Itinerario

Viajes a medida a las Líneas de Nazca , Machupicchu, el programa de viajes de Conde te conducirá a través de una aventura histórica. En primer lugar, Lima, considerada la capital gastronómica de Perú, además de contar con algunos de los museos más importantes del país. A continuación, sobrevolarás las intrigantes Líneas de Nazca, asombrosas formas talladas en el desierto hace siglos que sólo pueden verse desde el aire. Después, navegarás por las Islas Ballestas, repletas de leones marinos, pingüinos, delfines y aves. Aquí, recorrerás en privado el Valle Sagrado de los Incas para explorar el singular museo textil de Awanacancha. También conocerás Pisac, con su encantador mercado indio y sus edificios incas en la cima de las montañas. También se visitarán las místicas e impresionantes ruinas incas de Ollantaytambo, tras lo cual te conducirán a las minas de sal de Maras y Moray, donde también tomarás un exquisito almuerzo en medio de maravillosos paisajes montañosos.Machu Picchu es un destino inevitable y crucial para todo aquel que desee comprender el misterio de la Cultura Andina. Por último, la gran ciudad imperial de Cusco, los palacios incas y las iglesias coloniales se funden en una experiencia única.

Programa del tour

Día 1

Llegada a Lima- CITY TOUR

A tu llegada a Lima, te trasladaremos del aeropuerto a tu hotel. A las 12:30 te recogeremos para realizar un recorrido por la ciudad de aproximadamente cuatro horas de duración. Comenzaremos el recorrido visitando la Plaza San Martín y el Jirón de la Unión, que es un fascinante bulevar que conduce a la Plaza de Armas, la plaza principal.

A continuación, visitaremos el Monasterio de San Francisco, Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Este monasterio es conocido por su arquitectura barroca española. El primer cementerio de Lima, las Catacumbas, se oculta bajo estos pisos del monasterio. Nuestro chófer te llevará a tu hotel, donde tendrás el resto del día libre.


Día 2

LIMA - CHINCHA-PARACAS

Hoy, despues del desayuno iremos a Chincha ( el carmen ) ciudad de la cultura afroperuana donde visitaremos la casa grande llamada San Jose para ver y bailar la musica afroperuana , comemos luch en el San Jose y continuamos a Paracas ( pisco ), tenemos la tarde libre para sentarnos junto al mar y pasar la noche en Paracas.

Día 3

PARACAS - ISLA BALLESTAS - HUACACHINA - ICA

Hoy comenzaremos nuestro viaje a Paracas . la excursión en barco a las Islas Ballestas, tres pequeñas islas llenas de vida salvaje a pocos minutos de la costa.

En el viaje a las islas, podremos ver el "Candelabro", un gigantesco geoglifo con forma de candelabro. Cuando lleguemos a las Islas Ballestas, permaneceremos en el barco mientras observamos el frenesí de animales asombrosos que incluyen focas y leones marinos ruidosos pero juguetones, así como una abundancia de aves marinas, como pingüinos de Humboldt, pelícanos, zarapitos, charranes incaicos, piqueros peruanos, cormoranes de patas rojas y guanayes.

Tras nuestro recorrido por las islas, tendremos tiempo suficiente para almorzar antes de conducir a Ica, donde visitaremos el hermoso Oasis de la Huacachina. Bordeado de palmeras, el oasis azul verdoso está rodeado de dunas de arena donde podrás dar un salvaje e inolvidable paseo en buggy y vivir una aventura en la arena.


Día 4

NAZCA

Despues del desayuno nos dirigiremos a Nazca (2hrs 30min) en el camino veremos parte del desierto de Atacama y tambien parte de las lineas de Nazca, subiremos una toalla para ver 3 lineas de Nazca, despues llegaremos al hotel y almorzaremos, continuaremos nuestro viaje yendo a los acueductos de cantayoc agua de riego y agua potable proveniente de los andes del Peru, Paredones (construcciones pre incas) y el cementerio de chauchilla para encontrar diferentes momias., noche en Nazca


Día 5

SOBREVUELO LÍNEAS NAZCA - REGRESO LIMA

Después de desayunar en tu hotel, te trasladaremos al aeropuerto, desde donde realizaremos un vuelo de 30 minutos sobre las increíbles Líneas de Nazca. Durante este sobrevuelo de las Líneas de Nazca, podremos ver las figuras más fascinantes como: el mono, el colibrí, el árbol, el loro, el astronauta, el perro, el cóndor y otros. Después de esta aventura en el desierto peruano, nuestro transporte privado nos llevará de vuelta a Lima, donde pasarás la noche en un hotel.

Día 6

LLEGADA A CUSCO - DÍA LIBRE

Después del desayuno, un miembro del personal de Conde Travel te recogerá en tu hotel y te acompañará al Aeropuerto Internacional de Lima, donde tomarás un vuelo a Cuzco. Este vuelo sólo durará una hora y diez minutos. Tendrás el resto del día para explorar esta hermosa ciudad. Debido a la diferencia de altitud con Lima, se recomienda descansar mucho y beber mate de coca para aclimatarse.

Día 7

VALLE SAGRADO VIP

Hoy nos espera una excursión increíble. Comenzaremos nuestro recorrido VIP por el Valle Sagrado de los Incas en Chinchero, donde nos uniremos a un taller de tejido tradicional. Este pueblo se compone principalmente de casas de adobe y los lugareños aún se dedican a sus negocios con la vestimenta tradicional. Las paredes y los tejados de este pueblo están cubiertos de bellos diseños florales y religiosos. Participaremos en los espectáculos textiles artesanales más notables y veremos grandes presentaciones realizadas por los lugareños. Continuamos con una visita guiada al circuito no tradicional de Moray, un conjunto arqueológico único. Se cree que las gigantescas depresiones circulares en la superficie del terreno, con sus respectivos canales de riego, fueron un centro de investigación agrícola de los incas. A continuación nos dirigimos a las minas de sal situadas a 7 km de Moray, pasando por un típico pueblo español llamado Maras. Al noroeste del pueblo de Maras, encontraremos unos 2000 pequeños pozos que la población local sigue utilizando para proveerse de sal. Luego nos dirigiremos a la siguiente parada, Urubamba, donde disfrutaremos de un estupendo almuerzo. Luego continuaremos hacia Ollantaytambo, donde tendrás el resto de la noche a tu disposición y pasarás la noche en un hotel.

Día 8

CAMINO DEL INCA - OLLANTAYTAMBO - CHACHABAMBA - WIÑAYHUAYNA - AGUAS CALIENTES

Por la mañana temprano, después del desayuno, te trasladaremos desde tu hotel a la estación de tren. Tomaremos el tren sobre las 6.10 h. Asegúrate de estar allí con al menos 30 minutos de antelación. El viaje en tren durará aproximadamente 1,5 horas hasta que lleguemos al kilómetro 104, donde comenzaremos nuestra caminata. El guía te dirigirá a pie hasta las ruinas de Chachabamba, donde comenzará la excursión. Desde allí el viaje continuará y pasaremos por una pequeña y refrescante cascada de camino a las ruinas de Winay Wayna, donde las impresionantes plataformas demostrarán la destreza de la ingeniería andina. Después del almuerzo continuaremos la caminata hasta Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol) desde donde tendremos la primera vista de Machu Picchu como una hermosa panorámica del pueblo en la colina. Desde aquí tomaremos el autobús a Aguas Calientes donde pasaremos la noche, cenaremos y nos prepararemos para el DÍA siguiente en Machu Picchu.
Día 9

MACHU PICCHU - AGUAS CALIENTES - OLLANTAYTAMBO - CUSCO

A las 5:30 h, después del desayuno, comenzaremos la caminata hacia Machu Picchu, donde realizaremos una visita guiada a los distintos sectores del complejo arqueológico, incluido el Intihuatana o reloj solar, utilizado por los antiguos pobladores peruanos. Después dispondrás de tiempo libre para explorar los lugares por tu cuenta. Subir a la montaña de Huayna Picchu (opcional, previa reserva). La caminata dura sólo una hora, y merece absolutamente la pena, la vista es impresionante y la experiencia será inolvidable. A cierta hora bajaremos en autobús de Machu Picchu a Aguas Calientes para coger el tren a Ollantaytambo, y luego iremos en autobús a Cuzco. Tendrás tiempo suficiente para llegar a Cusco y tomar el autobús para el siguiente viaje a Puerto Maldonado.


Día 10

MONTE AMAZONICO LODGE - TAMBOPATA

El día anterior, por la tarde. Viajarás en autobús de Cusco a Puerto Maldonado. A tu llegada, serás trasladado a la oficina de Monte Amazónico Lodge. Un representante de nuestra agencia te dará una última charla informativa sobre tu viaje antes de partir hacia la aventura. Es difícil transportar equipaje grande, por lo que te sugerimos que lleves sólo lo necesario para el viaje. Viajarás durante unas 2 horas en una furgoneta 4x4 hasta un destino a orillas del río Tambopata. Desde aquí, tomarás un barco hasta el albergue "Monte Amazoníco - Tambopata", donde te recibirán con un almuerzo. Por la tarde, darás un paseo introductorio por la selva, donde tendrás la oportunidad de ver muchos animales en su hábitat natural. Verás anfibios, mamíferos, reptiles, aves y maravillosos insectos. Por la noche cenaremos en el albergue y descansaremos.

Día 11

LADRILLO DE ARCILLA DE MACAW - LADRILLO DE ARCILLA DE CHUNCHO

Nos levantamos muy temprano, a las 4.30 h, para hacer una increíble excursión en barco a la collpa de guacamayos más grande del mundo: El chunch. El viaje dura entre una hora y media hora y por el camino tendrás la oportunidad de ver muchos animales, como capibaras (los roedores más grandes del mundo), tapires y, si tienes suerte, el felino más hermoso de Sudamérica; El jaguar. Muchos de nuestros clientes han presenciado y fotografiado encuentros con estas hermosas criaturas. Al llegar a las Collpas de Guacamayos, verás cientos de loros de 11 especies diferentes que vienen a comer arcilla a lo largo de la orilla del río. Desde tu silla, serás testigo de uno de los avistamientos naturales de aves más bellos del mundo. Habrá muchos loros y los guacamayos más coloridos de América: rojos y verdes, azules y amarillos. Todos se reúnen para comer arcilla, una parte necesaria de su dieta diaria que les ayuda a eliminar toxinas. En un buen día verás cientos de estos maravillosos animales sobrevolándote. Es una experiencia única en la vida. Tras nuestra visita, volveremos a nuestro albergue para desayunar y tener tiempo para descansar. Más tarde, por la mañana, pasearemos por el jardín botánico en compañía de nuestro guía, donde podrás aprender sobre los frutos, árboles y plantas medicinales de la zona. Después del almuerzo, seguiremos la misma ruta de regreso a Puerto Maldonado, donde pasarás la noche en tu hotel.

Día 12

FIN DEL RECORRIDO

HOY concluye nuestro viaje. Tras el desayuno, te trasladaremos de vuelta al aeropuerto, ya que estarás de camino a casa o a tu próximo destino de viaje.

1. Contract with "CONDE TRAVEL"
The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”) constitute the entire understanding and agreement between "CONDE TRAVEL" (“CONDE,” “we,” or “our”) and the customer (the “Customer” or “you”) with respect to any and all bookings, trips or transactions made with "CONDE TRAVEL". As used in the Terms, "CONDE TRAVEL", “we” and “our” include "CONDE TRAVEL" owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and affiliates.2. Reservations
To reserve a space on any trip, each Customer must submit:

A completed personal information of all travelers Full name, as in your passport

Passport number, nationality, Age, sex.

Confirm if you are Adult or Student, Students apply only those under 24 years old “with ISIC Card International Student Isic Card”

Confirm trip and departure date.

Inform us about meals remarks “vegetarian, allergies, etc” 

A deposit of 50% per person (paid by credit card, pay online, deposit by western union, money gram, 61 or more days in advance of the trip).

The balance of the Trip Cost (the “Balance”) is due 05 days prior to departure in our office in Lima or Cusco.

3. Payments
Payment of the Balance can be made by:

Credit Card (Visa American Express), Personal / Cashier’s Check, Money Order Payment of the Balance submitted less than 05 days prior to trip departure must be made by credit card or other payment form specifically approved by "CONDE TRAVEL". If payment of the Balance is not paid when due, "CONDE TRAVEL" reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled. No one will be allowed to depart on a trip unless all payments and necessary documents have been received by "CONDE TRAVEL".

4. Single Supplement
All accommodations (hotels, boats, tents, etc…) are based on double occupancy. We will try to find roommates for single travellers willing to share accommodations. If this is not feasible or if you prefer single accommodations, you will be assessed the Single Supplement charge listed for the itinerary.

5. Cancellation by Customer
If you must cancel, all cancellations must be in writing. If made more than 46 days prior to departure, booking cancellation is free. 15-45 days prior to departure, the fee is 50% of the Trip Cost and if made 15 days or less prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the Trip Cost. No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or trekking arrangements for any reason whatsoever. The Trip Cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used. Some Trips like the Inca trail to Machu Picchu apply a different cancellation schedule. In this case, the vessel’s cancellation policy is in addition to "CONDE TRAVEL" cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation by "CONDE TRAVEL"
"CONDE TRAVEL" reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up (not meeting the 2 person minimum), which makes the trip economically unfeasible to operate. If this happens, a full refund of the Trip Cost is given. However, "CONDE TRAVEL" is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by travellers preparing for the trip (i.e., non-refundable “Advance Purchase” air tickets, equipment, medical expenses, etc.).

7. Prices, Surcharges and Validity
As we publish our prices in advance, "CONDE TRAVEL" may occasionally be faced with significant cost increases due to factors over which we have no control. Consequently, we reserve the right to charge the Customer a surcharge due to unfavourable exchange rates, increases in airfares or other transport costs, taxes, or if government action should require us to do so. Surcharges will be calculated according to the full extra cost, compared to the original costs and exchange rates. Likewise, if our costs decrease, we will pass on the savings to the Customer.

8. Airlines

"CONDE TRAVEL" is not responsible for any acts or failures to act of any airlines. We may use airlines different than the one(s) mentioned in our advertisements, and "CONDE TRAVEL" is not able to guarantee the type of aircraft to be used by any airline. In addition, "CONDE TRAVEL" is not responsible for losses due to cancelled flights, or changed flight itineraries or seat assignment. The Customer may not cancel the contract without penalty due to a change of airline, aircraft type, route, or destination. The responsibility of the airlines is limited to the carriage of passengers and baggage in accordance with the airline’s terms and conditions of service.

9. Delays
Any costs, whether direct or incidental, incurred by the Customer as the result of delays caused by bad weather, trail conditions, river levels, road conditions, transportation delays, sickness, government intervention or other contingencies which are beyond the control of CONDE TRAVEL will not be reimbursed.

10. Changes by "CONDE TRAVEL"
Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable by "CONDE TRAVEL" for the comfort and well-being of the Customers because of unforeseen circumstances or because of circumstances beyond the control of "CONDE TRAVEL". If any such change is made prior to the time the 50% deposit is paid, the Customer will be told of the change at the time of booking. If the change is made thereafter, "CONDE TRAVEL" will inform the Customer as soon as is reasonably possible. Cancellations by the Customer made as a result of any such change shall be subject to the provisions of Paragraph 5, above. "CONDE TRAVEL" shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to any such change and the Customer waives the right to assert a claim for such damages against "CONDE TRAVEL".

11. Changes by the Customer
Any changes made by the Customer between 60 and 30 days before departure will be charged a $30 administrative fee per change. Any changes made between 29 and 15 days will be charged a $50 administrative fee per change. No changes may be made by the Customer within 14 days of departure. This includes, without limitation, booking additional accommodations, transfers or excursions. "CONDE TRAVEL" is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of such changes, including but not limited to non-refundable “Advance Purchase” "CONDE TRAVEL".

12. Authority on Tour
The Customer must at all times comply with the laws and respect the social norms of the country being visited as well as with all government regulations pertaining to customs, drugs and foreign exchange. At all times the decision of "CONDE TRAVEL" tour leader or representative is final on all matters that may threaten the safety, or interfere with the wellbeing, of the group or individual Customers. Should the Customer fail to comply with this section, or should the Customer interfere with the wellbeing of the group or individual Customers, "CONDE TRAVEL" tour leader or representative may order the Customer to leave the tour without recourse to any refund.

13. Medical Fitness & Health
It is vital that Customers with medical problems make them known to us at the time of registration. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip if the trip leader believes that the Customer’s continued participation will jeopardize the health or wellbeing of the Customer involved or the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances. In the event a Customer is injured or becomes ill, "CONDE TRAVEL" will attempt to secure the best possible medical attention available. However, "CONDE TRAVEL" assumes no liability for or regarding the provision of medical care or its cost.

14. Baggage
"CONDE TRAVEL" assumes no liability for loss or damage to baggage in transit to and from a "CONDE TRAVEL" trip or while on a "CONDE TRAVEL" trip.

15. Travel Insurance
"CONDE TRAVEL" highly recommends that the Customer obtain personal travel insurance, including baggage and cancellation insurance.

- Travel Insurance is a cost effective way to protect yourself and your equipment in the event of problems due to – Canceled Trips, Delays, Medical Problems, Baggage Loss or Damage.
- Travel insurance may be purchased through traditional insurers or online insurers.
16. Travel Documents

The Customer must obtain and have possession of a valid passport (PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST 185 DAYS FROM DEPARTURE DATE), all visas, permits and certificates, and vaccination certificates, required for the entire tour. The Customer accepts responsibility for obtaining these documents and any other necessary documents. Information or advice given by "CONDE TRAVEL" on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, etc., is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of "CONDE TRAVEL" and the Customer expressly waives any claim that "CONDE TRAVEL" is liable for damages arising from such information or advice.

17. Claims and Complaints
If a Customer has a claim or complaint against "CONDE TRAVEL", the Customer must first inform "CONDE TRAVEL" of the claim or complaint in writing within five days after the end of the trip. Failure to comply with this requirement waives the Customer’s right to assert any such claim or complaint against "CONDE TRAVEL".

18. Binding Arbitration

I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the website, or any other literature or materials concerning my "CONDE TRAVEL" trip, or the trip itself shall be resolved exclusively by Peruvian binding arbitration.

19. Limitation of Remedies
The Customer agrees that the sole remedy for any default by "CONDE TRAVEL" arising under the Terms shall be the return of the paid Trip Cost. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, "CONDE TRAVEL" will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including for personal injury) regardless of the form of the action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if "CONDE TRAVEL" has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and the Customer expressly waives any right it may have to recover such damages.

20. Severability
I understand and agree that in the event that one or more of the provisions of the Terms, for any reason, is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and the Terms shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

21. Entire Agreement.

The Terms contain the entire understanding between the Customer and "CONDE TRAVEL" in connection with the subject matter of the Terms and it supersedes and replaces all prior negotiations, statements, and representations concerning the subject matter of the Terms except as expressly contained in the Terms.

22. Amendment.
The Terms may not be amended, altered or modified, except by a written amendment executed by the Customer and "CONDE TRAVEL".

23. Construction.
It is the intent of the Customer and "CONDE TRAVEL" that no part of the Terms be construed against any party because of the identity of the drafter.

24. Medical Insurance
Every Customer must be covered by travel-related personal medical insurance. The insurance must cover personal accident, medical expenses, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, or injury occurring to the Customer. The Customer agrees to obtain and/or verify that he/she has sufficient travel-related personal medical insurance coverage for the trip. Baggage and cancellation insurance are also highly recommended.

I agree to obtain and/or verify that I have the above travel-related personal medical insurance which meets "CONDE TRAVEL" minimum requirements and to provide proof of said insurance to "CONDE TRAVEL".

25. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS
I, the Customer acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the trip itinerary. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.

26. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
"CONDE TRAVEL" does not own or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your trip including, without limitation, other lodging facilities, airlines, vessels, bus, or other transportation companies, providers or organizers of optional excursions, or food service or entertainment providers other than "CONDE TRAVEL". "CONDE TRAVEL" gives notice that it acts independently of, and is not responsible for, the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all other related travel services and assumes no responsibility for expense, injury, loss or damage to person or property resulting from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure (an event or effect that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled), failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government and national park restrictions changes, or regulations, discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control, animals, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of "CONDE TRAVEL". The Customer is voluntarily participating on the trip with knowledge that travel to foreign countries and/or remote areas visited by this trip involves numerous risks and dangers which the Customer accepts, including, but not limited to: the forces of nature; civil unrest; terrorism; the condition of roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained to standards common in the United States; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which the Customer is not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; or negligence (but not the willful or fraudulent conduct) on the part of "CONDE TRAVEL" or those entities with whom "CONDE TRAVEL" to provide services to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement and are a reason for the Customer’s voluntary participation.

I hereby agree to the above and to be responsible for my own welfare, and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

27. RELEASE
I acknowledge that the cost of all "CONDE TRAVEL" trips have been based upon Trip Customers executing this Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate on such adventure travel activities I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER "CONDE TRAVEL" AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP. I agree this release shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under the age of 18 traveling with me, all members of my family, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention to fully assume all the risks of travel associated with this trip and to release "CONDE TRAVEL" of and from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.
