The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any delays, deviations, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, traffic, or national strikes, even if they result in missing a connecting service. These events are completely beyond the control of the Tour Operator.

No tour may be canceled or changed by you based on weather conditions unless the Tour Operator deems the weather an obstacle to the tour. In such cases, you will forfeit the cost of the tour with no refund.

The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel tours (including bike tours, horseback riding, boat trips, Vespa tours, tuk-tuk tours, and any other outdoor activities) when weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the clients' safety. In such cases, the Tour Operator will suggest rescheduling the tour for another day or offer to transfer the booking to a different tour of equal value at no extra charge.
