Day 1

Jour 1 : jeudi - Bienvenue en Israël et transfert à l'hôtel

Le début de votre voyage en Terre Sainte.

A votre arrivée, vous rencontrerez notre représentant et serez transféré à votre hôtel à Tel Aviv.

Vous serez conduit à votre hôtel à Tel Aviv. Le trajet devrait durer entre 20 et 30 minutes, en fonction de la circulation.

Profitez de l'après-midi à Tel-Aviv. Profitez de la plage, découvrez la gastronomie, l'ambiance et la vie nocturne !

Day 2

Jour 2 : Vendredi - Tel Aviv / Jaffa / Césarée / Megiddo / Mer de Galilée / Tibériade / Cana

Votre guide touristique viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel. Nous partons pour une courte visite de la ville de Jaffa (Joppa) où nous ferons une courte promenade dans les ruelles pittoresques de la vieille ville fortifiée. Nous passerons devant la maison de Simon le Tanneur et nous nous émerveillerons des vues depuis le sommet de la colline. - Nous nous dirigerons vers le nord en suivant la route côtière - Via Maris- jusqu'aux ruines archéologiques de Césarée, construite par Hérode le Grand en l'honneur d'Auguste César.

De là, nous visiterons Megiddo , où le livre des Révélations mentionne une grande bataille à l'endroit appelé "Armageddon", une ancienne ville habitée sans interruption pendant plus de cinq millénaires (6000-500 av. J.-C.).

Après avoir exploré les ruines anciennes, nous nous dirigeons vers la mer de Galilée, en nous arrêtant à Cana pour visiter l'église des noces où Jésus a accompli son premier miracle, en transformant l'eau en vin.

Arrivée à Tibériade et installation à l'hôtel.

Day 3

Jour 3 : Samedi - Mer de Galilée / Yardenit / Tabgha / Plateau du Golan / Capharnaüm

Commencez la journée par la ville historique de Tibériade, visitez les sites de la rive nord de la mer de Galilée, théâtre de nombreux événements de la vie de Jésus. Longez la mer jusqu'à Capharnaüm , surnommée "sa ville", le centre du ministère de Jésus, où il a passé beaucoup de temps à guérir les malades et à faire des miracles. Continuez jusqu'à Tabgha, le site du miracle du Christ qui a nourri 5 000 personnes, en visitant l' église de la Multiplication, où le sol en mosaïque représente un panier avec des pains et deux poissons, et l'église de la Primauté de Saint Pierre, qui commémore la réintégration de Pierre par Jésus comme chef des apôtres. Continuez jusqu'au mont des Béatitudes, qui surplombe la mer, où Jésus a prêché le "Sermon sur la montagne" et où l'on pense qu'il a choisi ses 12 apôtres.

Montée sur les hauteurs du Golan pour admirer la vue panoramique des sommets du mont Hermon et du plateau accidenté du Golan. Visite de Banias (Caesarea Philippi), l'une des sources du Jourdain, où Jésus a emmené ses disciples, leur révélant son but et son Église avant son dernier voyage à Jérusalem et où Simon a identifié Jésus comme le messie. Route vers la partie méridionale de la mer de Galilée pour visiter le site du baptême de Yardenit.

Retour à Tibériade pour une nouvelle nuit en ville.

Day 4

Jour 4 : Dimanche - Nazareth / Église de l'Annonciation / Beit Alpha / Vallée du Jourdain

Ce matin, nous pouvons commencer notre journée par un tour en bateau sur la mer de Galilée pour découvrir la tranquillité et le paysage qui a peu changé au cours des 2000 dernières années (sous réserve des conditions et des frais). Voyagez à travers la Galilée jusqu'à Nazareth, où Jésus a passé son enfance, et l'église de l'Annonciation, construite sur le site où les archéologues pensent que l'archange Gabriel est apparu à la Vierge Marie. Vous verrez également le puits de Marie et l'église de Joseph. Visitez l'ancienne synagogue de Beit Alpha, située au pied des pentes nord des monts Gilboa, qui possède l'une des mosaïques les plus préservées et les plus belles d'Israël. Traversez la vallée du Jourdain, passez par Jéricho, avant de monter à travers les montagnes de Judée jusqu'à Jérusalem.

Nuit à l'hôtel à Jérusalem.

Day 5

Jour 5 : Lundi - Massada et la mer Morte / Qumran - Patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO

Notre journée commencera par le paysage époustouflant de la mer Morte, où nous nous rendrons à Massada. En 2001, ce site, situé dans le désert de Judée sur une falaise isolée, a été inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.

Nous monterons ensuite en téléphérique jusqu'à la forteresse, dernier bastion juif zélote dans la guerre contre les Romains. Nous visiterons les sites de fouilles, la synagogue, le palais du roi Hérode, les bains et bien d'autres sites encore. Ici, nous aurons une vue imprenable sur les anciens camps romains et la mer Morte.

De là, nous visiterons le site de découverte des manuscrits de la mer Morte - les grottes de Qumran.

Enfin, vous découvrirez le spectacle de la mer Morte qui, à environ 1 300 pieds sous le niveau de la mer, est l'un des points les plus profonds à la surface de la terre. Si le temps le permet, enfilez votre maillot de bain pour flotter dans l'eau salée, riche en minéraux.

Retournez dans la ville sainte de Jérusalem pour une nouvelle nuit en ville.

Day 6

Jour 6 : Mardi - Jérusalem / Bethléem / Église de la Nativité / Musées d'Israël

Commencez l'exploration de la ville sainte par le sanctuaire du Livre au musée d'Israël pour voir les célèbres manuscrits de la mer Morte. Découvrez ensuite la majestueuse maquette de l' ancienne cité hérodienne de Jérusalem, qui date de l'époque du second temple. Découvrez Ein Karem, le charmant village situé à la périphérie sud-ouest de la ville sainte. Ce village pittoresque est important pour l'héritage chrétien puisqu'on pense qu'il s'agit du lieu de naissance de Jean le Baptiste.

Ensuite, visitez Yad Vashem, au pied du mont Hertzl, où le mémorial officiel des victimes juives de l'Holocauste a été créé en 1953. De là, visitez le lieu de naissance de Jésus à Bethléem. Visite de l'église de la Nativité et de la place de la Mangeoire.

Retour à votre hôtel pour une nouvelle soirée en ville.

Day 7

Jour 7 : Mercredi - Mur occidental / Via Dolorosa / Église du Saint-Sépulcre

Commencez la journée en entrant dans la vieille ville de Jérusalem. Vous y découvrirez le Mur occidental et le Mont du Temple sur le site du Second Temple. Ensuite, vous emprunterez l'émouvant chemin de croix, la "Via Dolorosa", jusqu'au Calvaire et à l'église du Saint-Sépulcre, où se trouvent encore le site traditionnel de la crucifixion et le tombeau dela résurrection. Juste au sud-ouest, à l'extérieur de la vieille ville, se trouve le mont Sion, qui abrite la salle de la dernière Cène et l'ancien tombeau du roi David. De là, traversez le jardin de Gethsémène, où Jésus a passé la nuit à prier avant d'être trahi par Judas lors de sa dernière nuit.

Enfin, vous monterez sur le mont des Oliviers pour admirer le panorama époustouflant de la ville sainte de Jérusalem

Retournez à votre hôtel pour votre dernière nuit à Jérusalem.

Day 8

Jour 8 : Jeudi - Jérusalem | Pont Sheikh Hussein | Jerash | Amman

Départ de Jérusalem et de Tel Aviv vers le poste frontière de Sheikh Hussein pour entrer en Jordanie.

Voyage vers la ville de la Décapole à Jerash, au nord d'Amman, sur les hauteurs du Gilad. Nous explorerons l'ancienne ville romaine avec ses rues à colonnades (longues colonnes de piliers) et visiterons les anciens bains et la colline du temple supérieur.

De là, nous nous rendrons à Amman pour une visite panoramique de la capitale jordanienne.

Enfin, vous vous installerez à votre hôtel pour une nuit à Amman.

Day 9

Jour 9 : Vendredi - Amman / Mont Nebo / Petra (Wadi Musa) / "Siq"

Commencez la journée par un trajet en voiture jusqu'au Mont Nebo, l'endroit où Moïse a vu pour la première fois la Terre promise, puis découvrez Jéricho, la vallée du Jourdain et la mer Morte. De là, empruntez la route du désert jusqu'au village moderne de Petra (Wadi Musa). Entrez dans Petra et partez à pied ou à cheval jusqu'au canyon (le "Siq"). Ensuite, vous traverserez le "Siq" jusqu'à l'ancienne capitale des Nabatéens, la ville de la roche rouge. Vous visiterez les majestueux monuments sculptés à la main, dont le Trésor (tombeau d'un roi nabatéen - "El Khazneh"), puis les obélisques, le champ de tombes et l'autel. C'est à cet endroit que vous pourrez avoir une vue imprenable sur l'ensemble de la ville de roche rouge.

Enfin, vous vous installez à votre hôtel à Wadi Musa, l'ancienne ville de Petra, pour y passer la nuit.

Day 10

Jour 10 : samedi - Pétra / safari en jeep dans le Wadi Rum / Madaba / Amman

Commencez la journée par un trajet vers le sud jusqu'aux magnifiques montagnes et formations rocheuses de Wadi Rum, qui ont fasciné Lawrence d'Arabie. De là, faites un safari en jeep à travers le désert pour explorer le canyon de Khazali et la source de Lawrence. Ensuite, vous vous dirigerez vers Madaba , où vous explorerez les ruines de l'église byzantine. C'est là que se trouve la plus ancienne mosaïque cartographique originale de Jérusalem et de la Terre sainte.

De là, vous retournerez à Amman pour y passer la nuit.

Day 11

Jour 11 : Dimanche - Vol d'Amman au Caire et transferts

Transfert de votre hôtel d'Amman à l'aéroport international Queen Alia, Amman. Vol d'Amman au Caire.

A votre arrivée à l'aéroport international du Caire, vous serez accueilli par notre représentant qui tiendra une pancarte à votre nom au contrôle des passeports. Notre représentant vous aidera à remplir les formalités de passeport et de visa, après quoi vous serez escorté jusqu'à votre chauffeur qui vous transférera à votre hôtel.

Nuit au Caire.

Day 12

Jour 12 : Lundi - Le Caire / Musée égyptien / Mosquée d'albâtre / Bazar Khan-el-Khalili

Commencez la journée dans la capitale par une visite du musée égyptien avec les trésors du site funéraire de Tut-Ankh-Amun. Continuez jusqu'à la Citadelle pour profiter d'une vue spectaculaire du Caire.

Visitez la mosquée d'albâtre, qui ajoute un merveilleux élément de carte postale à l'horizon du Caire.

Vous disposerez d'un peu de temps libre pour faire du shopping dans le célèbre bazar Khan-el-Khalili, un labyrinthe de ruelles pavées. Ce vaste bazar tente les sens avec ses épices, ses parfums et ses étincelles d'or, d'argent et de laiton.

Day 13

Jour 13 : Mardi - Le Caire / Memphis / Pyramides de Gizeh / Sphinx

Visitez Memphis, l'ancienne capitale de l'Ancien Empire d'Égypte, qui abrite une statue colossale de Ramsès II et le Sphinx d'albâtre. Continuez vers la "ville-cimetière" de Sakkara et admirez la pyramide à degrés du roi Zoser, la plus ancienne de toutes les pyramides. Dans l'après-midi, vous visiterez les Grandes Pyramides de Gizeh, le seul vestige actuel des Sept Merveilles du monde antique.

Non loin de là, le mystique Sphinx domine les plaines de Gizeh. Le Sphinx, homme-animal de 20 m de haut, créé comme une "image vivante du dieu soleil", a été construit par Chephren pour garder l'entrée des pyramides.

Nuit au Caire.

Day 14

Jour 14 : Mercredi - Jour de départ

Transfert à l'aéroport du Caire pour le vol de départ.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

• He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;

• He/she consents to our use of information and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us;

• He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.

• He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking;

• These Booking Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Your agreement to these Booking Conditions constitutes your agreement to any updates which can be found at www.clicktoursglobal.com/terms.

1. Terms of reservations:

1.1 When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept and do accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party and further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due from each and every member of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which you give us is accurate and that information which is given to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.

1.2 When you make your booking, you must pay the relevant deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. No contract will come into existence until we accept your booking and we receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds and issue you with a confirmation invoice either on behalf of ourselves or the supplier in question.

1.3 Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately, as changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document immediately. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport. Failure to provide accurate and required information at the time of reservation could result in additional fees.

1.4 The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies.

1.5 We reserve the right to return your payment and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute discretion. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have received payment and issued to you in writing a booking confirmation that will confirm the details of your booking and will be sent to you or your travel agent.

1.6 Online bookings: Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalised e-mail detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member our reservation team.

1.7 Do not book flights until you have received a personalised confirmation email from our reservations team, which will be within 48 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavour to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others and our website can not reflect this information.

1.8 Customers who have rebooked to a different tour or date and then cancel will be subject to the the cancellation fees applicable to their original tour. Any promotions received on the original tour are not transferable to the new tour.

2. Payment & Deposit:

2.1 At the time of booking you will be required to pay a fixed deposit, which is a minimum amount per person or make full payment for your booking if booking less than 60 days before departure. Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, not less than 60 days prior to scheduled departure, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges set out in either Section 17 below will become payable.

2.2 Please take note that while Click Tours does not charge any payment processing fees, you may incur cross-border charges set by your bank or credit card provider, when using your card to make an online payment. Click Tours is based in Israel and cross border charges may be incurred. These charges are set by your bank or credit card provider and not by Click Tours. These charges are non-refundable. If you are unsure if you will incur cross border charge, please contact your bank before making a payment online. If you would rather make a payment via bank transfer, please contact our customer service department for further details.

2.3 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable ANYWAY.

3. Accuracy:

We endeavor to ensure that all of the information and prices both on our Website and in our Distribution channels are accurate; however, occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.

4. Special Requests:

If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier/representatives but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.

5. Guaranteed Departures:

All tours are guaranteed departures and will operate unless force majeure circumstances or other unforeseen circumstances arise. Due to the traveller numbers on a specific tour, we reserve the absolute right to change the type or style of transportation or other elements, to enable the tour to operate.

6. Accommodation Ratings and Standards:

6.1 On any of the tours, accommodation is provided in twin accommodation, which may be two single beds or a double bed and a bunk bed. In certain locations, a twin is commonly accepted as referring to two separate mattresses and duvets contained in one large frame. Two travellers booking together will be accommodated in a twin room. Three travellers booking together will be roomed in one twin room. Most hotels have rooms that will take an extra bed if required. These extra beds may be bunk beds, fold-away beds or sofa beds. Where an extra bed is added this may limit the space available.

6.2 Please note that in some properties, lifts may not directly service all floors and access to and from these floors may be by stairway only. Please note that porter services are not standard and not available at many hotels.

6.3 Accommodation ratings are displayed as provided by the supplier. These are intended to give a guide to the services and facilities you should expect from your accommodation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries, as well as between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings given and no warranty is given or implied.

7. Itinerary variations:

If improvements can be made to tour itineraries or unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes, the tour operator reserves the right to amend, adjust, or alter itineraries. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible of such changes. Due to local or national holidays, seasonal hours of operation or availability, special events, and/or peak harvest seasons, access to certain facilities and attractions including, but not limited to, vineyards, museums, historical sites, or stores may be limited. On such occasions, and whenever possible, itinerary adjustments will be made by the supplier to minimize traveler inconvenience.

8. Fitness to Travel, Age and Medical Conditions:

8.1 If you have any medical condition, disability or special requirements which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you confirm your booking, as we are able to make enquiries of the supplier about the suitability of arrangements for you and provide replies prior to booking. You are responsible for assessing whether a tour are suitable for you. We will not and do not provide any advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.

8.2 Minors (those under 18 years of age) are accepted on some group tours provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for them. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted.

8.3 Please note that no persons under 12 will be accepted on tours unless this is formally requested in writing. Click Tours reserves the right to allow or deny younger travellers onto our tours at our discretion.

8.4 The pacing and physical requirements of tours vary by itinerary. We recommend that you select a tour that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Certain tours require considerable walking and may pose difficulties for travelers with disabilities or impaired mobility. For example, many historic sites are only accessible on foot and involve stairs or inclines. In addition, service providers on tours may not have the infrastructure to make special provisions or accommodate special equipment that may be required. For these reasons, you are required to disclose to us any physical disabilities or limitations prior to reserving your tour so we can help you determine the appropriateness of the selected itinerary.

8.5 Clients agree to accept the authority and decision of tour operators, tour leaders, and agents whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such a person, the health or conduct of a client before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safety, comfort or enjoyment of a tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour, without any refunds.

8.6 If a client is excluded from the tour as above or chooses to leave the tour of their own free will or leaves the tour due to ill health or any other reason there will be no refund of the tour price, extra services, surcharges, local payments/funds or any local surcharges. All services forming part of the whole package booked will be forfeited.

9. Behavior:

Please be aware that the booking conditions of the supplier will normally state that your holiday arrangements can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard. Suppliers will also often require you to pay for any damage you cause to the accommodation or services in resort. We are under no obligation to you if any event such as this occurs. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct. All participants in tours are expected to obey the laws and regulations of the countries visited and any failure to do so may relieve us of any obligation that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions.

10. Food:

Meals are included as stipulated in the tour itinerary, check your specific tour itinerary on our website for details of which meals are included. Please be aware that in many parts of the world meals may not be what you are used to. Non-included meals are at your own expense. This allows you the opportunity to try the local cuisine. There is always an range of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from in each destination. You will also need to purchase drinks and snacks for long bus or coach journeys as there may not be the opportunity once on board.

11. Passports, visas & other travel documents:

You are responsible for obtaining any visas or other travel documents and verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel on your selected tour itinerary, including any required medical documents or proof of vaccinations, as we is not responsible for providing this information or documentation. Entry laws differ with respect to a traveler’s citizenship. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents and are therefore ineligible for any refund from us.

12. Insurance:

12.1 You MUST take out adequate and suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour. You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance. We reserve the right to request a copy of your insurance policy and/or a receipt showing payment of the premium. It will remain your responsibility at all times to ensure that you’re adequately insured. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements. You should satisfy yourself that any travel insurance arranged is what you require and should arrange supplementary insurance if needed.

12.2 Without limitation, Click Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, disease, sickness, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from any event or cause or as a result of any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any third party. These matters include but are not limited to: “acts of God” or events of force majeure; epidemics, pandemics, or other public health issues or emergencies (such as but not limited to the current COVID-19 pandemic); acts of government; acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt; strikes or other labor activities; criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; structural or other defective conditions in houses, apartments, or other lodgings (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein); mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely; dangers associated with or bites from animals, insects or pests; sanitation problems; food poisoning; lack of availability of, access to, or quality of medical care; difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency; financial failure or other defaults by suppliers; or dangers associated with water-based activities.

13. Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by Israeli law and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If any part of these conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent and spirit of the original provision. Such omission shall not affect the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the other provisions of these Conditions.

14. Acknowledgement of Risk:

Click Tours is a travel agency for tour operators, and does not provide any goods or services for your trip. Click Tours is not a party to the contract between you as a customer and the supplier of the Product and therefore has not responsibility or liability to you, directly or indirectly. The information on the Click Tours website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer that binds Click Tours. Upon your selection of the desired products or services offered by the Supplier, we show you the information about these products and services, which information you can use to submit an Order. We aim to ensure an overall high quality of the information published on our website, although we do not warrant in any way that all information is correct, complete, up-to-date, accessible and tailored to specific customer needs. We also may change, add or remove any information on the Click Tours website at our sole discretion.

17. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be approved by us in writing. Unapproved cancellations will be treated as NO SHOWS!

The deposit of 25% is non-refundable anyway.

Less than 60 Days prior to departure – 100% of the rate will be charged.

Day of departure or NO SHOW - 100% of the rate will be charged.

18. If You Change Your Booking:

Any changes to a confirmed Package Booking must be confirmed in writing by the person signing the booking form and must be accompanied by an administration fee and price of the requested change, in addition to any further costs that we may incur and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers, Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, and we will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee be payable in accordance with clause 17.

19. If We Change or Cancel Your Booking

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Day Tours or other single service features and/or requirements. As a result, we reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked with us, at any time, for any reason. Very rarely, we may be forced by "force majeure" to change or terminate all or some of your arrangements after departure. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.

20. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements & Health Formalities:

It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Requirements do change, please ensure your information is up to date. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting. You will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you incur as a result of a failure to obtain all necessary passports, visas and/or vaccinations. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities (including vaccinations). You agree to reimburse us in relation to any fines or other losses which we incur as a result of your failure to comply with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.

21. Conditions of Suppliers:

All of the services which make up your reservation are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us. Copies of these terms and conditions are available on request from us or the supplier concerned.

22. Other terms & provisions:

The terms and provisions of these Booking Conditions supersede any other warranties, representations, terms, or conditions, unless they are expressly stated within a Booking Conditions Addendum or in a letter signed by a our officer. Click Tours makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications, but it cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including, but not limited to, prices and information. Click tours are not for resale, and travelers must enroll directly with us.

23. Limitation of Liability:

23.1 Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on the Website is correct and error free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot warrant that use of the Website will be error free or fit for purpose, timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website and We do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.

23.3 We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from You is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in Our secure computer servers or those of third parties.

23.4 We select the suppliers of the services making up your reservation with us with reasonable skill and care. We have no liability to you for the actual provision of the services. We will have no liability to you for anything that happens during the service in question or any acts or omissions of the supplier, its employees or agents. We will not be responsible or pay you compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description.

23.5 Click Tours and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.

24. Prices, Surcharges and Taxes:

24.1 The published price of the tours and any products or services is subject to change at any time, before booking confirmation. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Click Tours reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from taxes or fees, currency and exchange fluctuations or government action which impacts the price of the applicable products or services.

24.2 Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid ONLY for tourists holding a foreign passport, and NOT for Israeli citizens. By law, Israeli citizens are required  to add VAT on payment. All other persons including those with dual citizenship, one of which is Israeli, are subject to 17% VAT.

25. Assignment

You cannot assign or otherwise transfer this Terms and Conditions, or any rights granted hereunder or any obligations, to any third party and any such assignment or transfer or purported assignment or transfer shall be void ab initio. Our rights and/or obligations under the Terms of Use are freely assignable or otherwise transferable by Us to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your prior consent.
