Mejor época para el Trekking al Campo Base del Annapurna:
El otoño (de septiembre a noviembre) y la primavera (de marzo a mayo) son las mejores estaciones: cielos despejados, temperaturas suaves y vistas increíbles.
- El invierno (diciembre a febrero) ofrece soledad y senderos tranquilos, aunque las temperaturas pueden ser duras.
- Monzón/Verano (junio a agosto) trae lluvia y senderos resbaladizos, pero es la época más verde del año.

Llegada a Katmandú (1.300 m)
Vuelo a Pokhara (823 m/2.700 pies) 30 minutos de vuelo, caminata a Ghandruk (1940 m/6360 pies): 5 - 6 horas de marcha
Tomamos el vuelo a Pokhara , el lado derecho del avión ofrecerá las mejores vistas del Himalaya.Representantes de Serene Himalaya te recogerán en el aeropuerto de Pokhara.
Después nos dirigiremos en coche durante 1 hora y 20 minutos a Nayapul (puente nuevo) en la carretera principal cerca de Birethanti y comenzaremos nuestro trekking. Desde Birethanti, caminamos hasta Ghandruk, un hermoso pueblo habitado mayoritariamente por la comunidad gurung. Si el tiempo lo permite, puedes visitar el museo Gurung. Pasa la noche en Ghandruk.
De Ghandruk a Chhomrong (2170 m): 5 - 6 horas
Subimos cuesta arriba durante aproximadamente una hora hasta Kimrungdanda, mientras disfrutamos de magníficas vistas del Annapurna Sur, Hiunchuli, la montaña Cola de Pez (Machhapuchhre) y el Ganggapurna. Luego emprendemos un descenso empinado hasta el Kimrong Khola. Después de otro ascenso empinado desde Kimrong Khola hasta Chere Danda, descendemos un rato y luego es un paseo suave hasta Chhomrong, un hermoso pueblo situado en el regazo del gigantesco Annapurna. Pasaremos la noche en Chhomrong.
De Chhomrong a Bambú (2310 m): 4 - 5 horas
Descendemos 2500 escalones de piedra y cruzamos el puente sobre Chhomrong Khola. Desde aquí hay una subida hasta Sinuwa. A continuación, atravesamos un hermoso bosque hasta Kuldihar, seguido de un fácil descenso hasta Bamboo. Pasaremos la noche en Bamboo.
De Bambú a Deurali (3230 m/10.595 pies): 3 - 4 horas
Caminamos por un bosque de bambú húmedo y frío, y luego ascendemos de forma constante por varios tramos empinados. Al llegar al Hotel Himalaya, el bosque se abre al sol con una vista asombrosa del río glaciar que hay debajo. Luego emprendemos una empinada subida a través de un bosque mucho más seco antes de llegar a la Cueva de Hinku, donde el sendero desciende más cerca del río antes de subir de nuevo a Deurali, el tramo más pintoresco del día. La vegetación es más escasa, lo que permite unas vistas mágicas del valle, del río y de los escarpados acantilados rocosos con bandas de tenues cascadas. Pasa la noche en Deurali.
Deurali al Campo Base del Annapurna (4.130 m/13.545 pies) vía el Campo Base del Machhapuchhre (3.700 m/12.135 pies): 5 - 6 horas
Subimos suavemente por el lecho de un río y luego por un sendero empinado hasta la ladera de la montaña, y después una caminata algo agotadora desde Bagar hasta el Campo Base del Machhapuchhre. Desde el campamento base obtenemos excelentes vistas del majestuoso Machhapuchhre junto con los montes Hiunchuli, Annapurna Sur, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli y Gangapurna. La vegetación escasea a partir de entonces y el camino se ensancha a medida que entramos en el santuario de los Annapurnas. Desde aquí, obtenemos unas vistas sensacionales de la cara sur casi vertical del Annapurna, que se eleva sobre nosotros. El santuario presume de una vista dinámica sin nada que impida la panorámica de 360 grados. Desde el campamento base volvemos a saborear vistas hipnotizadoras del Machhapuchhre, el Annapurna Sur , el Annapurna I, el Hiunchuli y otros picos. Pasaremos la noche en el Campo Base del Annapurna.
Del Campo Base del Annapurna a Bamboo: 7 - 8 horas
Desde el campamento base del Annapurna volvemos sobre nuestros pasos cuesta abajo hasta Bamboo. Pasaremos la noche en Bamboo.
De Bambú a Jhinu Danda (1760 m/5770 pies): 5 - 6 horas
Desde Bamboo, es una caminata cuesta arriba hasta Kuldighar, seguida de un descenso hasta Chhomrong Khola. Luego subimos los escalones de piedra hasta Chhomrong. A continuación, el sendero desciende hasta Jhinu Danda, donde descansaremos durante la noche. También puedes dar un paseo de 15-20 minutos cuesta abajo para disfrutar de las aguas termales. Pasaremos la noche en Jhinu Danda.
Caminata a Naya Pul y después en coche a Pokhara: 6 horas de caminata, 1 hora de coche
Hacemos senderismo desde Jhinu Danda hasta Nayapul, mientras disfrutamos del asombroso paisaje de colinas del oeste de Nepal. Desde Nayapul, nos dirigimos a Pokhara. Pasaremos la noche en Pokhara.
*Si la construcción de la carretera que conecta Jhinu Danda con Nayapul está terminada, podemos saltarnos el trekking y conducir de Jhinu Danda a Pokhara.
Vuelo a Katmandú
Volaremos de vuelta a Katmandú por la tarde. En Katmandú, puedes pasar el día explorando más de Katmandú, o comprando recuerdos, preciosas pashminas o intrincadas obras de arte. Por la noche habrá una cena de despedida. Pasa la noche en Katmandú.
Salida Final: Hogar, dulce hogar

Terms and Condition
1. HOW TO BOOK:
Your contract will be with Serene Himalaya Treks and expedition. To book any of our trips, please send the completed booking form along with the copy of your passport and 20% of the total amount as a non refundable booking deposit per person per trip.
2. PAYMENT:
The balance of the trip price is payable on your arrival in Nepal/Tibet/Bhutan/India. If final payment is not received 2 days after your arrival, cancellation conditions will apply as per the clause below. Final trip documentation will be released upon full trip payment.
3. TRIP AMENDMENTS/TRANSFERS:
AMENDMENT: If you wish to make amendments to your trip arrangements, you must notify SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION in writing. Each amendment to your trip arrangements will incur a $30 administration fee and you will be liable for any increase in airfares or operational expenses occasioned by the amendment.
TRANSFER: If you wish to transfer from one tour to another, you must notify SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION in writing. Once SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION receives your notice the transfer will take effect and the following transfer charges will apply:
If your notice is received more than 60 days prior to your original departure date, a $100 transfer fee will apply. In addition, any increase in airfares or operational services will be payable by you: or
If your notice is received within 60 days prior to your original departure date, charges will be as per cancellation clause.
It may not be possible to make any transfers of the bookings within 10 days of departure. Fees for the late changes will vary from a minimum of USD 50 and above per booking, if the changes can be made.
4. CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify Serene Himalaya Treks and Expedition
in writing. Once Serene Himalaya Treks and Expedition
receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date, your full deposit will be forfeited.
If cancellation takes place between 60 and 7 days prior to your departure date, 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
If cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.
No refunds are made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip starts and refunds will be at the discretion of SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or any services not used
5. CANCELLATION DUE TO TRIP BOOKING NUMBERS:
Serene Himalaya Treks and Expedition
reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to run. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has two fully paid travelers, unless minimum number stated otherwise. In this case you are entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value without charge or you will be given a full refund of the trip price paid by you. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has two fully paid travelers, unless minimum number stated otherwise.
6. ROUTE CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION OR DELAY:
SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION reserves the right to change the route, postpone, cancel or delay the trip due to reasons beyond its control such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, strikes, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions etc. In this case SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION will refund the trip price only.
If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date, your full deposit will be forfeited.
If cancellation takes place between 60 and 7 days prior to your departure date, 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
If cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.
7. INSURANCE:
It is a condition of booking a trip with SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION. Your insurance must include cover for; medical expenses, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items and cancellation and curtailment, cost of repatriation and evacuation via whatever means necessary including by helicopter/air ambulance. If, in the event of an emergency medical rescue or evacuation from a trip of you the client, either by foot, helicopter or otherwise the responsibility for the payment of such costs will lie with the client. Any subsequent costs incurred for expenses such as hotels, food, transport etc shall be borne by the client. You must ensure that your insurance covers all of the activities you expect to participate in your trip. You must provide evidence to SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION upon your arrival. If you cannot provide the evidence of insurance you will be required to take out a suitable policy at that time. If you are not insured for any reason, you will not be allowed to continue with your trip and will not be entitled to any refund for services not provided.
8. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS:
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. In some cases, full and correct passport information is required when a booking is submitted to us in order that we can obtain necessary tickets, permits and visas on your behalf. If you do not supply the appropriate and correct information when you make your booking, we will not be able to make the necessary bookings on your behalf and cannot be held responsible.
9. RESPONSIBILITY:
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realise and accept the risks and hazards potentially involved in adventure holidays and that you are mentally and physically capable of undertaking your chosen trip. You must tell us if you have an existing medical condition or disability that might affect your holiday or other group members enjoyment of it, before you book your holiday. If, in our reasonable opinion, your chosen holiday is not suitable for your medical condition or disability we reserve the right to refuse your booking. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if medical problems are discovered and, in this eventuality, we will give a full refund but no compensation. You are responsible for bringing with you the proper clothing and equipment, which we advise you about in our trip information.
10. HEALTH & PHYSICAL FITNESS:
Trips take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Evacuation, where necessary, can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. Medical and evacuation expenses will be your responsibility. SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse a participant the right to participate in a tour on medical or fitness grounds.
11. TRIP LEADER:
SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION nominated trip leaders take their responsibilities seriously and if for any reason a nominated tour leader believes, in his or her absolute discretion, that you should not participate in the tour, before your departure, he/she may exclude you from the tour. In this event, you will be offered the option of taking another tour considered suitable for you or a full refund. If for any reason during a tour the nominated tour leader considers you should not participate further due to you committing an illegal act, or in the opinion of the nominated tour leader, your behaviour is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, or your fitness or health is inadequate, he or she may direct you not to continue and you must follow the nominated trip leader's instructions. In this case you will not be entitled to any refund.
12. JURISDICTION:
No employee, representative or agent of SERENE HIMALAYA TREKS AND EXPEDITION other than Company Head or Directors to vary these conditions. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Nepal Government.
13. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT:
If you have a problem during your holiday, you must inform your trip leader who will endeavour to put things right.
14. PROMOTIONAL IMAGES:
Any likeness or image of you secured or taken on any of our trips may be used by the company without charge in all media (whether now existing or in the invented) for bona fide promotional materials of any kind, such as brochures, website slides, video shows and the internet.
