Terms & Conditions for Tours Online Booking

Important notice:

Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid for tourists holding International (non-Israeli) passports. Israeli credit card payment will be charged VAT.

General:

All the daily tours are conducted with an English tour guide.
  More languages are available according to the tour language schedule (French, Spanish German and Russian).
  Tourists are obliged to stay with tour at all times.
  Separation from the group can result in being left behind and will be at customers expense.
  Tours are conducted in various sizes of tourism buses, vans and vehicles.
  Date of departure, pickup and drop off times and possible delays are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.
  Traveler, who will be late to the pickup, will be charged on a private transfer (USD 120).
  Special needs: baby chairs / Carriages / Wheelchairs - advanced notification required.
  Daily tours, Multi -Day tours and Packages are not suitable for children under age of 4. You can order a private tour.
  Rates are quoted in US dollars.
  VIP class booking confirmations are subject to availability.
  Rates do not include client's meals, food and beverages. (unless otherwise specified in the tour details)
  All entrance fees included. (Unless otherwise specified in the tour details).
  The price for Multi-Day Tours includes B/B accommodation in 3 star hotel.
  Multi-Day Tours - possibility to upgrade to luxury hotels in additional fee of $90 p/p per night. Traveler must be specified in the order form.

Egypt & Petra Tours

Your Credit Card will be charged once your tour is confirmed.
  Some tour reservation take only the credit card details to secure the reservation and not for charge purpose.
  Certain nationalities require advance issue of visas.
  Have a Valid Passport and landing card.
  We require nationality passport number, place & date of issue, birth date, and expiry date for booking.
  Border fees and tips are not included in the price ($65 special fee for crossing Israel - Jordan border for over - day tourists / $65 special fee for crossing Israel - Egypt border for over - day tourists
  Border fees may change due to currency rates changes.
  Border passing includes border control and customs.
  This process may take up to an hour, so your patience is required and appreciated.
  Once across the border, the Egyptian / Jordanian company takes full responsibility for the tours.
  Tours crossing the Egyptian and / or Jordanian border are subject to an Egyptian / Jordanian Government Tax, payable in US currency, at the borders.
  There will be a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to departure.
  In case of border crossing issues or exit deny , the customer will have full responsibility and 100% cancellation fees.

Credit Card Payments:

Your Credit Card details are encrypted for safety and may only be used to pay for the services you select. You will be debited for confirmed services only. our website is SSL secured.
  Reservations and Vouchers:

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The bookings made directly with the Tour Supplier. Questions and requests for changes should be made through the contact us form or by our 24/7 chat.
  Additional charges:

Private tours - entrance fees, toll fee are not included in price.
  Additional charge for single room - US$ 90 per night
  High season supplement: $120 per person / per night.

Liability & Responsibility:

We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Travelers are covered by insurance for the duration of the tour.
  "Booking-tours.com" cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage due to force of nature.
  We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other travelers and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such travelers.
  Charge and Cancellation fees for Tour Package and Multi-Day Tour:

Regular Season:

Cancellation fee of 50% charged for notification up to 14 days in advance.
  Cancellation fee of 70% charged for notification up to 7 days in advance.
  Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 3 days.
  High Season: (August, Jewish holidays and Christmas/New Year) ·        

Cancellation fee of 50% charged for notification up to 30 days in advance.
  Cancellation fee of 70% charged for notification up to 7 days in advance.
  Cancellation fee of 80% charged for notification up to 3 days in advance.
  Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 3 days.
  Discounts:·       

A 5% student discount is available upon presentation of a valid international Student Card. (The discount refers to Daily Tours only)
  A 10% reduction granted to children ages 4-12. (The discount refers to Daily tours only).

Other Services:

In addition to the services displayed on the Booking-tours.com website, we can also offer you an additional arrangement such as International and Domestic Flights, Organized Tours (Including Private guides) and cater to any special requests you may have. Prices listed on the Website are per person, unless otherwise specified.

Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by Booking-tours.com.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.

User Accounts

You need to create an account and provide information about yourself in order to use some of the features on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The price for Multi-Day Tours includes B/B accommodation in a 3-star hotel.

Multi-Day tours: it is possible to upgrade to luxury hotels with an additional $90 p/p per night. 

The traveler must specify it in the order form.

Covid19 cancelations and restrictions:

Any tour booked within the time of the Covid19 pandemic will withhold the standard cancelation policy unless otherwise stated. 

The arrival via international flights or/and the entrance restrictions to the specific country of touring are strictly the liability of the traveler as all of our tours operate domestically; the Booking-tours operator and neither its resellers cannot be held accountable for any governmental restrictions or quarantine delay. 

The passenger should review/verify his ability to arrive at the destination country before booking any tours or activities. 

As a gesture of good faith, our company could offer alternative dates or CFFT (credit for future tours) vouchers to allow the use of the customer payment for future bookings.  

Egypt & Petra Tours booking process

Your Credit Card will be charged once your tour is confirmed.

Certain nationalities require advance issue of visas.

Border fees and tips excluded in the price ($65 special fee for crossing Israel - Jordan border for over-day tourists / $65 special fee for crossing Israel - Egypt border for over-day tourists

Border fees may change due to currency rates changes.

Border passing includes border control and customs.

This process may take up to an hour, so your patience is required and appreciated.

Most nationalities are issued Visas to Jordan and Egypt by us (Extra cost of $75 per person); please be advised that there is no return of payment for visas in any case. 

Once across the border, the Egyptian / Jordanian company takes full responsibility for the tours.

Tours crossing the Egyptian and/or Jordanian border are subject to an Egyptian / Jordanian Government Tax, payable in US currency, at the borders.

There will be a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 48 hours or less before departure.

Additional charge for a single room - US$ 90 per night

A cancellation fee of 50% is charged from the moment of confirmed booking up to 72 hours before the tour due date.

A cancellation fee of 100% is applied for canceling less than 72 hours to the tour due date (Unless otherwise specified in the tour details).

Cancellation on the day tour - No refund.

Non-show - No refund.

Guests who decide to withdraw at their discretion at any stage during the tour will not be entitled to claim any REFUND whatsoever from Booking-tours.com operators.

For tours that include flights, we operate a no refund policy. (Due to flight charges).
