samui, or elsewhere, including flight bookings, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be delighted to arrange everything for you.

All quoted prices are net to the Agent in Thai Baht and the validity dates of the quotations are as per the

published rates and/or quotations and/or invoices issued to the Agent.
All costs, services and information are correct at the time of publishing or quoting and are subject to changes with or without prior notice due to reasons such but not only tax or currency changes, government charges, increase of transportation costs or any others factors out of control of www.asiatravelestate.travel even during the validity period.
The variations of the price shall be proportional to the variation of the relevant costs and the client shall be provided with details related to the calculation of the variation.
All costs of package tours and other services (unless otherwise stated) cover inclusions and exclusions as per detailed descriptions.
Sales conditions
All quotations have a validity period of 10 days from the time of issue, after that period the quotation will have to be quoted again.
Upon receipt of our confirmation of availability to make the reservation effective, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid (excluding domestic and international flights, insurance, visas, extra documents that must be paid 100% before their issue).
Not receiving in the 24hr communication of the payment of the deposit of 30% and 100% of Flights / Visa/ extra the booking will be automatically canceled and you will have to rebook all again without being able to guarantee the same availability and same rates.
If deposit is requested by any supplier, payment of this deposit must be forwarded to us upon request.
If reservation is made 31days or less prior the arrival, full payment is required.
Full payment must be received by Asia Travel and Estate Co. Ltd.
not later than 30 days prior client’s arrival .
Our quotations are in Thai Baht or other currency of Southeast Asia, in the event that at the time of payment of the deposit and subsequently the balance there are changes in exchange rates above 3%. Asia Travel and Estate reserves the right to request this difference to the customer.
Domestic and International Flights
The costs and availability of International and / or Domestic flights may vary over the course of a few hours and days, the customer assumes the risk of any changes that may occur between our travel quote and your acceptance, therefore at the time of issue request you will be informed if there are any changes and if you intend to proceed with issue or cancel the flight.
Availability
In periods of high seasonality where there is not one or more hotels included in the Asia Travel and Estate program to proceed with the reservation can replace all or part of the hotels with others of the same category or higher.

From 7 days : 100% of the total amount due, plus any fee cancellation requested by supplier
For Group bookings:

Insurance
Our quotations unless requested or specified do not include insurances and we therefore definitely advise and recommend all clients to obtain their own travel, personal and other coverage in order to be able to cope with any unforeseen medical expenses, emergency evacuations, personal injuries, cancellation charges, loss and damage of luggage and all any other unexpected events which might arise during the time of traveling.
Liability
We always do our best to make sure that the arrangements are satisfactory, however the standard of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.
www.asiatravelestate.travel acts as an intermediary between the Agent and the transportation companies, hotels and all other suppliers.
www.asiatravelestate.travel cannot therefore be held responsible and liable for any loss, damage, accident, change of program and schedule or other irregularities deriving from circumstances beyond the control of the Company, within and outside the programmes, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipments or industrial actions.

The receiving of booking confirmation from Asia Travel and Estate Co. Ltd. means that the above conditions and responsibilities have been accepted by the Agent.
Claims
In the unfortunate event that a claim might arise, the complaint has to be submitted in writing within 15 days the end of the services and we will try our best to solve the matter by mutual and friendly understanding.
In the more unlucky case this shouldn’t be the final solution, local arbitration in Thailand will be considered to settle any dispute or litigation.
