Special Rates
Special Rates are quoted in US Dollars (US$) or Rupiah (IDR), include local tax and service charge and subject to change without prior notice. Our special rates are always maintained below the hotel published rate and never higher than hotel published rate. Note : To avoid any inconveniences, some of the hotel has the Surcharge for High Season & Peak season therefore please pay attention for this matter.

The services, which is offered in Online Reservation, Published rates, Special Rates, etc. is Legal. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservation or purchase and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipating of demand. Any Internet user can take benefit from the Special Rates offer services by browsing at the database. Special Rates offer are those that are sold by diwiratravel.com to its clients.

Reservation Procedures
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply within 1 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform you and give the other suggestion. To secure your reservation we request down payment trough bank transfer.
Payment
We request full payment for all tour and activities.
Accomodation
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of reservation. If diwiratravel.com is unable to confirm the hotel(s) listed in our quotation, we will attempt to secure space at a similar hotel of equal standard and cost. In the event a similar hotel is not available, a supplement may be charged. Some hotels require non–refundable and non–transferable deposits in order to guarantee a booking. In such cases, diwiratravel.com will notify the tour organizer and require reimbursement for any payments and expenses incurred if the group subsequently fails to materialize or the tour organizer for any reason cancels the tour.
Cancellation & Refund
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations. We will impose cancellation charges as follows:
6 days or less prior to departure - Non-refundable
7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
16-24 Days Prior to Departure Date - 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
25 or more Days Prior to Departure Date - 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
Confirmation
We will send your Confirmation Number & Performa Invoice by e-mail when your reservation is already confirmed. Note: Please mention your Confirmation Number if you have any other inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.
Travel Documents
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
Liability
All tour arrangements are made by diwiratravel.com as agent for contractors of tourist services only. diwiratravel.com will in no event be liable for any injury, damage, loss, theft or acts of default of any carrier, hotelier, other party or employees of such in performing the services for which tickets of exchange orders are issued. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be unforeseen changes in sightseeing or hotels. diwiratravel.com will make every effort to keep the itineraries as they are shown.
Accordingly, participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier, and not to hold balifreelancetours.com liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise, of any entity providing goods and services for the trip or any available option — e.g. without limitation, the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, hotel overbooking or any flight delays.
Participant(s) also agree not to hold balifreelancetours.com liable for circumstances beyond its control — e.g. force majeure, terrorism, war, or acts of God —. diwiratravel.com accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay, changes, or cancellations in train, bus, ship, airplanes or other services, sickness, weather, war, terrorist acts, strikes, quarantine, or other causes. Baggage is transported at the client's risk throughout the tour.
Law of Agreement
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
Additional Term
Additional Terms and conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other terms & conditions.
Communication
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile, please supply us.
Health & Fitness
All tour participants must possess physical or mental conditions good enough to fit for traveling. They must be responsible for their own health conditions. In the event that the tour participants have serious illnesses, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove that they are fit for travel. We will not undertake any legal obligation in participant's health conditions.
We strongly recommends that all persons traveling obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
