Mardi Himal yoga excursionismo

A refreshing yoga session in the morning makes you feel amazing and head to the new destination Phedi. Enjoy the scenic drive with the views of green hills along the way. From there, the trekking journey begins and you will move to Pothana ascending through the rhododendron and pine forests before reaching Dhampus. Continue walking with the magnificent views of the Himalayas you will reach Pothana. The second yoga session of the day will make you frisky for the next day's trek. Overnight at teahouses in Pothana.

With a yoga session in the morning, today you will be heading towards Forest base camp. Walk through forests of birch, giant rhododendron, maple, oak and hemlock. Along the way also you can observe the stunning views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. You may also see the rare birds and animals during your walk inside the forests. Finally reach Forest base camp, after walking about 6 hrs. Relieve your body with the yoga session in the evening. Overnight at teahouses in Forest Base Camp.

Start your day as usual with a yoga session in the early morning after that get ready to head to another destination, Low Camp. Today's trail covers a relatively short distance, but you have to climb steeply through the rhododendron and juniper forest. Before reaching you will get clear views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna south. End up your day with an evening yoga session. Overnight at teahouse in Low Camp. 

Reinvigorate your body with a morning yoga session then head towards high camp elevating at 3580m. The trails take you through the tree line with the changing scenery then about an hour of walk find yourself on an open ridge with the incredible views of Machhapuchre and Annapurna south. You will have relaxing yoga and meditation session in the evening. Overnight at teahouse in High Camp.

The awaited day of this trip comes today so wake up early to experience a dazzling Himalayan sunrise. To be ready for the trek do some yoga's enjoying the views of the glittering Himalayas. After then challenge yourself to walk off the beaten path climbing along a narrow and rocky trail. As you are finally at the base camp of Mardi Himal surely you will be amazed by the so close and magnificent views of the entire Annapurna ranges, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchre and Mardi Himal itself. Spend your life in the Himalayas to save memories for a lifetime. Descend back to High Camp. In the evening energize your body with yoga sessions. Overnight stay at teahouse in High Camp. 

Early morning after completing yoga starts trekking to Sidhing village. The trekking trail is beautiful as you walk through the forest filled with red rhododendron flowers. Arrive in the beautiful village where the ethnic Gurung people inhabitant. You will get to know about the culture, traditions and everyday living of the Gurung people. Feel amazing by the warmest hospitality they provide to you. End up with an evening yoga session. Overnight in Pokhara.

After a brief yoga session in the morning, you will head towards the capital city, Kathmandu. It will approximately take about 6-7 hours to reach Kathmandu. A short yoga session and farewell hosted by our team members will mark the end of this trip.
