Day 1

Jour 1 : ARRIVEE - SIEM REAP - ANGKOR WAT VISITES D'ANGKOR THOM - TEMPLES DE BAYON (-/-/-)

A l'arrivée à l'aéroport de Siem Reap, transfert direct pour les visites.

AM : Visite de l'antique capitale d'Angkor Thom (12ème siècle) : la Porte Sud avec ses immenses statues représentant le barattage de l'océan de lait, le temple du Bayon, unique par ses 54 tours décorées de plus de 200 visages souriants d'Avolokitesvara, les Phimeanakas, l'Enceinte Royale, la Terrasse des Eléphants et la Terrasse du Roi Lépreux. Déjeuner non inclus

L'APRÈS-MIDI : Visite du plus célèbre de tous les temples de la plaine d'Angkor : Angkor Vat. Le complexe de temples s'étend sur 81 hectares et sa taille est comparable à celle du Palais impérial de Pékin. Ses cinq tours distinctives figurent sur le drapeau cambodgien et ce chef-d'œuvre du XIIe siècle est considéré par les historiens de l'art comme le meilleur exemple de l'art et de l'architecture khmers classiques. Dîner buffet et spectacle de danse traditionnelle khmère dans un restaurant local.

Jour 2 : SIEM REAP - ANGKOR TOURS DE VISITE AU TEMPLE DE BANTEAY SREI (B/-/-)

AM : Départ pour la visite de Kbal Spean, à 50 km au nord-est de Siem Reap ou à 18 km de Banteay Srei. La "rivière aux mille lingams", Kbal Spean est un lit de rivière sculpté de façon complexe dans les contreforts de la jungle cambodgienne. Déjeuner non inclus


L'APRÈS-MIDI : Visite du temple de Banteay Srei avec ses quatre ailes précédées d'un hall et accompagnées de deux bibliothèques, celle du sud étant remarquablement bien conservée.

Jour 3 : SIEM REAP - ANGKOR WAT VISITES DES TEMPLES DE TA PROHM ET DE BANTEAY KDEI (B/-/-)

LE MATIN, VISITE DE TA PROHM, L'UN DES PLUS BEAUX TEMPLES DE LA RÉGION : Visite de Ta Prohm, l'un des plus beaux temples de la région. Ta Prohm est resté relativement intact depuis sa découverte et conserve une grande partie de son mystère. Neak Pean, une fontaine construite au milieu d'un bassin (représentant le lac de montagne paradisiaque de l'Himalaya), Ta Som, construit à la fin du 12e siècle de l'ère chrétienne, le temple le plus éloigné du grand circuit, petit mais classique.


Temple de Preah Khan, construit par le roi Jayavarman VII. Preah Khan est, comme Ta Prohm, un lieu aux enceintes imposantes et aux couloirs qui épousent les épaules. Contrairement à Ta Prohm, cependant, le temple de Preah Khan est dans un état de conservation raisonnable et les efforts de restauration en cours devraient maintenir et même améliorer cette situation. L'APRÈS-MIDI : Visite des sculptures intérieures en briques du Prasat Kravan, de Srah Srang ("Les bains royaux" étaient autrefois utilisés pour les bains rituels), de Banteay Kdei (entouré de 4 murs concentriques), de Ta Keo, construit à la fin du 10ème et au début du 11ème siècle de l'ère chrétienne, le premier temple à être construit entièrement en grès.

Jour 4 : SIEM REAP SIGHTSEEING TOURS TO TONLE SAP LAKE - DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

Embarquement sur le lac Tonle Sap, le "grand lac" du Cambodge, l'un des plus grands d'Asie. Ici, vous profiterez d'une brève croisière le long de villages flottants comprenant des écoles, des restaurants et des hôpitaux. Déjeuner non inclus.

Temps libre pour faire du shopping au marché local jusqu'au transfert à l'aéroport international de Siem Reap.

1. Booking details

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

2. Payment

In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit 30 % must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and fully balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to DNQ Travel must be paid by the Clients.

3. Cancellation or Amendments

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing and will not take effect until received

3.1 Tour Cancellations by you

Any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of DNQ Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold is a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, carriers). And the following rules apply for cancellations:

Cancellation Policy
• Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
• Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost
• Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
• 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different basing on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exactly cancellation from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.

3.2. Cancellations not by you

We are always committed to take our best effort to operate all tours as planned in advance. However, due to factors out of our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
• services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
• any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
• cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and DNQ travel agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.

4. Infant and Child Prices

• Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.

5. Feedback or Complaints

We wish any of your complaints do not bring back home, so that if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, please let us know as soon as possible to remedy the problem.

6. Liability & Responsibility
All travel arrangements which we provide or which are sold through us are not an offer by us to sell any travel arrangements, but an invitation to you to make an offer to the suppliers of the arrangements. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it.
DNQ travel, act solely as a booking agent for the relevant supplier, and as such, have no liability whatsoever to you for any death, personal injury or loss of whatever nature you may suffer unless caused by our own negligence.
