All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 45 days or more before the start of the tour, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations received within 45 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25%
Cancellations received within 21 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50%
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100%
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
GROUP SIZE POLICY
Our tours specify that the group size is limited to 15 passengers. This ensures that each guest has a personalized experience and that our tours remain intimate and enjoyable.
However, during peak seasons, it's possible that we may have a larger group. This could be due to increased demand, availability of resources, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
We make every effort to keep group sizes as small as possible, but in the event that a larger group is formed, we will still maintain our high standards of service and provide a memorable experience for all guests.
We will communicate any changes in group size to our guests in advance, and we will work to accommodate any special requests or concerns. Our primary goal is to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience on our tours.
