El Recorrido Fotográfico por Nepal se extiende hasta las pintorescas vistas de las montañas del Himalaya, con sorprendentes amaneceres sobre una serie de picos en el tranquilo verdor de las colinas de Nagarkot y Sarangkot, donde quedarás cautivado por un panorama de paisajes dramáticos y altas montañas cubiertas de nieve.

Día 1

Llega a Katmandú con varias líneas aéreas internacionales y trasládate al hotel.

A tu llegada, nuestro personal y guía te trasladará a tus respectivos hoteles en el centro de Katmandú. Tras registraros en vuestras encantadoras habitaciones y refrescaros del jet-leg, reuníos en el vestíbulo del hotel, nuestro guía os dará información sobre los hoteles -incluidos los detalles del Viaje Fotográfico a Nepal-, como el hotel-alojamiento, los paseos, las vistas, la historia y la cultura, con algunas cosas importantes que hacer y no hacer mientras estéis con nosotros pasando momentos agradables.

Día 2

Visita a Katmandú con viaje a Nagarkot

Por la mañana, después del desayuno comienza una interesante excursión con un corto trayecto en coche al Templo de Pashupatinath, un templo sagrado hindú. Situado a 5 km al este de Katmandú, el templo del Señor Shiva-Pashupatinath, con tejados dorados de dos niveles y puertas plateadas, es famoso por su soberbia arquitectura. Los visitantes pueden ver el templo y las actividades que se realizan en sus instalaciones desde la orilla oriental del río Baghmati.


Además de a los hindúes, a otras personas no se les permite entrar en el recinto principal del templo, sin embargo, se pueden presenciar las actividades religiosas desde la otra orilla del río Bagmati, y observar a los peregrinos en el culto, desde aquí un corto trayecto en coche lleva al noreste de Bouddhanath desde la zona de Pashupatinath.


La estupa de Bouddhanath se encuentra a 8 km al este de Katmandú. Esta colosal y antigua estupa es una de las más grandes del mundo, y la zona que la rodea se conoce como el "Pequeño Tíbet" debido a la población local de origen y cultura tibetanos.


Tras una maravillosa visita a la Gran Estupa, el recorrido continúa hacia el centro de la ciudad de Katmandú alrededor de su antigua Plaza Durbar (patio del palacio), un interesante lugar lleno de animadas actividades.


Recorrido por la Plaza Durbar de Katmandú (antiguo Palacio y patio), Templo de Akash Bhairab, Hanuman Dhoka, sede histórica de la realeza del pasado, perteneciente a la Dinastía Malla y Shah, visita al Templo de Kumari y al cuadrilátero sagrado con la estupa budista, centro que forma el barrio residencial de la Diosa Viva Virgen Casta llamada KUMARI. Kastha Mandap situado cerca del Templo de Kumari un tipo único de templo de madera también conocido como Maru Satal construido en 1596 d.C. por el rey Laxmi Narsingh Malla, donde el nombre de Katmandú deriva de un templo construido con madera de un solo árbol llamado 'Kastha Mandap'.


Desde aquí visita Swayambhunath (Templo de los Monos), con una historia de más de 25 siglos, se erige como una de las Chaityas budistas más antiguas del mundo y el punto de referencia de Katmandú y Nepal, esta Gran Estupa de Swayambhunath, es la maravilla y la gloria que fue Nepal, catalogada como Patrimonio de la Humanidad.


Después de una gran excursión de un día por Katmandú, de vuelta al hotel, toma un corto trayecto en coche de unas horas para llegar a una estación de montaña en Nagarkot. En Nagarkot se puede contemplar la puesta de sol sobre las montañas en la comodidad de bonitos hoteles o complejos turísticos.

Día 3

Disfruta de las vistas del amanecer sobre la montaña y luego conduce hasta Pokhara 860 m -06 h.

Disfrutando de un impresionante amanecer sobre la cadena de montañas del Himalaya, después del desayuno un emocionante viaje nos lleva a uno de los lugares más famosos de todo el Himalaya en la pintoresca Pokhara. Al llegar a Pokhara, alojamiento en bonitos hoteles junto al sereno lago Phewa.


Tarde libre para pasear por la orilla del lago con interesantes tiendas y comercios, incluidos restaurantes de primera clase con vistas cercanas de la cordillera de los Annapurnas y el impresionante pico del Machhapuchare Himal.

Día 4

Conduce hasta Sarankot para ver el amanecer y las vistas de las montañas y visita Pokhara.

Por la mañana temprano, corto trayecto en coche hasta el famoso mirador de la cima de la colina de Sarankot para disfrutar de unas magníficas vistas del amanecer sobre una cadena de montañas desde el Dhaulagiri-Annapurna hasta el monte Manaslu, con vistas aéreas del valle de Pokhara y el lago Phewa, un lugar popular también para practicar parapente.


Después de contemplar las vistas del amanecer y las montañas, regresa al hotel para hacer un recorrido turístico por Pokhara en los lugares que te interesen.


En la excursión por Pokhara, visita el desfiladero de Seti, Davids / Devi, o las cataratas de Pathle Chhago; visita la Estupa de la Paz y los mercados locales de los alrededores de Pokhara, alejados de la zona turística principal.

Día 5

Conduce hasta el Parque Nacional de Chitwan, en las tierras bajas del Medio Sur - 05 h.

Desde Pokhara con momento maravilloso y escénico por la mañana un interesante viaje de casi cinco horas por la carretera principal, donde el viaje sigue el río Trisuli la mayor parte del camino hacia el sur al llegar a Chitwan, cerca de su entrada al Parque Nacional.


En Chitwan te recibirá el gerente, el guía de la selva o el naturalista, y a continuación te darán información sobre tu estancia en Chitwan con programas y actividades en la selva.

Día 6

Circuito a Chitwan

Hoy será un día completo de actividades en la selva y la naturaleza con programas variados que empiezan por la mañana temprano, antes del desayuno. Haz un safari por la selva (por la mañana o a última hora de la tarde) en jeep o a pie para ver aves, un paseo en canoa para ver cocodrilos y aves acuáticas, un paseo por la selva con un agradable baño de elefantes. Visita también el centro de cría de elefantes.


Tómate unas horas de descanso por la tarde, para que puedas prepararte para las horas posteriores. Tras las horas de descanso, prepárate para otra actividad en la selva. Por la noche, te entretendrás con programas de danza folclórica local Tharu antes de cenar.

Día 7

Regreso a Katmandú y traslado al hotel.

Con actividades en la naturaleza a primera hora de la mañana, después del desayuno, un emocionante y agradable viaje en coche hasta Katmandú. El viaje sigue por la misma carretera hasta el pueblo de Mugling, un cruce entre Pokhara-Chitwan y la carretera a Katmandú.


El viaje continúa siguiendo el río Trisuli río arriba durante unas horas y luego cuesta arriba para llegar al valle de Katmandú. Desde el punto más alto del borde del valle, un corto trayecto de una hora de vuelta a la bulliciosa vida urbana de Katmandú. A continuación, traslado a tu hotel con la tarde libre para actividades individuales y compras de recuerdos.

Día 8

Sal de Katmandú para tomar la salida internacional con destino a casa.

Eco Holiday Nepal a travel and adventure companies based in Kathmandu / Nepal which is fully registered and approved from the Government of Nepal as well with concern Tourism Department, and life time member of TAAN (Nepal Trekking Agents Association of Nepal), NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association), NTB (Nepal Tourism Board) PAC (Porters Act) as well with other non governments committed with Eco-Tourism and Responsible Tourism.

Booking with us:

After going through our norms and conditions you ask for information and queries if in doubt, all trip booking for Nepal destinations should be made by two months earlier minimum of two weeks times, so that we arrange necessary details well in advance to avoid disappointment like hotel-domestic airlines booking and as well chartering bus-coach or booking tourist bus tickets ahead before your arrival.

25% down payment which you can transfer to Bank Account in Kathmandu / Nepal rest of the trip cost to be made on arrival in Kathmandu before trek / tour departures, where applicable foreign currencies accepted like US $ – UK Pounds, and Euro or Chinese / Indian.

For Tibet and Bhutan at least minimum of one month booking ahead to arrange all logistic and entry permits for neighboring countries with 50% in advance.


Booking in Last Hour:

We accept your last hour booking in the eve of trip departure with 100% payment (07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, excluding trips Tibet, Bhutan and India not accepted as this requires at least 3 weeks in advance prior to trip departure for Nepal neighboring countries.

Trips Cancellation Policy:

On booking, some might be compelled to cancel the trip with various reasons from personal / domestic, medical, health, job or with some other situations, in this case where cancellation fees will be applied of 25% as cancellation charge, where you will be notified us or to our overseas agents with minimum of month in advance before trip departure.

60 % cancellation fee applied on 2 weeks to a month notice.

No refund on last minute or no show situation.

If clients has to return or break from the tour, trekking / or any other trips earlier than proposed itinerary days due to medical / physical or personal reasons clients has to borne his / her own expenses on route of trekking and at hotel in Kathmandu or in any other last main cities before you departure for home.

There are no refunds, if the company has to reroute to other areas due to unavoidable circumstances and from bad weather.

If such conditions arise company holds the right and providing you a hassle free adventure holidays with enjoyable time.

Clients’ Responsibility:

A tour / trekking guide representing our company holds all authority during treks and tours. If one behave badly or commit any unlawful act, where you will be compelled to leave the tour / treks. No refund will be made in such condition.

NEPAL VISA & PASSPORT CONDITION:

All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.  The costs of Nepalese visas are sole / own responsibility of clients.

CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES FOR BHUTAN:

01: Required minimum of 30 days for cancellation notice prior to trip departure and it must be in written form, such notice will be implied from the day the note is received. Cancellation shall be valid after the company approval on receiving the documentation. The Trip shall then be termed as cancelled and then 50% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid as cancellation charge.

02: There will be no refunds if a passenger cancels the trip or leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily, involuntarily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

03: On the eve of trip departure if you are prevented in joining the chosen tour, unfortunately there is no refund regarding this, transfer or postponing options are available as the Bhutanese Government has strict Tourism act and policies.

BHUTAN VISAS & PASSPORT CONDITIONS:

All clients requested to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. For Bhutan visas you need to send your passport details to Destination Holidays for visa applications at least 45 days prior to the fix departure date.

TIBET CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES:

01: As per the company rules, there will be no refund to clients with less than 20 days notice given to us, on or before Trip departure and if a clients leaves the trip earlier for due to personal or medical reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily and if committed any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. Then the company is compelled to make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

02: If client require any changes from the chosen original tour, the person who have booked the tour must submit a written document with any changes required. Then we will make every effort after the notification, but the changes cannot be guaranteed.

03: If you are compelled to cancel from travelling on the tour by genuine reason or circumstances, for example (without restriction) due to death, injury or any serious illness of the person, close relative or friends, redundancy or jury service, in this case one may postpone or transfer your booking to another close person, as long or provided they meet all the requirements relating to that trip. You are requested to provide proof of why you were unable to travel at the time and need to change your booking.

NEPAL / TIBET VISAS & PASSPORT CONDITION:

All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.  The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients.

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Destination Holidays for visa applications to this country, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.

HEALTH & FITNESS:

All Treks and Tours requires where one should be in sound health and good level of fitness before signing trip with us, client requires should with your Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.

It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Eco Holidays Nepal of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.

CHILDREN:

An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have any queries regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.

PUBLICITY:

Request to allow Eco Holidays Nepal to use pictures, snaps or images of you taken during the trip without being informed and as well without compensation, for company promotion and advertising purpose only through whatever medium takes place.

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY AND PRICING:

Travelling with us requires a degree of flexibility, positive attitude good humor and understanding where mode of transport, accommodation and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement, road block due to riots and political crises.

WEATHER:

Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival etc. Eco Holidays Nepal is unable to refund any payment under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always endeavor to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of same category.

Eco Holidays Nepal does not accept any responsibility for loss on employment, delays or compensation resulting from situations beyond our control.

Our holidays, tour / trek packages, are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.

We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc.

PRIVACY:

In order to gather information from you to make a booking through Eco Holidays Nepal  Destination, may ask many questions to obtain necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.

RISK & LIABILITIES:

We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies.

Eco Holidays Nepal shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.

OUR RESPONSIBLE TOURISM POLICY

Eco Holidays Nepal  re-inventing tourism for the benefit of local people, tourists, environment and the tourism industry at large. As we expect that you will adhere to our policy and guidelines while travelling with us.

COMPLAINTS:

Should you have a complaint about the trip or tour you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action.

IMPACT OF THE JOURNEY:

Eco Holidays Nepal makes great effort to ensure enjoyable, comfortable traveling within our limit and control.

Client also should understand that what you might be accustomed to the western affluent countries, Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries can’t afford such facilities.

Weather is another factor that directly impact on the journey. Hence, patience and positive in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before hand is must in taking part around third world countries.

The best thing is to take as it comes and think positively, then you will enjoy the holiday with us.

Travel Insurance:

You must have complete travel insurance package against medical, travel for natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our respected clients.

Tour Amendment:

To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested.

You are advised to stay in touch with us thus, but occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.

Your personal belongings:

On any account, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by Eco Holiday Nepal  porters, yaks-ponies or vehicles.

That means your personal possessions; luggage might be at your risk at the times, and however our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.

Papers & Documents:

All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, obtain necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departure on the absence of essential papers and documents.

Risk & Responsibility:

Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

What’s included in our package service:

01: All Arrival and Departure Transportation from the airport to hotel and with our company staff to receive you on arrival and see you off at departure.

02: Guided Sightseeing tours in Kathmandu as per trip itinerary with applicable entrance fees and private coach and cars.

03: Twin sharing accommodation at tourist of 3 to 4 or 5 stars standard hotels in Kathmandu on Bed / Breakfast basis (Unless booked for Single Room Supplement) includes other cities with similar standard hotels.

04: Domestic Airfare as per the trip selected and Itinerary.

05: Applicable Trekking / Climbing Peaks / National or Conservation Permit Fees.

06: On full board trekking on Lodge basis with twin sharing accommodation includes all meals (breakfast-lunch and dinner)

07: On Camping services includes twin sharing tents (unless booked for single supplement) with separate kitchen unit backed by cook, kitchen staffs, guides and porters (in some area we use pack animals Yaks or Mules).

08: Private comfortable cars, coach or bus (as per the size of the group) on long driving journeys as per the trip selected.

09: Group Orientation program on do’s and don’ts regarding your trip.

10: International Air Tickets Re-Confirmation.

11: Our guide will have basic First Aid and Medical Kits.

Our Package excludes:

01: International Airfare-Nepal Entry Visa.

02: Personal Travel and Medical Insurance.

03: Expenses of Personal Nature-Gratitude and Meals in Kathmandu and Pokhara as per the program.

04: Personal Trekking / Climbing gear and equipment, down or duvet jackets, sleeping bags. (Sleeping bags and down jackets and climbing equipment can be hired in Kathmandu at reasonable cost if it’s too much to carry from home)

05: Emergency Evacuation if necessary by any means of transportation including Helicopter

and personal medical kit as prescribed by your doctors.

Trek / Tour Grades information:

Leisure tours or walking trips:

For any physically fit of all ages with sound health, these trips involves short walking days of few hours and more of tour with scenic drives at places of interest.  The whole trip goes from 4-5 to 8 days on trek or scenic tour.

On rafting for a day or two days.

Moderate Trips:

For any physically fit of all ages that have done normal walk and with sound health. These trips involves few ups and down and the length of treks will be from 4-5 hours of walk every day with plenty of break in between. The whole trip goes from 2-5 to 8 days.

Adventurous Trips:

For physically fit person of all ages with sound health who have done moderate to vigorous walk or activity before or at present. These kind of treks involves long ups and down and the length of treks will be from 6-7 hours of walk every day with break in between. The whole trip goes from 10 to 20 days in the high altitude. On Rafting it involves river expedition for 7 -10 days.
