1) Children policy :
» Below 4 years old: Free of charge (Children eat, seat, sleep with parents, 1 Adult 1 child)
» From 5-9 years old: 50% of charge.
» From 10 years old: 100% of charge
2) Itineraries:
Itineraries can be modify if any unforeseen reasons (weather alert, modifications on governmental law..)
not depending on Eco Travel Go Green or if the company is guessing that safety can be not fully ensured in the tour. The company will still do its best to provide activities and itineraries mentioned.
3) Health Requirements:
Guests are responsible to ensure they have the health requirements needed to serenely travel in Vietnam.
We recommend our guests to visit the website of their embassy to check any vaccinations or treatments needed while traveling to Vietnam.
Guests are also responsible to ensure that their health conditions corresponds to the level of
difficulty of the activities provided. Guests can advise the company or ask for recommendations to the tour operator to clarify any concerns about the activities proposed by Eco Travel go Green
4) Travel documentation:
Guest are responsible to apply for documents needed before entering Vietnam. Our Eco Travel Go Green’s tour operators can assist you in this task if you need.
5) Responsibility:
» Eco Travel Go Green can’t be responsible if guests are not conforming with travel documentation and/or health requirements.
» Eco Travel Go Green can’t be responsible for any alterations of the tour itinerary due to climatic conditions, modifications of governmental regulations or any circumstances eco Travel Go Green are not in control (civil war, strikes …)
» Eco Travel Go Green can’t be responsible for any loss, damage to person, equipment or properties done by guests neither for any customers’ values robbed by a third part due to guests’ negligence
» Some activities requires to climb hills, visit caves, board rafting or cycle. Our tour guides on site will always make sure to prevent any danger and assist our guests as much as possible to avoid any accident. Eco Travel Go Green can’t be responsible of any injuries that may occur due to some personal initiatives after our tour guides’ warnings and cautions.
6) Cancellation policy:
We will regret any cancellation but we understand that some unexpected reasons can come to our guests that will modify their travel plans.
Cancellation refund will be calculated such as:
» More than 7 days before the departure date. Full refund of the money received ( deposit or full payment)
» Between 7 days to 3 days before the departure date. Deposit (30% of the total amount) will not be refund to cover charges for hotels and activities bookings.
» 3 days before departure date. 100% of the tour price will be charged. No-show guests will also be charged 100%.
Note that if guests will join the tour late or leave early, no refund will be done.
