Día 1

Llegada a Phnom Penh (Cena)

¡Chum Reap Sour! Bienvenido a Phnom Penh, la capital de Camboya.

A tu llegada al aeropuerto, te recibirá nuestro amable guía. Comienza tu primera visita al símbolo de la capital en Wat Phnom, una estupa del siglo XV. Wat Phnom, una pequeña colina coronada por un wat (pagoda) en activo, marca la leyenda de la ciudad de Phnom Penh. El Monumento Independiente: el Naga (en total 100) o motivo de la serpiente es uno, que se puede ver en la historia, la cultura y la actualidad & la estatua de bronce del padre del difunto rey Norodom Sihanouk, se construye para conmemorar el primer aniversario de su muerte.

Cena en restaurante local & Comprobación del hotel.

Día 2

Visita a la ciudad de Phnom Penh de día completo (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)

Esta mañana, visita el Palacio Real, la increíble Pagoda de Plata con suelo de plata maciza, situada en el recinto del Palacio Real, que tiene miles de azulejos de plata en el suelo de la pagoda y posee la mayor estatua dorada de Buda. La Pagoda de Plata está en el recinto del Palacio Real y está hecha de 500 0 azulejos de plata. Museo Raung Damrei. Ir de compras al Mercado Central es uno de los mercados más grandes y concurridos de Phnom Penh. Situado en el corazón de la ciudad, el mercado fue construido en 1937 por los franceses. Almuerzo en un restaurante local.

Por la tarde, visita Toul Sleng (S-21), que en su día fue el Instituto Tuol Svay Prey y ahora es un aterrador recordatorio de los horrores del régimen de Pol Pot. La escuela se utilizó como cámara de tortura y se cree que allí murieron 16.000 personas. Después, dirígete al Museo Monetario SOSORO, un lugar donde podrás conocer los 2.000 años de historia monetaria de Camboya, desde la FUNAN hasta la actualidad. El museo está dividido en doce módulos diferentes. Destacan algunos hechos fundamentales y lecciones aprendidas de la historia económica y monetaria del país y se centran en la fuerte interacción entre dinero, crédito, crecimiento, inflación, etc.

Antes de que anochezca, haz una parada en la tienda libre de impuestos del subsuelo de Naga World para disfrutar de las compras.

Día 3

Phnom Penh - Siem Reap Por tierra (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)

** De 01 a 06 pax: en autobús público compartido de Giant Ibis, sin guía acompañante y comida por cuenta propia.

** A partir de 07pax- en transporte privado con guía turístico y almuerzo incluidos.


Esta mañana, saldremos de Phnom Penh hacia Siem Reap pasando por el templo de Angkor Wat. Aproximadamente, tendrás que pasar unas 06 horas que atraviesan 03 provincias Kandal, Kampong Cham y Kampong Thom.

A tu llegada a Siem Reap, te recibirá un guía turístico en inglés. El primer lugar que visitarás es la Residencia Real y el Jardín Real, así como el Santuario de Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chorm, situado justo al oeste de la residencia real. Se dice que representan a dos princesas angkorianas, estas estatuas sagradas se encontraban originalmente en la galería Preah Poan de Angkor Wat, pero se trasladaron por todo Siem Reap para protegerlas de los invasores, y finalmente se asentaron aquí en 1990. Los lugareños se agolpan aquí para rezar y pedir suerte, especialmente los recién casados. A continuación, trasládate a Wat Preah Prum Rath, la segunda pagoda más antigua de Siem Reap.

Dirígete al hotel para registrarte y luego dirígete a cenar a un restaurante local y disfruta de una hora de compras en el Mercado Nocturno de Angkor y de un paseo por la calle Pub.


Día 4

Siem Reap - Excursión a Angkor (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)

Esta mañana, tras desayunar en el hotel, entra por la Puerta Sur del Templo de Angkor Thom y maravíllate con las maravillas del espeluznante Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, la terraza de los Elefantes y la terraza del Rey Leproso. Antes de almorzar, visita el Templo de Ta Prohm : a diferencia de la mayoría de los demás templos de Angkor, la fotogénica y atmosférica combinación de árboles que crecen entre las ruinas y los alrededores selváticos lo han convertido en uno de los templos de Angkor más populares entre los visitantes. El almuerzo se servirá en un restaurante local.

Por la tarde, visita el famoso Angkor Wat, construido para el rey Suryavarman II a principios del siglo XII como su templo estatal y capital. Es el templo más grande y mejor conservado del lugar, y el único que ha seguido siendo un importante centro religioso -primero hindú y luego budista- desde su fundación hasta la vista del atardecer en Angkor Wat. Cena en un restaurante local

Pasa la noche en Siem Reap en el hotel que elijas.

Código de conducta para la visita al templo:

- Código de vestimenta: La ropa reveladora, como pantalones cortos y faldas por encima de las rodillas y mostrar los hombros desnudos, está prohibida en los lugares temidos. En Angkor se recomienda encarecidamente vestir de forma respetuosa.

- Está prohibido fumar cigarrillos dentro del templo.

- La Torre Bakan (Torre Central) del Templo de Angkor Wat cierra siempre los días de Sabath budista; los días religiosos budistas (cuatro días al mes).No se puede subir a la torre.


Día 5

Siem Reap - Montaña Kuleng - Río 1000 Lingas (Desayuno/Almuerzo/Cena)

Esta mañana viajaremos aproximadamente 1 hora hasta la Montaña Kulen - 1000 Lingas, una enorme meseta situada al noreste de la ciudad de Siem Reap, a unos 50 kilómetros. Fue uno de los lugares más importantes durante el periodo de Angkor. La historia de la época de Angkor comenzó aquí, cuando el rey Jayavarman II proclamó, en el año 802 d.C., la independencia de Java, y asentó su capital en este lugar. Esta montaña es el lugar de recursos para cientos de construcciones de templos jemeres, en el Periodo Dorado de Angkor, donde se pueden encontrar muchos secretos e historias asombrosas detrás de ella. La montaña era la fuente del río Siem Reap, que más tarde abastecería a la ciudad de Angkor de agua para el cultivo y el uso diario. Como se habían tallado cientos de lingas bajo el agua cristalina de la montaña, se convirtió en río sagrado del Imperio Jemer durante Angkor. El almuerzo se organizará en un restaurante local de la montaña. Tras el almuerzo, en el camino de vuelta, haz una parada en la aldea de Pradark, donde verás a los aldeanos fabricando azúcar de palma, artesanía que venden a los turistas. Es una buena oportunidad para ver a la población local viviendo en el campo y luchando por su vida diaria.

Regresa a la ciudad y disfruta de otra experiencia para ver la puesta de sol desde Angkor Eyes, la noria más alta con 85 metros de altura y 48 cabinas con aire acondicionado. En la altura de 85 metros, tendrás una gran experiencia para descubrir la ciudad de Siem Reap, los famosos templos de Angkor Wat, contemplar la ciudad con una vista panorámica impresionante y fabulosa.

Día 6

Salida de Siem Reap (Desayuno)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to “us”, “we”, “our” and/or “Conical Travel” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Conical Travel Limited. A contract will exist between you and us when we issue an invoice in response to your request for a booking.

1. Booking & Payment

A/ Booking

All bookings must be made via the reservation form featured on our website or via email to the address [email protected]. Response will be forthcoming within 12 hours.

If total value of your booking is more than $100, bookings must be secured by a deposit of a minimum of 25% of the total. This deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel your tour. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this amount of deposit. Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to your departure date. 

If total value of your booking is less than $100, a full and non-refundable payment will be charged.

Note: Customized tours need a full payment at least 45 days prior to your departure date.

B/ Payment Method

Conical Travel accepts payments in methods as below:

a. Secure Online Payment:

Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system, with about 3.3% - 3.5% bank fees (for Visa, Master, ...); 4.5% for Paypal or about 4% bank fees (for AMEX cards) at his expense. 

Note: the bank fees above are just estimated and will be exactly revealed before payment.

b. Bank Transfer:

The customer can also pay by bank transfer. The bank details of Conical Travel will be communicated to the customer upon conclusion of the service contract. Bank charges, determined by the client's bank and Conical Travel’, are the responsibility of the client.

c. Cash Payment :

Payments in cash are made to the Conical Travel’ office or directly to its agents upon presentation of a stamped invoice. If customers stay far from our office, we will help to make the payment at your accepted places.

Unlike other modes, the cash payment does not entail any costs.

2. Prices

All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services which we arrange on your behalf. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes and accommodation increases. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. No refunds will be made in respect of accommodation, meals, activities, transport or other services which are included in the tour price but, for whatever reason, are not utilized by you.

3. Cancellations By Customers

Cancellation of a booking by customers must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply:

≥ 15 days Deposit

14 – 07 days 50% of total price

06 days – 48 hours 75% of total price

< 48 hours 100% of total price

Note: 

- Depending on destination, airlines, hotels and cruise operator cancellation policies, the above cancellation policy is subject to change.

- No refunds are given in case of force majeure

- Any travel interrupted or shortened or any service not used by clients for any reason whatsoever does not lead to any compensation or reimbursement.

4. Cancellations Or Modifications By Us

Every effort will be made to operate all tours as advertised but it must be remembered that our tours are planned in advance and due to factors outside our control. It may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:

• Services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;

• Services of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price; or

• Cancellation with a full refund of all money paid (not applied in force majeure)

A material modification is one which has a serious affect on your tour and includes a change of departure date, departure point or airport, or change of departure time of more than twelve hours, which would cause substantial inconvenience to you. A change of accommodation or transport style is not a material change. In the event that there are an insufficient number of bookings to provide a particular tour, we may cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for your tours shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Conical Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.

5. Travel Insurance

We will do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. However, all travel involves some degree of risk and we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your adventure. Your insurance protection should include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability. Evidence of such insurances should be produced to Conical Travel on request. Insurance cover offered by credit card companies or reciprocal medical cover agreements are often not comprehensive.

6. Itinerary Exclusions

Please note that, unless otherwise specifically stated in your itinerary, airfares, airport transfers, departure taxes, early/late hotel check-ins, gratuities, personal expenses and some meals are excluded from the tour price. We are happy to provide you with a quote for airport transfers, early check-in or any additional services you might require.

7. About Infant & Child Prices

Child under 2 Free of charge (not applied for air tickets)

Child from 3-5 50% of total tour (not applied for air tickets)

Child from 6-11 75% of total tour (not applied for air tickets)

Child from 12 and above Adult price


Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.

8. Special Requests

You must let us know at the time of making your booking if you have special requests or needs (such as ground floor accommodation, disability access or specific dietary requirements). We will try to meet any request you have, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every person’s needs and we make no promises and take no responsibility for special requests which we are unable to fulfil. If we reasonably feel we are unable to satisfactorily accommodate your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline the booking or ask for you to be accompanied by a person who is able to provide full assistance to you throughout your tour.

9. Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your tour.

10. Travel Documents & Conduct

All travellers must check their travel documentation to ensure that the dates are correct, visas have been obtained and passports have at least six months validity. Please ensure you carefully read your invoice and all other documents we send to you as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect. If you do not arrive on the agreed date for your tour we may treat the tour as having been cancelled by you.

You must follow our instructions at all times and you agree to indemnify us against any loss or injury suffered as a result of failing to comply with our instructions. You must conduct yourself in a proper manner so as to not to cause disturbance or offence to other travellers and you agree to take responsibility for any damage you cause to our or any third party’s property. We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage sustained by you arising from or in relation to your contravention of any law of any place while on the tour. You indemnify us for all third party actions taken against us for loss or damage caused by you or arising from your participation on the tour. 

11. Feedback

If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, you should report it to your tour guide so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Any feedback made to Conical Travel following the conclusion of the tour should be made in writing within 14 days of completion of the tour. In the event that you do not notify us in writing within 14 days, our ability to investigate negative feedback may be prejudiced.

12. Photography

We occasionally take photos during our tours for use in promotional material. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such use of your photographic/video likeness.

13. Our Role As Agent

Certain third party-provided services (including third party-provided flights, coach and boat transport), hotel accommodation, meals, and certain sight-seeing activities are arranged by us in our capacity as agent only. Our obligation is to make bookings on your behalf for such services and to arrange relevant contracts between you and such service providers. We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers but we have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal rights in relation to such services are against the specific service provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, not against us. You acknowledge that this clause shall apply to all third party-provided services notwithstanding that our tour guide may accompany you during provision of such services.

14. Monies Not Held On Trust

All monies paid by you to us will be our property and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us on trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.
