TOUR GASTRONÓMICO DE ROMA Y MUSEOS DEL VATICANO

Tras desayunar en el hotel, tu chófer te acompañará al punto de encuentro designado con tu experto guía gastronómico. Embárcate en un delicioso recorrido a pie, explorando mercados de alimentos locales, pintorescas tiendas de comestibles y encantadoras heladerías en los vibrantes distritos de Campo De' Fiori, Trastevere y el Gueto Judío. Saborea delicias emblemáticas como la "Pizza Bianca" con mortadela y el crujiente "Supplì". Sumérgete en clásicos romano-judíos como el carciofo alla giudia y las flores de calabacín fritas. ¡Guarda sitio para el helado artesano! ROMA > SORRENTO

Tu aventura comienza con un traslado panorámico de Roma a Sorrento, pasando por una campiña ondulada y a lo largo de impresionantes tramos de costa donde las aguas cristalinas se encuentran con arboledas de cítricos y pueblos encantadores. Al llegar a Sorrento, la joya de la Costa Amalfitana, te cautivarán sus animadas calles, sus talleres artesanos de cerámica y sus iglesias históricas. Día 4

SORRENTO > CAPRI > SORRENTO

Después del desayuno, embárcate en una excursión de día completo a la encantadora isla de Capri. Si el tiempo lo permite, disfruta de un paseo en barco hasta la famosa "Grotta Azzurra" (Gruta Azul), donde la luz del sol se filtra a través de una cavidad submarina, iluminando las aguas con un resplandor azul de otro mundo. Continúa hasta los Giardini di Augusto (Jardines de Augusto), una terraza bellamente ajardinada que ofrece vistas panorámicas de las icónicas formaciones rocosas de los Faraglioni y de la bahía de Marina Piccola, un lugar ideal para hacer fotos y pasear. Contempla las amplias vistas de la bahía de Nápoles antes de disfrutar de tiempo libre para almorzar (no incluido). Después del desayuno, disfruta de tiempo libre para empaparte del encanto de Sorrento antes de nuestra salida vespertina (sobre las 13:15, a reconfirmar localmente). Con tu guía experto, viaja a Pompeya para realizar una visita guiada a pie de este lugar declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. El acceso sin colas, los auriculares personales y un receptor de radio garantizan que no te pierdas ni un detalle mientras tu guía da vida a la antigua ciudad, congelada en el tiempo por la erupción del Vesubio en el año 79 d.C. SALIDA DE ROMA

PAYMENTS

Deposits: More than 50 days from departure, deposits of $500 per person for multi-day city breaks, escorted and small-group tours; full payment at the time of booking for transfers & day tours.


For ready-to-book independent itineraries, a 25% deposit is required for bookings made more than 50 days before travel.


For fully customised itineraries, a non-refundable deposit of up to 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Full terms and conditions of your custom itinerary will be advised at the time of booking.


Final Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 50 days before departure.


Credit card bookings: Your authorisation to use your credit card number for deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have signed the appropriate document. Verbal authorisation of your credit card confirms your reservation. For security purposes, we are required to collect the passenger’s credit card billing address as well as the CVV code.


HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON A TOUR?

Tour sizes vary depending on the type of experience booked. You’ll find this information in the tour title within the tour details. Tours fall into the following categories: Escorted Tours (more than 25 people), Small Group Tours (between 8 and 25 people maximum, depending on the tour), and Independent Tours.


CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO TOURS

Tour cancellation: Omega Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Omega Tours will try to re-book the same or a similar tour.


Omega Tours cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Omega Tours.


Terms & Conditions on Offers:

Valid for new newsletter subscribers only. Offer applies to new bookings with a minimum purchase of $1,500 CAD. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to receive the discount. Not combinable with other promotions, including the EdvantagePerks Travel program and travel advisor reservations. Offers can be withdrawn at any time. Other conditions may apply


Cancellation & Change Fees

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE FEES - General as per above (Day Tours, Escorted & Small-Group Tours)

If your tour package includes museum or monument entrance tickets (Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Accademia Gallery, etc.), flights, ferries, and/or rail tickets, these components are 100% non-refundable at the time of booking.


All cancellations must be made in writing to Omega Tours.


For individual reservations, the following cancellation fees apply per person (unless noted for specific products/destinations in the tabs below):

  • 46 days or more before the departure date, we provide a full refund minus a $100 transaction fee.
  • 45 days to 31 days prior to departure date 50% of the total price (unless otherwise stated).
  • 30 days to, including on and after the departure date 100% of the total price.

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. Please verify with an Omega Tours travel advisor if you have any questions.


CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE FEES - Exception (Independent Tours) - 20% cancellation fee

If your trip package is a ready-to-book Independent Package, a 20% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled 46 days or more prior to the departure date.

* As noted above, if you are booking a fully customised itinerary, we will request up to a 30% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable, unless otherwise outlined.


This cancellation policy applies in most circumstances; however, we reserve the right to implement alternative cancellation terms for specific bookings or individual components of a booking. Certain exceptions, such as special events, conventions, or holiday periods, may require an increased deposit and, in some cases, a full non-refundable payment at the time of booking.


All cancellations must be made in writing to Omega Tours.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Omega Tours recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.


PARTICIPATION

For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Omega Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.


TRAVELLERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE OR SPECIAL NEEDS

We ask you to outline any disability or special needs requiring attention to Omega Tours at the time the reservation is made. Omega Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travellers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot guarantee individual assistance to a tour participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motorcoaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travellers who require such assistance and must assume full responsibility for the handicapped participant’s well-being. Motorised scooters are unsuitable for touring vacations in Europe.


SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by Omega Tours.


PRICE GUARANTEE

All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) available at the time of booking. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Prices are quoted in Canadian funds. However, once Omega Tours has received your deposit for any tour, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour prices are guaranteed at the time of booking. Tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Single-room supplements, along with triple and quad room reductions, are listed where applicable.


PASSPORTS & VISAS

All passengers require a valid passport. Certain countries require that the passport be valid for 6 months beyond the date of return. It is the passengers’ responsibility to obtain all visas and entry documents, and to meet all health advisories and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. We strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least 6 months after your date of return from your destination.

International travellers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements and MUST apply for an ESTA Visa online. Tourists entering Canada will also require an ETA Visa.


ACCOMMODATIONS & SERVICES

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations outlined in this brochure, except where such services cannot be fulfilled, or the itinerary is changed due to delays or other causes beyond the control of the Operators. In most circumstances, the Operators will do their best to provide comparable services, accommodation, and itineraries. No refunds will be given in this scenario.


BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

One suitcase per person is allowed. Due to limited vehicle capacity, the single bag should weight should not weigh more than 50 lbs (23kg). Airline baggage allowance may vary by carrier. We regret that we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits. Air carriers may also impose fees if the size or weight limits on checked or carry-on luggage are exceeded. Carry-on bags should not exceed airline restrictions. For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on motor coaches or vehicles. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the tour participants’ belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.


REFUNDS

Please note that any request for a refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the brochure; no refund can be made for unused services, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved, or for voluntary modifications made by the tour participant.


RESPONSIBILITY

Omega Tours and its employees and agents only act as representatives of the passengers and accept no responsibility for the passengers or for the quality of services provided in hotels, by airlines, trains, buses, or any other vehicle used in connection with the trip. This also applies to delays, luggage loss or damage, or accidents incurred by passengers resulting from the use of these means of transportation, whatever the cause. If, for the comfort or well-being of passengers or for any other reason, it becomes necessary or advisable to change the itinerary or arrangements, these changes will be made without any compensation due.


Omega Tours shall not be liable for failure in any of its obligations including any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellation, adverse weather conditions, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of Services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical due to any Acts of God, force majeure or third party wrongdoing.


All bookings made with any provider of transport, facilities, meals, other goods, or any services are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by them in relation to matters not covered by our agreement. This includes any of the above-mentioned Operators in the Omega Tours group of companies.


It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions, or requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of your not complying with them.


Every effort is made to ensure product accuracy; however, Omega Tours cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.


ITINERARY VARIATIONS

Omega Tours constantly strives to improve its tour itineraries. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order, in which case hotels may change from those stated on the itinerary pages.
