Watching Langtang and the people struggle in this valley for centuries with natural disasters, and witnessing the ancient Tibetan Buddhist practices that stand so proudly as an example is truly inspiring. Their dependence on horses, cows, sheep, goats, yaks, and mountains combined to form a unique way of life, which is so enriching to experience in Bhotia culture.
