Katmandú es la ciudad de los templos, y ahí es donde comienza todo el viaje. Un viaje en coche de Katmandú a Machha Khola te lleva a las vistas más hermosas de ríos y campos en terrazas. Después de Machha Khola, el peregrino del tiempo se adentra en las tierras salvajes cruzando ríos y atravesando pequeñas aldeas. Esto se contornea en un agradable trekking a través de frondosos bosques y pintorescos pueblecitos como Jagat, Deng, Namrung, Lho Gaun y Samagaun, conocidos por sus espectaculares vistas del Himalaya.

Las entrañables colinas nos llenan el corazón con su pródiga belleza mientras realizamos este trekking a Goa y luego a Tilije. Este trekking también nos lleva a través de bosques de rododendros y por paisajes bastante maravillosos, y finalmente nos sumerge en las culturas locales Gurung.
Puedes volver a Katmandú en coche desde Tilije. Puedes pasar el resto del tiempo viendo los mercados locales o haciendo compras antes de irte.

Before setting off on your trekking adventure, you’ll meet your experienced guide for a detailed pre-trek briefing. During this session, your guide will walk you through the itinerary, explain the route, highlight key stops, and share important safety tips. After having breakfast in your hotel, the trek officially commences with a drive to Machha Khola via Soti Khola in a private 4WD vehicle. The concrete road from Kathmandu to Salyantar takes around 4-5 hours. The road gives beautiful views of rivers and terraced fields.
We drive through the bank of the Budhi Gandaki River. It is pretty dusty and bumpy and takes around 4-5 hours drive to reach Machha Khola.
You refresh yourself in the teahouse and relax for a while.
Este día caminamos a través de la prueba. Empezamos nuestro viaje a Jagat desde Machha Khola y nos dirigimos hacia una pequeña aldea Khoela Bensi y Tatopani- aguas termales. Podemos ver sus plantas de marihuana junto con otras plantas verdes. Pasamos por puentes colgantes sobre Budhi Gandaki y ascendemos durante el trekking.
En el camino del trekking, captarás atractivas aves, magníficos paisajes y la belleza escénica de la naturaleza. Pararás a almorzar en Dovan (1070 m) y continuarás el trekking a través de aldeas tradicionales Gurung y Magar.
A medida que subimos, verás un cambio en el tiempo, paisajes atractivos y la vista de los alrededores. Al cabo de unas horas llegaremos a Jagat (1340 m). Jagat es una pequeña aldea cuyo nombre procede del sánscrito "conciencia". La hospitalidad de los habitantes de esta aldea es increíble. Pasarás la noche aquí y disfrutarás de la auténtica comida nepalí y de tu tiempo explorando el pueblo.
Desde Jagat, después de desayunar nos dirigimos hacia Deng. La caminata dura unas 7 horas y pasa por Salleri, Ghatta Khola, puentes colgantes, bosques frondosos y las aldeas locales de Gurungs.
El viaje te ofrece una vista impresionante de las montañas - Sringi Himal (7.177 m), cascadas y paisajes diversos. En esta prueba hay estupas budistas, banderas de oración y monasterios. Esta prueba pasa por flora y fauna que incluye diferentes árboles y rododendros.
Continuando el viaje, el sendero te lleva a la aldea de Deng, desde donde verás majestuosas vistas de las montañas nevadas. Podrás explorar el pueblo e interactuar con la gente local. Pasarás la noche en Deng.
Después de comer en Deng, continuamos nuestro trekking a través de diversos paisajes de la región. Cruzamos el Budhi Gandaki, subimos por la carretera en zigzag durante unos 25 minutos y llegamos a la aldea de Rana (1900 m). Continuamos nuestro viaje pasando por varias aldeas pequeñas y valles. Atravesarás un frondoso bosque con pinos y rododendros.
Cuando te acerques a Namrung, verás piedras Mani (antiguas escrituras de mantras tibetanos), monasterios y banderas de oración. Empieza a aparecer la influencia de la cultura tibetana. Tras cruzar Budhi Gandaki, llegaremos a la aldea de Namrung, donde pasaremos la noche.
En este día, el trekking atraviesa paisajes impresionantes a lo largo del muro de piedra de Mani. Verás hermosas montañas nevadas, como el Manaslu, el Pico 29 y otros picos. Caminaremos a través de aldeas y campos tradicionales, visitando Lihi y Sho (2880 m) antes de llegar a Lho Gaun, conocido por sus monasterios y sus impresionantes vistas de las montañas.
Podremos ver la cumbre gemela del Manaslu desde Lho (3180 m). Podrás explorar las aldeas de Lho e interactuar con la población local. La vista matinal desde la aldea de Lho es impresionante.
Deleitando tus ojos con el amanecer, desayuna y comienza tu viaje a pie hasta Samagaon. Vas a caminar por un bonito terreno de bosques, campos en terrazas y magníficas vistas de las montañas.
La cultura tibetana es omnipresente en esta parte del mundo y te encontrarás con bastantes tingzhe, muros mani y chortens. El camino está definido en su mayor parte, aunque también hay terreno rocoso e irregular. Busca la miríada de especies de aves y, si tienes suerte, la algo esquiva oveja azul. La diferente flora del sendero de montaña puede ser una de las plantas y flores más conocidas que adornan los caminos a medida que cambia la altitud.
Pasamos por un puente de madera que cruza el Budi Gandaki y continuamos por campos de cultivo y algunos pequeños asentamientos. Samagaon te interesará porque es bastante más grande que Lho Gaun y tiene pocas casas de té, albergues y tiendas establecidas. Samagaon es una importante parada de los excursionistas para aclimatarse y para los que esperan explorar las zonas cercanas, como el campamento base del Manaslu.
Es necesario que aclimates tu cuerpo antes de dirigirte a altitudes más elevadas. Después de disfrutar del desayuno, descansarás un día o puedes hacer una pequeña excursión a Pungyen Gompa y disfrutar visitando varios monasterios.
Puedes ir al Campo Base del Manaslu y volver a Samagaun. Tardarás unas 7-8 horas. Puedes disfrutar visitando la aldea local, interactuando con la gente del lugar y aprendiendo sobre la cultura y las tradiciones de la aldea.
Este día descansaremos más y disfrutaremos del trekking. Pasa la noche en Samagaun y prepárate para el día siguiente.
Hoy va a ser una caminata corta, pero te recompensará por todo lo que has hecho hoy, ya que las vistas son muy hermosas y culturalmente ricas. Estarás rodeado de bellos paisajes, incluidos los terrenos rocosos del valle. El trekking te lleva a través de pueblos de estilo tibetano, donde el budismo tibetano ha dejado su impronta en toda la zona.
El camino general está bien marcado, pero a veces es rocoso, irregular y accidentado. Hay varias especies de fauna y flora, y puede que incluso veas pájaros y otros animales durante el trekking.
Samdo es un pequeño pueblo. Allí hay un par de casas de té y alojamientos. Es uno de los últimos asentamientos importantes antes de adentrarte en zonas aún más periféricas, cerca de la frontera tibetana.
Desde Samdo se camina hasta Dharmasala en unas 4-5 horas. Es el camino hacia la base del paso de Larkya La. Este tramo del sendero ofrece unas vistas impresionantes y la oportunidad de experimentar la verdadera cultura.
Al llegar a Dharmasala, se puede ver que es un asentamiento sencillo formado principalmente por casas de té y albergues. Es un alto para los senderistas que se dirigen al Paso de Larkya La al día siguiente.
Caminar desde Dharmasala por el paso de Larkya La (5160 m) hasta Bhimtang es una caminata que nunca se olvidará. Se tarda más que otros días, ya que se recorren unas 9 horas. Pero es un día emocionante y una milla completa cuando se cruza uno de los pasos superiores del trekking.
Una vez que llegues a la cima en el paso de Larkya La, ahora te verás recompensado con las vistas de las alturas vecinas, como el Himlung Himal a 7126 m, el Cheo Himal a 6820 m, y el Kang Kuru, que se eleva a 6981 m. Suele haber banderas de oración en el paso; ideales para hacer fotos y disfrutar del logro de cruzar un paso de alta montaña.
Puedes quedarte un poco más en el paso y luego empezar a bajar hacia Bhimtang. La pendiente puede ser bastante formidable, y cuando el sendero está suelto o accidentado, aún más dura. Puede que Bhimtang sea el más hermoso de todos los lugares del Circuito del Manaslu. Es un buen lugar para holgazanear y disfrutar de la paz del Himalaya.
Desde Bhimtang, el increíble trekking comienza con una caminata cuesta abajo que ondula gradualmente hacia los frondosos bosques y los hermosos prados alpinos. En el descenso, disfruta de las magníficas vistas de la cordillera del Manaslu y los picos circundantes. Este pueblo se encuentra a orillas del río, por lo que es un lugar ideal para descansar. Goa es el medio tiempo perfecto antes de dirigirte hacia Tilije y luego volver a la civilización.
Supone un ascenso y descenso gradual desde Goa hasta Tilije, atravesando hermosas vistas. El sendero serpentea por zonas rurales, campos en terrazas y encantadoras aldeas.
Al llegar a Tilije, verás que es un pueblo acogedor, con varios albergues y casas de té. Un lugar estupendo para recuperar el aliento antes de tu viaje de vuelta a Katmandú, Tilije es conocido por sus amables y hospitalarios habitantes, además de por su sabor a vida tradicional de aldea nepalí.
Normalmente tardarás unas 8-9 horas en conducir de Tilije a Katmandú, dependiendo del tráfico y del estado de la carretera. Atravesarás el exuberante terreno verde de la región de Manaslu y te adentrarás en las zonas más desarrolladas que conducen a Katmandú.
En cuanto llegues a Katmandú, podrás disfrutar de un buen descanso y pensar en la maravillosa experiencia del trekking. Dependiendo de tu horario, también tendrás tiempo para explorar los lugares de interés de última hora, ir de compras o comer algo en esta vibrante ciudad.

Booking of a Trip
To ensure the booking of a trip with us, you will have to deposit 20% of the total cost in our bank account. We will forward you our bank details when you are ready to book. Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm your booking for you desired trip.
The balance amount of the trip is payable upon your arrival in Kathmandu on the first day.
Payment
While you can bank transfer on pay online the advance deposit, the balance can be paid either in cash or by card on the first day of the trip in Kathmandu. We accept cash in USD or other convertible currency and also the payment by visa or master cards.
Travelers Cheque, however, is not accepted.
Trip Cancellation
The trip once booked is guaranteed to depart. But Approved Holidays reserves all rights to cancel the trip without prior consent of the client. However, there is less chance of cancellation from our side unless we go through any unforeseeable and uncontrollable situation like natural disasters and troubles.
We will inform you of any such situation and discuss with you to plan the trip for some next possible date. But if you do not want to continue in such situation, we will refund you the deposited amount which may take some time because of our current banking policy. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such situation.
But if you cancel the trip, for any reason, we will not be able to refund you the deposited amount. If there appears the situation where you will not be able to travel as scheduled, you can definitely talk to us to postpone the trip for another date. We will schedule the trip for another date for the same deposited amount. However the total cost of the trip may differ depending upon the time of the year that you postpone the trip to. The difference in cost is just a possibility.
Travel Insurance
Insuring you travel is for your convenience and safety. Travel Insurance can prove highly helpful and beneficial in time of need, especially while you are travelling. We highly recommend that you buy a travel insurance policy before you travel to Nepal on any of our trip. While most of our holidays are soft adventures indulging in culture, nature, and spirituality, you may like to enjoy some optional adventure activities.
Having travel insurance will keep you comfortable in time of need. To cover you against your possible accident, death, sickness, evacuation, repatriation, loss of your luggage etc., you will need to buy an insurance that covers all these categories.
Itinerary
While our itineraries are customizable before the time of booking, we will not be able to bring major changes on it once the trip is confirmed and is near to the departure date. However, we will try our best to do whatever we can to change it to suit your interest if there is any need to do so. But we cannot guarantee that the major changes can take place.
We operate our tours in association with other local partners like hotels, airlines, buses and other service providers. And any major changes that you request near the departure date are the subject to availability.

When you book a tour with us, you fully understand and acknowledge that you are taking up this tour on your own risk.

Our customer’s satisfaction and happiness are our foremost priority. Please go through our terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip with us! These terms and conditions are effective from the date you booked the trip us:
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
For Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan Tours. A photocopy of your passport and a 20% deposit of the total cost of the trip should be provided to us by you while booking the trip. The 20% deposit amount is non-refundable once you have made the down payment for the trip. The deposit will be considered as a trip cancellation fee if you cancel your trip on any day after booking the trip with us. The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your trek/tour.
Note: In Bhutan and Tibet tours, you need to pay the balance amount 20 days before your departure date if you intend to fly to those countries directly. We reserve our right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our stipulated time.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKING
We even accept the last-minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 1 days before the trip departure dates. However, last-minute bookings may not be acceptable in the case of the Bhutan or Tibet trips.
POSTPONE THE TRIP
Written notice should be sent to us if you cannot travel on the allocated days due to any reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, please be informed that the 20% deposit you made upon booking the trip with us will be considered as a trip cancellation fee. And this policy is effectively applicable right after you confirmed your booking with us. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
The following cancellation charges will apply if a confirmed booking is cancelled:
46 days or more before the trip departure date:
30% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
45 to 31 days before the trip departure date:
40% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
30 to 15 days before the trip departure date:
60% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
14 days or less before the trip departure date:
100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
And if you have paid more than the trip deposit, we shall reduce the 20% trip deposit from that amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method.
ITINERARY
All our tours run on the basis of the itinerary included. However, in unforeseen circumstances, there may be a need to change the itinerary during your tour. In such a case the guide has sole discretion. if he/she deems it necessary for the safety of travellers and the crew members.
COST INCLUSION
All our tours have a section that clearly mentions what is included in the cost of your tour and what is not. Please read the “Includes and Excludes” section carefully before booking. All the expenses incurred by you other than mentioned in the itinerary will be your responsibility.
RISK AND LIABILITIES
All of the Nepal, China, and Bhutan tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in the rules and regulations of the country, any government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellations of flights, delays, sickness or accidents, breakdown of vehicles, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall have to be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
INCOMPLETE TOUR
We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek, or expedition, whatever the reason from the customer’s side.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If your trip gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war, or unfavourable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. So even if your trip won’t be the one you had chosen, your money will not go in vain.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package for all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage, and personal effects.
FLIGHT DELAY/CANCELLATION
Flight delays and cancellations are likely to happen often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Approved Holidays will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
DURING THE TOUR
If you commit any unlawful act during your tour and are compelled to leave Nepal, Approved Holidays is not liable for any refunds.
WARNING
Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will collect your contact details at the time of your booking which, you fully acknowledge, we will use it for contacting you and sending you information related to the tour. You also acknowledge that we may use your email address to send you our special discount offers and other promotional materials in the future. However, all the information you provide to us will not be disclosed to any third party except our affiliated service providers like airlines, hotels and government authorities at the time of your tour operates.
