El objetivo de este paquete es proporcionar la mejor experiencia a los viajeros que tienen una estancia limitada en Nepal o que no pueden hacer trekking a grandes altitudes debido a su estado de salud o a su edad. Este paquete incluirá el Patrimonio Cultural, Peregrinaciones, Etnias, Entretenimiento con la Vida Salvaje e Historia de Nepal.
Nepal, como todo el mundo sabe, es una tierra de diversidades topográficas atravesada por altas montañas y ríos turbulentos con un mosaico de diversos grupos étnicos con su propia cultura y protagonismo individual y diferenciado. Muchos han bautizado a Nepal como un jardín antropológico en el que conviven diversas razas, clanes, tribus y pueblos indígenas que no es fácil encontrar en ningún otro lugar de la atmósfera del Himalaya. En este paquete, visitaremos lugares como Bhaktapur, Patan, Swyambhu, Boudha y muchos otros lugares de interés turístico del valle de Katmandú para conocer la parte histórica de Nepal y su crecimiento.

Visita turística del valle de Katmandú( 4 - 6 h)
Descubriremos las vistas, los sonidos y los aromas del valle de Katmandú en este recorrido turístico de día completo por sus principales atracciones. Te acompañará un conductor para visitar la estupa de Swayambhunath y la plaza Patan Durbar. La plaza Patan Durbar es popular por sus antiguos templos y monumentos construidos desde el siglo VII hasta principios del siglo XX. Las diferentes formas de los templos y la estructura de las estupas tienen un aspecto único. La estupa de Swayambhunath está situada en lo alto de una colina desde donde se puede contemplar el valle de Katmandú. Otro nombre de esta estupa es Templo de los Monos, porque aquí viven monos de verdad. (Nota: No es buena idea acercarse tanto para fotografiar a las crías de los monos. Hoy exploraremos culturas únicas y veremos otros lugares declarados Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, entre ellos
Estupa Baudha, templo secreto de peregrinación hindú "Pashupatinath" En primer lugar, te acompañaremos a la Estupa Bauddha, "la sutpa más grande del mundo", donde podrás ver a montones de monjes y tibetanos adorando y meditando alrededor de la Estupa. Esto se llama "Kora" en lenguaje budista y puedes presenciarlo cada mañana y cada tarde. En segundo lugar, el Templo de Pashupatinath, un templo sagrado de los hindúes, cuya principal atracción es el ritual de cremación abierto, santos y sabios, muchos templos hindúes y monumentos. Pasa la noche en el hotel.
Viaje a Chitwan (5 - 6 h)
Por la mañana temprano, después de desayunar, nos dirigiremos a Chitwan, situado a 190 km de Katmandú. Durante todo el camino conduciremos a lo largo de la orilla del río Trishuli.

Hoy haremos actividades en la jungla y exploraremos el Parque Nacional de Chitwan, Patrimonio de la Humanidad. En el parque podrás ver diferentes animales salvajes, como rinocerontes, tigres, leopardos, osos perezosos, bisontes salvajes, delfines gigantes, 468 especies de aves, mariposas, asaltantes de pantanos y cocodrilos Gharial. Aquí realizamos diferentes actividades como safari en elefante, paseo por la naturaleza, observación de aves, piragüismo en el río Rapati y baño en elefante. Noche en Chitwan
Viaje a Lumbini ( 4 - 5 h)
Por la mañana temprano, observa las aves, desayuna y conduce hacia Lumbini, otro lugar Patrimonio de la Humanidad situado a 195 km de Chitwan. Lumbini, el lugar de nacimiento del Señor Buda, no sólo es conocido como una importante peregrinación budista, sino también como un lugar importante e histórico que refleja la civilización mundial. Al llegar a Lumbini exploraremos algunos lugares importantes como el Templo de Mayadevi, el Pilar de Ashoka y diferentes monasterios construidos por distintos países.
Viaje a Pokhara ( 6 - 7 Hr)
Hoy nos dirigiremos a Pokhara, que se encuentra a 285 km al noreste de Chitwan y tarda entre 6 y 7 horas en autobús. Conduciremos contemplando las vistas de las montañas y el valle del río Marshyangdi. Pokhara, conocida como la Ciudad del Lago, es uno de los lugares más bellos de todo el mundo. Pokhara ofrece las magníficas vistas del Dhaulagiri, el Annapurna y el Machhapuchhare junto con muchas otras. Pokhara es también la puerta de entrada a la región del Annapurna. Por la tarde pasearemos por la orilla del lago de Pokhara.
Visita a la ciudad de Pokhara ( 4 - 6 h)
Por la mañana temprano te llevaremos a Srankot (mirador) para disfrutar de la salida del sol y de las vistas de las montañas. Después volverás a tu hotel para desayunar y partir hacia otros lugares para visitar, como se menciona a continuación.
Davis Falls, una cascada que desemboca en un túnel subterráneo.
A continuación, visita la Gupteshwar Gupha (cueva), una cueva subterránea con el santuario del Señor Shiva. Baja por una escalera de caracol para llegar a la entrada de la cueva. Ten cuidado donde pisas, ya que el interior de la cueva está un poco húmedo y resbaladizo. En la parte inferior de la pared de la cueva hay una grieta desde la que puedes ver caer las aguas de la Cascada Davis.
Visita la estupa Shanti, una atracción turística muy famosa desde la que se puede contemplar una vista panorámica de la cordillera Annapurna, la ciudad de Pokhara y el lago Fewa. Shanti stupa es un monumento budista de estilo pagoda situado en la cima de una colina a una altura de 1100 metros y construido en 1973. Shanti stupa es el santuario construido como símbolo de la paz
Regreso en coche a Katmandú. ( 6 - 8 horas)
Hoy, después de desayunar, regresaremos a Katmandú.

Payment of the Balance
Rest amount can be paid before a month of your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by bank transfer.
Last Minute Booking
We accept your last minute booking for ONLY IN CASES OF NEPAL TRIPS, but LAST MINUTE BOOKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR BHUTAN AND TIBET TRIPS).
Refund Policy
No refund will be made for 30% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason but we are flexible to postpone your trip in any later days. Having paid full amount of any trip, you will get your money back but still cancellation charge (20%) is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
Supplement Charge
On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room /tent with.
Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Limited cancels your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Clients’ Responsible
A tour / trek guide who represents Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Limited deserves all authority during your tours/Treks.
Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.
Tour Amendment
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.
Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
Flight Delay/Cancellation
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In such case your itinerary will be modified.
HSA mission is to finance its community enhancement programs through the revenues generated by tourism. The proceeds from any HSJ organized tour and trek goes 10% directly to uplift educational status of needy children of rural areas of Nepal through Himalayan Community Project.

Our Liability
Our obligations and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility involved in any part of your travel are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities and, where we or our supplier is actually providing the service or facility, to provide them with reasonable skill and care. Compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements (such as, for example, those of the Civil Aviation Authority) will be proper performance of our, and our suppliers’, obligations. You must show that reasonable skill and care has not been used, if you wish to make any claim against us.
Termination of your booking
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your travel without notice ,If your behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.
Unused Services
No refund will be due to you in respect to the non-utilization of any part of the travel arrangements made for you, by Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of the agreement between us that you take out adequate vacation and travel insurance against cancelation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, medical expenses arising overseas including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims against you.Fail to secure such travel insurance coverage prior to your Nepal Travel, then you accept full responsibility for yourself and all of the members of your party, and indemnify Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd and our overseas travel agents and representatives (as applicable) for any and all costs that may arise, which would otherwise have been met, had such travel insurance been in force.

We do our best to ensure that your travel arrangements go according to plan. However, if you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide for you, please let us know at the earliest possible opportunity. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you should advise us within 30 days of the incident, in writing, by giving your detailed description of your complaint and other relevant information.
Please Note : If you do not follow our complaint procedure, we cannot accept responsibility for your complaint, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf, and where possible, help you to resolve the problem.
Applicable Law
Any contract or dispute between us are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Nepal law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kathmandu City, Nepal.
Effective Date
The effective date of this policy From January 1. 2018 and it replaces all prior privacy policies issued by Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd . We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.
